I decided to add a new section to open up discussion a bit. Ideas We Love In this category we will explore the ideas we see now that affect our lives. We can look at the ideas behind their inception or just tout their existence. The Products Forum This forum is where you will find topics on actual items that we use. It could be a new type of packaging or a new set of art materials. If it is a product It goes here. Discussions might include topics of style, availability and practice uses. The Establishments Forum This forum is where you will find entities and establishments that currently exist and are publicly available. Discussions will look at the corporations, methodology and mission statements. We will explore how effective the establishment is to the ideas it was designed to promote. What is the impact on society? Is it expensive? Is it durable? Examples would be corporations, governmental agencies, think tanks, utility companies, programs, and so on... The Concepts Forum This forum is about changes in thinking we see that are good ideas. Discussions can explore the concepts of society views and methods. Changes we make in our daily lives based on science and philosophy to enrich our being. The ideas that dictate the meme to make it work. Examples would be Healthy Eating and Exercise, Use of Cell Phones in Public, Drinking & Driving, Voting, Poverty Mindsets, and so on... The Ways & Means Forum This forum contains discussions of ways to enrich our lives, do things more efficiently and control factors that effect us. Examples are like; A better way to cook corn on the cob, how to reduce the bulk of your trash, how to always find your keys, reuse of throwaways and so on... If discussions in this category become enriched I may add sub-forums eventually. Edited by Tom, Nov 8 2014, 10:44 AM.
