High Lord Chancellor, Bae Park wants to find some husband candidates for Ellabur's II Queen, Queen Ellie. She will be holding a international ball at the palace of EllaburII\s palace. Please respond if you believe you are the prefect candidate: 3rd or other male offspring of any rulers. Or lower chancellor of other governments. Note the husband of Ellie will not become a king but a Prince Consort. |

(OOC: This might have been better placed in "Diplomacy and Events", but this will do for now.) The President sat reviewing his agenda for the day. Vice President Clarence Wong lounged in an armchair reviewing his notes on his tablet, munching on some fruit that an aide had wheeled in on a refreshment cart. "No public comment coming back from Regent James yet, eh? You really dissed him big on live TV," Wong mused. "I'm surprised, as he wasted no time in expelling the Achkaerinese ambassador. Time will tell," President Pete responded. "Here's a new one, the queen of Ellabur is looking for a husband. That's not a request you see every day." "I guess a profile like that would be hard to maintain on eHarmony." Both men laughed. The President spoke up. "You're single, you should take her out for a date!" "What? I don't know how to date a Queen! You know I've always hated those etiquette rules and crap." "She might be charming..." "Yeah, but she might be ugly too!" "Well, regardless of her nuptial ambitions, she's a new monarch and I think she might need to be shown around the region a bit. We should offer her some tickets to the Standus Cup playoffs. Maybe she likes hockey." "You are NOT setting me up on a date!" Both men laugh. They have been friends since school, and are used to some good-natured teasing.
