Carole how on earth did you and your girlfriend get into Notre Dame on Christmas Eve? Did you buy tickets ahead of time? I see that they have some very limited tickets available for the back of the first balcony at 9:30 and midnight mass services where the view is obstructed but you can watch it on screens from your seat. The :clk: 's you posted are gorgeous :)^

At the 7:00 PM service there is also a living creche.

For 9:30pm and Midnight, Charpentier's Mass will be played by 12 musicians, 26 singers and 4 soloists.

For each of the three masses Tickets: adult 5$, 17 and under 2$.

I would like to experience that myself and to think we lived in Montreal for so many years but never thought to do it

My girlfriend took care of it, I have no idea if tickets were involved as this was over 40 years ago. It was such a beautiful service and I was lucky to attend it.
