It has come to Themata's attention that Vicarious announced they have a great deal of oil before they fell into a chaotic state. We are aware that Kazorovian(sorry if its spelled wrong..) troops are in Vicarious on some sort of peace keeping operation. With permission from other nations and Kazorovia Themata would like to send troops to Vicarious in order to keep peace so that oil may be acsessable to all nations. It does seem like it was the goal of Novincia and Vicarious before this tragic event took place. The last thing we need is a resource war in the near future. With the 'space race' seeming to take off right now, it might not turn into just friendly competition. That's why this step must be taken to ensure peace among all nations.

We totally agree, and, as we offered to help Vicarious with the rouges who seem to have taken over the control, our troops are still ready to go and help you.

Kazarovian Military Release The KSDF is explicit in its condemnation of any nation who would see the resources of a fragile region exploited for the gain of others, indeed that was one of the causes of the revolution within Kazarovia itself. Any resource within the former provinces of Vicarious belong to those provinces. What the region needs most right now is a steady hand guiding it back to civility. Kazarovia supports the construction/reconstruction of any and all Industries including the oil industry for the benefit of these regions. Taskforce Reclaim will protect local interests before claims from other nations. Unless your goals are to aid these provinces Kazarovia will not allow foreign troops to enter the former Provinces of Vicarious. Gregory Bykov Taskforce Recliam Chief Armed Rep. of Kazarovia Kazarovian Diplomatic Release Due to the nature of the oil industry and the abundance of oil within the former Vicarion provinces Kazarovia would like to open negotiations with any nation hoping to access oil within the provinces. All Profits from the Oil Supply Contracts will be used for the benefit of the local provinces. Oil Supply Contracts will be based on the construction of oil pipelines to the neighbours of the region and shipping to nations where it is not feasible to construct such pipelines. Construction of Pipelines will be conducted by local contractors under the protection of Taskforce Reclaim. Shipping will be provided for by Kazarovian Oil Tankers protected by KSDFNaval resources from Taskforce Reclaim. ![]() Imperial Decree Rokkenjima Commits to Stability Earlier today I authorized Task Force Steady Hand to assist our CSTO allies in maintaining stability and order in the territory which once comprised Vicarious. The transition for the former nation to order is a priority for all international powers, and I feel confident that Kazarovia, and if needed fellow CSTO partners, are capable of answering this difficult situation. While I do not foresee piracy being an issue in the Great Northern Sea Steady Hand shall be able to provide a multitude of services to our allies in the region. Should Rokkenjiman ground forces be requested I shall consider that possibility as well. I share the concerns of Kazarovia in the potential for exploitation of the peoples and resources of the former Vicarious. These resources belong to the people of the provinces themselves before any foreign power, and we will act in concert with Kazarovia to ensure that the potential for a resource war is zero. Furthermore, £¥2b in aid has been reserved to be sent to the former Vicarious to assist with reconstruction and stabilization efforts. These funds shall be issued to Kazarovia to be distributed to the provinces, as they presently have a better understanding of the situation at this time. I suggest a Covenant of Nations mandate be awarded to Kazarovia or if that is not possible the Cross-Straits Treaty Organization, to ensure that the former Vicarious is protected and allowed to develop free of the threat of foreign exploitation. Until such a resolution is in place the Imperial Rokkenjiman Navy and Imperial Air Force will be operating in the area to ensure security and stability in the former territorial waters and skies of former Vicarious. In short, Rokkenjima supports the position of Kazarovia and pledges all aid possible to the people of the former Vicarious. That is all. The council understands your nations concerns for the exploitation of the Vicarious for their resources. We are not doing that, while yes we are exploiting the resources we are not exploiting the people of Vicarious. If anything this could help them rebuild their nation by giving jobs and providing resources such as oil to them. If not that achieve a better stability within the region. This would also benefit other nations in the future to if a resource war should ever break out. If equally distributed to all nations of the world it could ultimatly lead to better peace. Themata is willing to send troops, to help Kazarovian forces keep peace in the area. |
