Zararus Officially Joins WARSAW Alliance August 8th, 2014-- It has been confirmed that the People's Republic of Zararus has joined the WARSAW Alliance in order to successfully rebuild the shattered nation and to build relationship with other countries with similar ideologies. "Today is the first step toward proper reconstruction of our country," Dimity Chernenko, Foreign Minister, said in his address. "With our Socialist brothers backing us up, we will surely rise from the ashes of chaos and misery." |

 Providing News to the People of Zararus Zararussian Civil War Is Over, But Fighting Still Rages On  August 8th, 2014-- Although a cease fire agreement was signed between the Anarcho-Communists and Zhenkov's Government in Belagrad, there are insurgencies still going on in the eastern region of Zararus, especially in the Polana and Rostok provinces. So far, 37 ZPA troops and 69 insurgents have been killed since the cease fire. "Zhenkov's supporters only want chaos in our country," President Boris Reznov said in his recent speech. "The only way to restore peace is to eliminate them." According to a spokesman of the Zararus's People Army, an offensive has been planned in order to bring Zhenkov's supporters to justice. Meanwhile, citizens living in eastern Zararus, especially those living in Polana and Rostok, are advised to stay indoor and not to interact with any insurgents. Providing News to the People of Zararus Zararus Airline plane went missing  Boeing 777-200LR similar to the one by the missing flight August 9th, 2014-- Yesterday, on 8:16 PM, Zararus Airline Flight 39 went missing an hour after leaving Safraen's Airspace. It is currently unknown how or why this happened. However, there are rumors that it may be because of the ongoing "Safraen Dancing Fever". After the news of the disappearance reached the Zararussian Government, the government ordered search and rescue in the area of the plane's last location. Meanwhile, the president of Zararus Airline ask the international community to assist the Zararussian Airline and the Zararussian government in finding the missing flight. More information regarding the flight isn't available at this time. Military Spending Increased  ZT-95, to be put in production and service by 2015 August 9th, 2014-- This morning, the People's Assembly passed a law that would increase military spending threefold. "This is the right thing to do," a spokesman for the ZPA said. "With the conflict we're in, it's necessary to increase spending and production in order to bolster our defense." Providing News to the People of Zararus Zararus to Remain Neutral in International Wars and Conflicts  ZPA soldiers at attention August 10th, 2014-- The Ministry of Defense announced that Zararus will not participate in international wars, such as the war between WARSAW and CSTO. "Domestic matters are more important than foreign ones," Dimity Chernenko, Minister of Defense, said. "If we cannot control the matter in our own country, how can we control the matter in international scenes?". The Ministry of Defense also said that they must handle the situation regarding the disappearance of Zararus's Flight 39. "However," the Minister of Defense added, "our armed force will be on standby should the need arise." Anti-Semitic Crimes Increasing  Protesters at Polana City According to a recent study by the Ministry of Public Security, there have been a rise in anti-semitic crimes since the ousting of Zhenkov and his loyalists. Since his ousting, there are a total of 537 anti-semitic crimes in the country. That add up to the total of 725 in 2014, a 20% increase from last year. Two days ago, three synagogues have been vandalized and burned down. At least 35 perpetrators have been arrested. Yesterday, a Jewish family was found hanged under a tree. Due to a conflict with evidences, no one was arrested. A anti-semitic protest was held in Belagrad today. However, a clash between protesters and polices occurred soon after. 13 have been arrested. A spokesman for the Zararus Jewish Organization said that the ZJO requested the Ministry of Public Security to provide additional security for all synagogues in the country. The Ministry of Public Security had yet to reply. |

Providing News to the People of Zararus BREAKING NEWS: Operation to recover Flight 39 started  ZKA-25 taking off from ZPNS Rodina August 12th, 2014-- today the ZPNF and the ZPAF, along with various other countries such as Zararus's ally, the People's Socialist Republic of Thomradia, have started the multinational rescue operation in order to rescue ZA39 from sea. This operation, known as "Operation: Poseidon", will be led by the flagship of the ZPNF, the ZPNS Rodina. This operation is taking place in the sea north of Berrean, where ZA39 was last seen on radar. The search zone can be found below:  Although a no-fly zone has not been declared over the search zone yet, we advise that all aircrafts should avoid the search zone until further notice in order to not interfere with the rescue operation. Providing News from the People of Zararus BREAKING NEWS: Car Bomb Killed 20 in Cinigrad, Rostok Province  The aftermath, five minutes after the explosion. August 14th, 2014-- This morning, a car bomb exploded on the crowded street of Cinigrad, killing 20 and injuring at least 100. The attack happened when a police officer issued a parking ticket to the vehicle. Fire broke out immediately afterward. Emergency services such as police, fire department, and EMT had been dispatched to the area but due to the crowded streets, as well as intense panicking in the city, emergency personnel weren't able to reach the scene until an hour later. By that time, fire had spread uncontrollably, resulting in a small firestorm. Buildings around the scene have been damaged by the fire, and it has been reported that one building collapsed due to it, killing whoever was inside. It wasn't until five hours later that the fire has ceased, thanks to the brave actions of the firefighters. It is widely believed that Zhenkov's terrorists are responsible for the attack. As a result, the Ministry of Public Security declared martial law in Cinigrad, as well as the rest of the Rostok province. a no-fly zone has been enforced above the province. Entries to Cinigrad have been restricted by the military. Citizens are ordered to stay indoor at all time until martial law has been lifted by officials. Any citizen caught outside during martial law will be suspected of terrorism and will be detained by the military. First Victim of ZA39 Found  ZPAF An-26 sent to recover the victim's body. August 14th, 2014-- The Federal Republic of Meche found a victim of ZA39 off the shore of Ikoulit. The victim, named Arina Konstantinov, apparently died from hypothermia. This brings to hope that there are survivors in the sea. As a result, rescue operations have intensified, focusing primarily on the water north of Ikoulit. The People's Government and Zararus Airline have expressed their condolences to the families, friends, and coworkers of the victim. The family of the victim will be compensated 2,000,000 Zararussian Rubles.
