Good Morning Carole, How's Maya doing this morning? This big lover boy was rescued yesterday from death row at the Camariilo shelter. As you can imagine he was a bit difficult to place in his forever home. But look at that smiling face. ![]() Yesterday he was pulled off death row ![]() after several weeks of looking for his forever home. They raised the money on FB, $5 at a time..whoop whoop! "This is K 136 at the Camarillo shelter. We have rescue for him but need to raise $400 for transport and temp boarding. All for Love Animal Rescue (on FB). I met him last week he is friendly, submissive, shy's away from other barking dogs in the kennel. in the pen he is affectionate and playful. LOVES to play ball. Let me take it out of his mouth and sat pleadingly with his paw up waiting for me to give it back." Kathleen Macgregor-Ojai- |

NZ has been spotted !!! for albumImage of NZ by JR Deal Cary: …. "my pics of a juvie at 5:30 pm yesterday, a couple thous. feet down-river from the release field. There is a purple band, but it is unreadable. Each of you can pretend it is whoever your fav is. Whoever it is looks pretty happy surveying it's new beginnings." Six orphaned gorillas were flown back to their homeland by IFAW. They're home! Back in the Democratic Republic of Congo, their country of origin, where they can safely begin their new life in the best possible location. How great is that?
