The Thematan governement has decided to warn other governments of the world of the coming events to their countries.

Rage Against the Enemy(Thematan rock band) is going to start their concert tour around the world along with several leading members of the hacktivist terrorist group 'Liberty'.

Rage Against the Enemy has caused riots and anti-government protest in Themata due to their concerts. Liberty is a hacktivist group who are labled terrorist in Themata are also traveling with the band with the goal of inciting protest and making people aware of their cause.

Thematan council is warning the rest of the world, these groups are extremist and beware them, their only goal is to spread Anarchy throughout the world in the name of "freedom". We recommend to keep the rock band out of your country and taking measures against Liberty.

We will not allow 'Rage Against the Enemy' to enter Albanor and are banning all of the band's merchandise and memorabilia. We also condemn the terrorist group known as 'Liberty' and all of its members and will take extensive precautions to prevent them from infiltrating the country.

Press release from the Federation of Blue Shadow;

Concerning: The warning issued by the Thematan Government in respect of the rock band Rage Against the Enemy.

The Federation of Blue Shadow has ordered its Ministry of Culture to cancel the scheduled performance of Rage Against the Enemy in the nation's capital. Although they wished to allow the event from a musical perspective, the band's association with the terrorist group 'Liberty' poses too many risks. All those that have purchased tickets for the event from government authorised distributors will be offered a full refund. The government will not do anything to compensate those that have bought from disreputable sources.

Furthermore, all known members and associates of the 'Liberty' group will be denied entry to the Federation for the foreseeable future.

Imperial Decree
Regarding Liberty/Rage Against the Enemy

The First Empire has long stood as a supporter of free speech, transparency and the free exchange of information. Having lived under the jackboot of various forms of occupation in the past Rokkenjima understands greater than most the damage which can be done when the voice of the People is silenced, their resources being sold off to the highest bidder, indeed their very lives. While we share the concerns of our global neighbours neither Rage Against the Enemy or the group known as Liberty have committed offenses against Rokkenjiman law to our knowledge. Thus, at this time, Rokkenjima has not considered any sanctions against Liberty, nor will it be considering sanctions against Rage Against the Enemy.

As more information is released by Themata the First Empire will reconsider its stance. Until then the First Empire shall assume a 'wait and see' posture. We find many current trends in the United Themata Republic to be troubling and encourage its government to ensure that the accusations brought against it are indeed false. We shall monitor the situation as it develops.

That is all.

Evanthe Anselmo
Vicegerent of Rokkenjima

"I wonder how Charles will view this, I can hear his complaints already," Ronove said to the Princess. "Not all situations are the same, nor is anything in this world so black and white. There's some who would hail Liberty as activists instead of terrorists, or have you forgotten how the Empress was portrayed by the Federal Republic in their twilight?" Ronove sighed, "I just don't think this course of action will be conductive to Charles' extension of the hand of friendship is all."

"If there's truly a corporatocracy taking root in Themata it's the last thing Rokkenjima would wish to be associated with. From the first days of the Empire we've been on the side of fairness and transparency, and if it turns out that Liberty is truly harmful then I'm certain the Empress will see that an appropriate response is released," Eva replied. "This is in your hands then Eva, I hope your judgment is correct."

Grant Daniel Brown in regard to the Thematan warning:

"Quite frankly, it would be a violation of free speech to not allow them to play. Expression and the ability of an individual to express themselves in a way that doesn't harm others is none of the governments concern. We have fully capable riot control forces, and they can be deployed if the safety of the populace is threatened. The people of Narrahivoo and their delegates implore nations around the world to allow the right of a group to Speak/express freely."

Official dispatch from Tsargrad

This situation is concerning, as the people of Tytor have no need to be restricted form listening to their favorite music, whatever that may be. At the same time, the government of Tytor cannot ignore possible security risks that may come up, and most certainly will not condone terrorist organizations anywhere in the world. With these considerations in mind, while we will not restrict Rage Against The Enemy should they wish to perform within Tytor's borders, we also will not specifically invitethem to perform as we have other notable foreign bands. Until and unless they can show that security fears are unfounded, they can expect no endorsement from the Tytorian government.

Concerning 'Rage Against the Enemy' and 'Liberty'

As the Republic of Elpidia holds the right of free speech sacrosanct, should the band known as Rage Against the Enemy wish to tour Elpidia, they shall not be stopped if they fulfill the required procedures. However, members of the group known as Liberty shall not be permitted to enter Elpidia. Due to the actions of Liberty in Themata and their announced "Project Worldwide", it is the decision of this government that they present a clear and present danger to the safety of the Elpidian people.

If the people of Themata need to be warned of corruption on the part of their government, the Liberty group has the right to do so. However, the promotion of riots and violence is not acceptable.

Signed,
President Edward Truden
