Our bedroom is pretty well put back together (and purged of excess stuff). Ian and Allison came over to see it. Ian made a funny comment. "Welcome to the 21st century." Now on to doing some baking and wrapping. Will try to check in later. Enjoy your day, everyone.

This is a calculator that estimates your life expectancy. It was developed by Northwestern Mutual Life. It's interesting that there are only 13 questions. Yet, they can predict how long you're likely to live- http://media.nmfn.com/tnetwork/lifespan/ |

After reading the Sequoyah forum, it seems that there is an egg in the nest. Both Mom and Dad have been incubating and rolling the egg. They are early this year as first egg was around Dec. 28th last year. I worry as this area gets lots of snow. ![]() Forum website... http://www.hancockwildlife.org/forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=270303&mode=&show=8&page=14 Camera..... http://www.suttoncenter.org/pages/live_eagle_camera |

![]() Good Sunday Mornin' Peeps..... Cheryl, WoW, new master bedroom furniture!!! One of my favorite things is to be able to spruce up the house....and I'm thinking that after "purging" in your Master Bedroom, that it must feel outstanding.....and I bet you're absolutely loving the new furniture. I love Ian's comments....reminds me of something my #1 ds would say..... Carole, omigoodness, the Sequoyah nest already has an egg?!?! Dang, it is early!!! Animals sense a lot of things that escape humans, so perhaps they sense something based on weather patterns. I'm gunna think positive for this pair. Topa, can't wait to do my clicking and watch the video.....it's looking cute already. Today, I've got lots of clean-up work to be done after Chuck finished doing this phase of the Main Bath make over. It'll feel really good to get it back in order.....and I'd also like to make a run for Bed, Bath and Beyond to pick up some new towels, and new accessories in brushed nickle.....all of our new faucets, towel racks and light fixture are now brushed nickle.....ooooooo, and I new find......we have the recessed toilet roll holders, and I found the type that has a cover over it (like in the doctors offices) which will foil my kitties toilet roll unraveling, in brushed nickle too. I know that may not sound like much of a find, but after three years of their antics, I am seriously thrilled!!!!

Wow Jill, the age calculator was uber cool.....for me, just by changing my lifestyle and tiny bit, it increased my life expectancy to over 100. My downfall??? Exercise.....I need to exercise more than I'm doing.....and I've known that for-ev-er. Plus, if I did, I'd be able to lose those pesky ten lbs. that have been plaguing me for-ev-er. Funny how that works. Topa, the Christmas trio were precious....I loved their uniforms, and that was just the cutest thing to be out at the harbor entertaining the visitors. Cheryl, I can't wait to see Santa feeding the Reindeer....they were resting up when I checked in on them..... |

Penny - Why don't you just copy and paste your posts here and then Deb can just delete the thread you started. I've done the same thing on several occasions, no big deal

Kath....LOVE LOVE LOVE that shot of mama tiger!! Awesome! Wow! Lots of nestorating going on already I will pray that the Sequoyah pair's egg makes it thru and pray its a mild winter for them. I always feel so bad seeing them incubating all covered in snow. I just want to go and build a huge box around them to live in ... I know that the adults are made to withstand snow and cold but I still always feel bad. Michelle...do you know anything about that beautiful snow pic you posted? Beautiful but sure looks freezing cold! Forgot to mention I finally got my new jacket. I ordered it from Lands End and its rated for minus degree weather so its nice and warm! I love it! We don't get minus degree weather but like I said before..if its not 75 degrees at least, I am COLD! The other day before I had it I really thought I was coming down with the flu because I was so cold my whole body just ached and ached. I didn't feel sick but was in so much pain I had to take some ibuprofen and it was just from being cold. I would never make it back east or anywhere that it gets below 40 most of the day and lower at night. But now I just put on my jacket and it keeps me warm and ache-free ![]() Jim and I went to the Jolly Roger over at the harbor for our anniversary dinner last night. It was very good! Started with a shrimp cocktail then had ribeye steak, rice and cooked fresh vegies for dinner. Not many boats had Christmas lights but there were a few. Tried to take pics but my cam doesn't do well taking nighttime outside shots...everything looks blurry. Deb...hope you had a fun camping trip with the boys. My ex-SIL is in NYC for a few days. Her friend got a good deal on a hotel there and she had always wanted to go so she went with her. They come home the 23rd. Speaking of baking...my idea of baking is to go buy the dough and cut it up into pieces, put them on the cookie sheet and bake them. Don't like baking or cooking. My favorite thing to make for dinner is reservations |
