The Empress Adalynn in Her great Wisdom and compassion for less fortunate countries has made Her Will clear in a letter issued to Alexander Zhou, Premier of the People's Republic of Aeternum. Zhou, who presented the founding of Krimeon Anti-Terrorism and Peaceful Undertakings Legionary Team to the Region was quoted as saying: "Let us be clear, K.A.T.P.U.L.T. is not a military alliance of either defense or aggression, but instead a formalized platform to respond to terrorism". This, of course, fits the Will of Her Imperial Majesty as (despite Terria's mighty army and military budget) has not given up on pusuing complete peace in the Region. Moscow - In a rather stunning (yet wise) move by our Great Empress Adalynn, appointed by Kerli Herself, a letter was sent to the Ardian Entente applying for membership. As all Terrians know, the Empress simply does not need support from other Nations as the Power of Kerli resides within her every move, statement, and decision. However, our Empress, appointed by Kerli Herself, has reasons that of course are perfection in themselves. The people of Great Terria look brightly on the future of this possible alliance with Nations that surround them, and will forever praise this strong move by their Empress. (The article goes on about what the Entente is) Imperial Order Legalizes Euthanasia Moscow - Mercy has never been lacking in our Great Empress Adalynn, appointed by Kerli Herself, and that very fact shone in an Imperial Order released by Moscow today: Quote: Imperial Order on Euthanasia By Imperial Order of the Crown, through the authority of Empress Adalynn Brennan, appointed by the Goddess Kerli and made Holy through such; the following is to be made law effective immediately In accordance with the restrictions laid out within, the act of medical euthanasia shall henceforth be legal when applied with a painless method by a person or persons with license to practice medicine. Restriction I Three persons with valid license to practice medicine must conclude that the subject (or patient) has an illness that is without hope of survival (or terminal), or that the chances of survival with reasonable medical treatment are below 20%. It shall be unlawful for a doctor or doctors to refuse to conclude as such on reasons of issue with this law and/or subject's (or patient's) right to enact this law. Restriction II The ability to enact right to euthanasia shall not apply to subjects (or patients) who are suspect of any crime, or imprisoned on criminal charges. Restriction III If the subject (or patient) is without sound mind, usual "Right of Attorney" does not apply to enacting the right of euthanasia. Following the restrictions laid out within this Order; "Right of Attorney" possesors must also present a case for euthanasia to a judge for an Order of Euthanasia, presenting all evidence needed to meet restrictions.
