Frolicking Tiger Cubs Make Their Denver Debut![]() Back in June we brought you the announcement of Denver Zoo's new Amur Tiger quadruplets. Now we bring you photos from their first foray outside. Amur Tigers are classified as critically endangered, with an estimated population of fewer than 400 individuals remaining in the wild. Once called Siberian Tigers because they were found throughout Siberia, they are now confined to Far East Asia along the Amur River, hence the new name. http://www.zooborns.com/zooborns/2010/09/frolicking-tiger-cubs-make-their-denver-debut.html |

This morning Maya discovered the door stops, bang, bang, bang. She also started to chew on my printer tray as it is on a tiny table that she can reach. I should print something and have it shoot out at her, maybe then she will stop

I needed a Maya fix. It doesn't look like Earl will be effecting us any. It's is hot and humid here still today, but changes are heading our way. Low to mid sixties the whole weekend, and maybe some rain starting today. Hi Carole, Deb I've been checking in on the Cranes. I'm Ready for another exciting migration season

Is Maya as soft as she is cute? 1/2 day in the office today. YAY! Yesterday I forgot my camera in the office and didn't realize it until midnight. It kept me up all night. My baby was all alone! We are going to try to go to the beach if it's not socked in. BBL

Hello, happy Friday. It has cooled off here plus we are getting some much-needed rain. This morning we had a leucistic robin in our yard. I hope it returns. DH was able to get one quick picture. There is a lot more white on the bird than can be seen in the photo. I think it has its feathers all puffed up because it was raining. It looked healthy and perky.
