• Takeda Strikes Economic Deal With Supreme Sovereignty
  
  In the new countries first ever diplomatic venture, Supreme Sovereignty approached Prince Sora and his administration to promote economic ties between them and Takeda. After brief, well-collaborative and freindly talks the two countries have signed an agreement. Along with trade, Takeda would provide economic advisory, the same it has so far learned from Rokkenjima, specifically the Minister of Economics, Octavia Tagtgran. Takeda would also trade in raw materials and other resources and Supreme in return would provide it's nuclear power techniques and build several. "This fixes the recent power issues we've faced and the major issue of funding and keeping up with clean energies. The nuclear power, while provided it can be hazardous, is a right step for abundant power and growth along with cleaner energy." says Sora Yoshimo in public announcement of the economic alliance.

• Riots Demand Prince Sora Step Down
  
  During a Gay Pride parade in support of Prince Sora coming out as homosexual, agitators gathered in the streets of Kawaki, the capital to meet the parade and put a stop to it. "While Kawaki is a very open city and holds rights such as LGBT very high, nieghboring cities and the majority of the population on Takeda are widely oppose to it. Normally, no one would care for what anyone else does with their own personal livelihood, however having a homosexual leader of the country has caused an uprising of sit-ins and protest." Says Yamisha Hotori, Mayor of Kawaki. Anti-Gay rights protestors met the parade, harassing those participating and observers as well. This sparked tensions and fighting among the crowds dispatching police to use more aggressive force to protect the paraders. Anti-rights activist, began aggressively protesting saying the police were oppressing their rights to freely express themselves. As the day went on, protest became more intense and soon, full riots in protest against Sora Yoshimo. What ended, was several major art centers being sacked and hundreds injured, one dead.

  After three days of open vote, Shinzo Abe was elected Prime Minister of Takeda through a landslide vote. His opponent, Togo Mika, provided a tough challenge for Abe. "She was just as a good candidate as me. We both bring special things to the table that would have in the long wrong, benefited the government and country as a whole." Shinzo said during his admittance speech. Shinzo, studied political science and economics at Misha University, being a strong proponent to the National Democratic socialist Movement in Toshikawa and being the former Minister of Economics under Aang Yoshimo's administration. "Mostly." shinzo began in a recent interview. "I promote strict economic and political moderation, usually the middle point is the best position to hold on the spectrum, because from this point you are more flexible and reasonable. It's why it's essential in government."

  Ever since the Miroma's have risen in the sight of the falling Empire, reclaiming their noble land and holds, other families like the Nekhaga's, Uesegi, Oto and Mori have risen back up as well the reclaim their lands. This has sparked a shadow of worry over the mainland, as the new-age modern Noble families of Toshikawa have more power than they ever had in nearly two centuries. Already, it seems tensions are rising between the noble Daimyo factions as the Miroma's seek to claim the mainland for themselves pressing their progressive liberal agenda, the Nekhaga's seek economic and political dominance to once again become threatening power and the Mori build up their olden militaristic infrastructure. It seems, the Empire has turned into a lawless land, hardly any infrastructure exist within the mainland anymore, Daimyo lords run amok in the lands and bandits scorch the land like, the Toshikawan mainland has seemed to turn into a perfect apocalyptic image.

Prince Sora Last Seen in stress at a Privy Council conference

The Prince of Takeda, Sora Yoshimo, has been noted in the political ring and social media to have gone reclusive in recent weeks following the escalation of tensions in the Toshikawan Mainland and a recent military buildup by Takeda in efforts to what the government said: "As an effort to assure our sovereignty and security from the inevitable conflict arising in the Mainland." One week ago, our Sora Yoshimo Palace insiders were seemingly cut off from their reporting from inside the palace and news coming out became limited. Along with this, came rumors arising from social media that the young Prince had hit a wall of depression like his father and previous Yoshimo's before, as the Yoshimo clan can been known to have terminal depression running in the family.

However these allegations were disproven when former members of the Princes' Privy Council were first found out to be 'Former' members. It's illegal in the writing of the constitution for the Prince to single-handedly dissolve the Privy Council and take control over authoritarian control of the Ministries. Yesterday, Shinzo Abe the Prime Minister, had a falling out with the Prince as he was expelled for what the Prince said as, "A temporary leave for the investigation by the royal Metsuke under the pretense of co-operation with the corrupt Lord Daimyos of the Mainland" Another suspicion is the assignment of Royal Metsuke by the Prince. Metsuke, have essentially been secret police of past Daimyo lords, Aang Yoshimo dissolved the Metsuke with the help if Shinzo Abe 10 years ago, however the Prince has brought them back to "Ensure the government in stabilized and protection of the Prince from Mainland influence."

Then, the Prince presented a new bill to the National Parliament in which gives him nearly total control over the government, all but local. Meaning, that the Prince can overturn the democratic process at his word and enforce new Royal Edicts without the approval of the Legislative organ in the government. While the Parliament was largely oppose to the bill, in a final speech by the Prince and national misconception of what the bill was ushered massive national support behind the bill. Prime Minister Shonzi Abe said, "It is work of the Royal Metsuke, they indirectly affected media and the general perception of this bill thus tricking Parliament and making the country as a whole, oppose to the down-voting of it. Prince Sora is doing what he believes is best for the country and he has stated, the democratic process wil remain but can be overturn easily by him for 'emergencies'. It is clear, that the Royal Metsuke are behind Prince sora on this and may be an influential factor in his decision making."

The Capital city of Takeda, Kawaki, has always been recognized as a major art centre and until recently, is seeing a wave of new music, native and foreign. Mostly, orchestra's and various bands of differing genres have been popping up all over the country and have flocked to Kawaki to get a chance at noteriety. However, most seen is the Rokkenjiman influence in Toshikawan music, "Rokkenjiman bands, such as alternative and Heavy Metal bands have come to Toshikawa." says Syu, lead guitarist of the Takedan Power Metal band, Galneryus. "As a kid, I remember listening to bands like Dethclok and Ghost. Toshikawa, is home to alot of instrumental music music and symphonies along with really heavy electronica. It has created a fusion of musical culture in Toshikawa and mostly, Takeda. You see alot of these Takedan bands, coming out with a result of this fusion, mainly you have power metal, electronic rock and a boast of new classical music."

JENKA - The Mori have finally reached Gowu and are beginning light attempts at a siege upon Jenka. So far however, the Siege of Gowu has been the most painful to watch, with over 4,300 civilians recorded to be killed just by artillery shelling, many hope a swift end to this Siege, whichever side ends for the sake of ending the bloodshed quickly.

Gowu, was originally a colony of the Holy Empire of Achkaerin but the midst of civil war in the ancient Empire, Gowu was given Independence and eventually annexed by the rising Toshikawan federation. Before then, the city had lived in it's own culture, an Achkaerin culture that still lives the people to this day.

Over 70% of the population in Gowu are ethnic descendants from Ahckaerin and very much consider themselves separate from the Toshikawan Mainland. During Aang Yoshimo's reign, Gowu was achieving minor victories in it's effort to gain regional autonomy.

Today, the city stands disorganized and a war-torn city under siege a force of 100,000+ Mori troops plus it's vassals. Achkaerin forces however are making their way in Gowu, helping Monks, police forces and civilian insurgencies defend the city. There is still little hope for the city, was everyday Mori forces gain ground and occupy more of the massive city.

• UTSEA Rover 'Hakiri' Lands on Nergal But Problems Quickly Follow, Then Discovery
  
  Hakiri has finally landed on Nergal to study the seasonal wet streaks of liquid on the planet's surface but it seems to have become stuck in place due to non-operational wheels. UTSEA soon after announced that the rover's camera is un-operational as it is frozen tilted down. However as the rover reversed from it's place the camera captured it's imprints in what was a dark muddy surface. Tools on board studied the muddy substance that made the rover inoperable, results coming back to UTSEA control in Hosokawa reveiled it was water!.
  
  Liquid water has been discovered on Nergal as theorized but now UTSEA must explain how it landed there and contaminated potential microbes....UTSEA's next plan: pull it out and hope the stuff it landed on is alive, if anything was alive in the first place...

• UTSEA to Test New Spacecraft
  
  AORC-01 Sentai
  
  UTSEA announces the beginning of testing the new AORC-01 Sentai, a small exploration spacecraft designed to fly in atmospheric planets in a wide range of conditions. The craft can take off from a runway or by launch vehicle and enter low earth orbit on it's fission power cells, large aerospike engines, boosters and experimental ion engine. Originally the concept derived from designing a Toshikawan Space Shuttle, however UTSEA's mission changed four years ago when the program said it will de-orbit it's research station and leave low earth orbit to focus of human exploration of deep space. As of now, the Toshikawan research station has been up for bid for private space industry, or it will be de-orbited ina controlled manner.
  
  The Senati won't take off for several years though, atmospheric testing and low earth orbit test by computers are taking place before any manned flights and in 8 to 14 years, UTSEA hopes a manned test run can be achieved on Nergal.

  Today protest across the country began against Mundus Pride being held in Gowu. Anti-LGBT 'activist' claiming it is forced homosexual propaganda on Toshikawan sovreignty. What caused an even larger uproar was the Shogun's participation in the festival. "We don't care what the Shogun does in his spare time. What he has accomplished for Toshikawa as far as peace has earned Sora Yoshimo a badge of honor where we can look past his deviants. However, we can not ignore it when he tries to push this homosexual agenda on our families." the National Toshikawan Association for Cultural Integrity said.
  
  Several threats have been called in, specifically on Sora Yoshimo. "There are no credibility to the ongoing threats." Shotgunate Intelliegence stated. "However we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure no threat is posed to the Shogun. The arrival of Mundus Pride has called for over 40% of Toshikawans believing Sora Yoshimo should step down. "If he can't choose a representative lifestyle for the Toshikawan people then he needs to step down." NTACI says
  
  60% of Toshikawans dissaprove of Mundus Pride being in Gowu, 2lwhich is widely seen as still a Toshikawan city. 10% approve and the rest are undecided/neutral.

• Terror Leaves Over 3,000 Dead in Toshikawa, Shogun Declares a State of War
  
  Over 3,000 Toshikawans died in a terror attack by the Four Truth's, a terror organization derived from the strict idealogy of Hase Tutyame. The group claims to be spreading the true word of Buddhism and say that unless Toshikawa is forced into isolation by sanctions of thw world, more will die, this time not inside of Toshikawa. Investigation indicated that the primary targets of the 600+ buddhist gunmen were Muslims, who were gathering near the Takeda Economic Centre in memorium of the Muslim Massecre 4 years ago. Firefighting between police and Shogunate special forces carried on for 6 hours and across the country many other attacks were quickly prevented. Officials are still trying to figure out how all the weapons were smuggled into Toshikawa and how intelligence missed this attack and caught other o es before they happened. Sources suggest deep connections in the Black Market and Elements of the Nueva Ardian government.

• Toshikawan Scientist Make Milestone in Nuclear Fusion Energy
  
  
  Toshikawan scientists say they have reached a milestone in a quest to derive energy from nuclear fusion, billed as a potentially limitless, safe and cheap source. The success comes as a culmination of a nearly two decade project. Nuclear fusion entails fusing atoms together to generate energy a process similar to that in the Sun- as opposed to nuclear fission, where atoms are split, which entails worries over safety and long-term waste. After spending a billion Yen and nine years on construction work, physicists working on a Tosjikawan project called the “stellarator” said on Thursday that they had briefly generated a super-heated helium plasma inside a vessel — a key point in the experimental process.
  
  “We’re very satisfied,” said Hakito at the Tinzin Institute of Research and Development “Everything went according to plan.” For all its promise, nuclear fusion has proven elusive and highly costly to achieve. The idea is to heat atoms to temperatures of more than 100 million degrees, so that their nuclei fuse. The fusion would take place in a special vacuum chamber where the atoms, in a hot ionised gas called a plasma, are held floating in place by superconducting magnets, so that they do not touch the vessel’s cold sides.
  
  The Toshikawan experiment, using a machine called Budai-X7, was aimed at seeing whether it was possible to heat helium atoms with a microwave laser and to briefly contain the plasma within the vessel. The first plasma in the 16-metre-wide machine, from one milligram of helium gas heated by a 1.8-megawatt laser pulse, lasted one-tenth of a second and reached a temperature of about one million degrees, the institute said in a press release. The team will next try to extend the duration of the plasma and to find out the best way of producing it. The Shogunate has already expressed interest in it's investement as the enviroment declined on fossil fuel based power.Scientist dedicated their ongoing research to the recent mass killing.

It is against our advise for the Shogun to talk with President Melos, a man who naturally hates dictatorsbips no matter how benevolent they are."   The Toshikawan Navy unveiled Miroma Ship designs this week in the wake of new aggression towards Nueva Ardia. According to the description, the vessel will have a displacement of approximately 17,500 tons, with a length of 200 meters and a breadth of 20 meters. Th military has announced now that all power across Nueva Ardia is shut down. Internet access and all trade ships are blocked off from the nation. "We will continue economic and cyber warfare." However, Mako Yoshimo, the heir to the Shogunate is considered missing and likely dead as well.   Many agricultural goods, raw materials and more have been decreasing in input to Toshikawa because of the weeks initiation of war on Nueva Ardia, a major provider in various raw consumer goods around the world. "The economy has taken a blow, we've hurried to acquire alternative ways of trade, but the loss of the Matilda Canal ports have been a major impact." reports the Ministry of Economics. It's reported that Toshikawa has crippled the Nueva Ardian economy and in turn, has effected the lucrative stock markets back home. Just last week because the invasion of nueva Ardia inflation went up by 8% and is predicted to continue climbing. The Ministry of Economics reports, "Toshikawa is going through a period of hyperinflation." he states.
  
  However, the government has various goals in mind, such as making Toshikawa a mostly self-sufficient nation. This has raised questions about other motives of incursion into Nueva Ardia. It being an oil rich country, Nueva Ardia and Toshikawa have had disputes about trade in the past and was the main instigator in Nueva Ardia's claims of foreign corporations abusing their workers rights.

  The navy is getting plenty of new toys this year, along with a new fighter(shared with airforce), 2 new constructed destroyers due for training in the Sea of Kyne and now this. The navy is calling it Battousai Prime, a self-proclaimed nuclear powered arsenal battlecruiser that packs some heat. The Toshikawan navy brass says, "It has the capability to blow even carriers out the water single-handedly." Specifications have not yet been released and are not expected to until the first one is constructed.

  The Toshikawa panda is reported going extinct today, after the Shogunate slashed funding efforts for the preservation society to save the animal and lack of private funding and attention. The Shogunate's Ministry of Environment released a statement saying, "The Toshikawan Panda was not a priority nor did the animal remain of enough importance for preservation." Many glare over his subject over the common belief in Toshikawa that Panda's were usless and unintelligent anyway. However the National Animal Preservation Society of Toshikawa is quite mad saying, "This is an outrage that such a beautiful animal would be let go extinct by the environmental damage by the government." However Institute researchers at Takeda University say environmental issues had little to do with the Panda's extinction, but rather their incapability of self-sustainability. Many animal rights activist still argue this however, demanding change to the Shogunate's environmental policy.

  After a terror threat was made public by an Islamic Hacktivist group, named the Islamic Liberation Front for Toshikawa(ILFT), the Shogunate ordered advance precaution by isolating known Islamic communities within major cities and detaining other Muslims throughout the week for screening. the Shogun, Kei Taira, released a statement saying, "As religious and unfortunately, ethnic tensions rise, we can only take the necessary procedure to endure the rights of the majority." he released in a press conference. Many are complaining, telling them the now gated, Muslim communities seem more like the beginnings of concentration camps. "They are bias against anyone from Muslim decent, or Materna beliefs." says one of the Muslim men, who wished to keep his identity hidden.
  
  "I am a dock worker, I pay taxes, participate in the forced military training and try to pay the bills. By those regards I am a good Toshikawan citizen, but the Government has demonized the entirety of Muslim communities in this nation. Everyday we are abused by the Samurai and no one pays any mind. It is a racial, as well as religiously charged battle. We are all human, no greater and no less." Activist have called for the release of the communities, however the Government maintains it's screening process and are releasing as many at a time they safely can. However, many complain it's not fast enough, as families are neglected the basic economic necessities required to survive in Toshikawa's competitive outlook.
  
  These threats come after ILFT protested against the government in their war on Nueva Ardia, calling it unjust and inhumane, demanding a change in military tactics, but above all to pull out of the country immediately. "Yes, our Muslim brothers and sisters were killed in the brutal attacks by Hase Tuteyame." the group said in a released Youtube video. "But this government is only working in the favor of Hase, oppressing the Muslim minority and indirectly blaming us for the attacks. He is succeeding in his conspiracy to provoke nationalistic view in Toshikawa. The Government, is for Hase and to that, we say down with them. Down with the Shogun. Down with the Samurai. A disease to the world."

While the average Toshikawan citizen has been struggling, the Daimyo's and Coporate leaders have gained a significant amount of wealth. From the war itself, with Nueva Ardia, sponsored by Arms Manufacturers, the Shogunate Taira Clan itself have quadrupled it's worth. Musicians, such as the world renown Toshikawan rockstar, Miyavi has been as the head of protest against the Shogunate. "There is no doubt Hase Tutyame is an evil man that needs to be stopped and that he killed Sora Yoshimo and possibly Mako Yoshimo by taking advantage of the system in Nueva Ardia. But that is the government, what we're doing is invading a small country in which we have brutally killed over 3 to 4 million Andean citizens."

  An Epanastasia Assassin was captured by Toshikawan authorities a few days ago, Shogunate Intelligence announced today that it was confirmed that the assassin, who killed Kiya Musashimo, a headlining political figure who is promoting the use of aggressive carpet bombing tactics in Nueva Ardia and the promoter of several Toshikawan Nationalist groups. The conservative organization, Toshikawa First, was outraged, showing their anger by burning Epanastasian flags outside the Embassy and harassing many Epanastasians and other foreign tourist on the streets of Takeda, Maru and Hosokawa. The Four Truth's, commended the attack, deeming Epanastasia on their internet website as an ally and that "Hase tutyame is proud that the enlightenment is spreading throughout the world."
  
  Kei Taira made a statement from Shonin Palace, "Me and Kiya Musashimo disagreed on many policies but her role in the political field and influence on the many groups in Toshikawa can't be denied." Shogunate intelligence reports that there was no significant proof that Epanastasia is connected to the Four Truths, all that is know as that Hase Tutyame has publically endorsed the assassination.   As the war in Nueva Ardia comes to a halt with Toshikawan occupation over parts of the Peninsula, Kei Taira addresses the criticism of Toshikawan tactics. "I do not condone, the carpet bombing, or the direct intentional murder of civilians." the Shogun addressed to foreign media. "Our military staff, did what they thought was best and despite their great judgement, I still do not condone this brutality and unjust war crimes. From this day on, I order General Ran and Admiral Kiroii, the two leaders of the operation, to be arrested and brought forth in front of the Shogunate tribune for the trial of death." the crowd gasped, the two leading military official, paramount to Toshikawan operations were to be put on trial with the penalty of death. "In addition, Toshikawa will contribute directly to the reconstruction efforts in Nueva Ardia, as well as the cooperative Toshikawan bank investment on the Peninsula to wipe their debt. Compensation will also be payed to all the families who lost combatants or other family members killed by Toshikawan military action."
  
  "As an honorable nation that prides itself on the bushi code, this is a despicable and utterly unacceptable act of war." Kei Taira finished off. General Ran justifies the use of carpet bombing as a physiological effect, noting that most Nueva Ardians died from causes of starvation and a mysterious disease, suspected to be a chemical weapons released by Hase Tutyame. "We very well have the capability to apply more straight forward tactics to avoid civilian losses, however the Nueva Ardian military was entirely lost before the war started. We carpet bombings scared any resistance for occupation into submission, without it, the Shogun wouldn't be able to institute this reconstruction policy." Admiral Kiroii has remained silent. Out of the entire war, only 216 Toshikawan Marines were killed, 170 of them being from taking the Vendosia 'Red Dawn' base. "Humans, can not, land on the surface of Ishtar(venus), especially using submarine technology."   The Integrated Communications and Ballistic Missile system was announced today as a joint strategy by the Navy and airforce to establish a strong ABM defence system in place of the oldening one. The ICBM system will rely more heavily on satellite detection and deployment, prompting the Airforce to launch a string of defense network satellites into Mundus orbit. The system also acts to extend the strategic maneuverability of the armed forces with a nw arsenal of MIRV systems. Using the IABMAN launch system, the airforce announces up to 50 MRVs can be dropped at once in a single area. With the planned construction of over 1,000 IABMAN based missiles, the Toshikawan military has the ability to drop a total of 50,000 MRV devices, 50 total for each shot. Along with this, 'light' MIRV missiles are being announced, able to carrying 10 at a time, the planned amount is 5,000, boasting another 50,000 MRVs.

  The Navy hosted sea trials of the Battousai Prime Arsenal ship and 2 more Miroma II destroyers today in a demonstration of the destructive power of this combined battle group. Many speculate it was a show to Dijel, a state that is becoming increasingly hostile to Toshikawa. The Ministry of Defence reported just last week that "We may be in a period of escalation, or rather the beginnings of a cold war with Dijel." A total of 1,000 missiles were fired from the Arsenal Cruiser in testing with the Destroyer practicing ABM maneuvers around it. In addition, an IABMAN MIRV was tested in the Sea of Kyne, the sound could have very well been heard from Dauntel. "Successfully, a total of 50 MRV warheads were dropped on a localized area at mock targets." the Airforce reports, "Each of these warheads, yield a blast of 50 tons of TNT." The Airforce also states it's intentions to test a light MIRV carrying 10 radioactive warheads, nicknamed 'conventional dirty bombs' somewhere in Hygelic(antarctic). While the blast is significantly less for these radioactive warheads, the Airforce states that the radiation spread by these warheads is quite dangerous and wide.

  The Ministry of Defence and the Shogunate is seemingly ignoring the international backlash against the recent Missile test and planned test in Hygelic. The Ministry blatantly announced today that the missile test will go through and the testing date it pushed forward to meet certain quota's. Shogun Taira yet has anything to say about the issue, as many suspect he is being pressured by backers to retain his liberal ideals for policy making. Many liberal elements within Toshikawa are worried about the rising support for nationalist ideologies, which is what a Takeda University political research report, points to being the reason to the rise of military conflict across the world.

• General Ran Sentenced to Life in Prison
  
  General Ran, the leader of operations against Nueva Ardia in the Andean Peninsula, was sentence to life in prison today for crimes against humanity for intentionally ordering the targeting of civilians, dropping expensive ordinances to kill Andean civilians by the score. Many hoever still complain that evidence points to the military still doing the same thing in the mountains. The Ministry of Defence released a press statement saying, "Damaged civilian infrastructure has been deemed as collateral damage in an effort to disable Samsari and Guerilla military capability. This damage has been limited and no more than 12 civilians casualties in the mountains have been recorded."

  Kei Taira has accepted open passage for Muslims to Rokkenjima, "We must be gradual about this." noting Jenka as Rokkenjima did. "But we are willing to fully cooperate with Rokkenjima to undergo this task and in a secure way. Throughout the months we will move masses of Muslims to Rokkenjima if they wish, until this blows over in which the Shogunate will provide safe passage back. • Shogunate Issues Sanctions Against Gowu
  
  "We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the endorsement of terrorist. This effectively validates all the pain and terror Borland has caused around the world as a legitimate and honorable cause for independence." Kei Taira addressed. "We have no choice but to be heavy handed now and promote the Rokkenjiman resolution, coupled with a guarantee from the Security Council that it won't lead to a warring conflict, it's a broad proposal. However Achkaeris outright denial of this proposal shows that another motive lies underneath their logic."

• Shogunate Announces Intentions to Leave CTO
  
  
  The Shogunate has announced it's full intention to leave the CTO after it's Security Council term is up. Kei Taira addressed the decision in a press statement saying, "Advised by my council, we have come to the conclusion that the CTO is a useless organization that is only a playground for feuds, long processes and the total lack of means to accomplish even a minor goal. It is an organization that Toshikawa has not had the pleasure of being a part of and by the end of the year, Toshikawa will have fully withdrawed from this destructive organization."

• Shogun Forces Cancellation of Hygelic Missile Test
  
  
  The Shogun took extensive executive action, including seizing Airforce and Daimyo associate assets with Shogunate Samurai and Secret Service, to halt the upcoming testing of the Toshikawan radiation missile. Despite the test being stopped however, there have been no intentions announced to halt it's construction and with the proposal of 'Non-proliferation of Ballistic Missiles', the Shogunate maintains that the construction of current IABMAN missiles(seen in the picture) cannot be stopped. Recent fears all over the world of the amount of destruction the IABMAN missile can bring, carrying 30 warheads, came to light after one was deployed in Samsarah to destroy military infrastructure. "Civilian casualties are regrettable." Shogun Kei Taira said. "It is a fact of war, and either we end this war quickly or have it drawn it with the amount of Toshikawan casualties and Andean losses reaching the thousands. Sometimes, actions are committed to for the greater good, not moral obligations that can counter progress in the grand scheme."
  
  Kei also spoke on the cancellation of missile test, calling them "Unethical and illogical on our part. Though I will not promise the cancellation of our new, quite expensive ICBM program. We will not let other states, order us on the means of defending ourselves."

• Navy Announces New Stealth Carrier
  
  
  The Shogunate's navy has announced a new aircraft carrier designed to exclusively serve the stealth multirole F-37s, the carrier's are the size of the older Toshikawan class supercarriers and are boasted to have a state of the art stealth systems. The vessel is also rumored to have the ability to have multiple missile tubes, which contain small MIRV missiles specifically designed to target multiple ships, the navy does say it is testing these missile types, it says any ship is not being planned to arm them any time in the future. Many experts point to the insane amount of debt the Shogunate is in, the wars on the Andean Peninsula, Epanastasia and buildup, have bolstered the military industrial complex, making it the top lucrative business in the country, but over all debt as reached an all time high...

• Government debt reaches 26 trillion, Country teeters on Recession
  
  In a report released by the Ministry of Economics, many are alarmed at the negative affects the wars have caused on the Toshikawan economy. While the Military Industrial Complex has always been noted of thriving, the recent influx in war have driven other industries into exile, industries which the entire backbone of the country works off of. With wartime production reaching an all time high, commercial inflation climbs, income declines and poverty rates is among the highest of all developed nations. The nation is reaching a boiling point, as more student's protest the quality of education and war making policy. So far, the Shogunate has waged 4 trillion in war efforts.

• Breaking: Standoff Across the Entire Country
  
  A Protesting Samurai as an Officer in the Shogunate's Army
  
  After Rokkenjima announced the Mentorship of Toshikawa, there was resounding protest from the right wing of the country with several Ministries under the right nationalist wing in the Shogunate threatening assets and going as far as to threaten blatant ignorance of Shogun Kei Taira. Ito Tomatsu has spoke heavily about this, immediately resigning as Minister of Foreign Affairs and proclaiming the government as 'lost'. Coupled with this, several leading military officials are threatening insurrection with their forces attempting to seize the assets of more Moderate and Liberal Clans behind the scheme of 'the Mentorship of Toshikawa'. These number of forces have been combated with Shogunate forces, as of now in most southern parts of Toshikawa around the Capital Military district, standoffs are taking place, with lines drawn only a few feet from eachother with Toshikawan soldiers pointing guns straight at eachother. Locals described the scene like a typical military exercise but soon realized the gravity of this 'exercise'.
  
  The Ministry of Defence reports a total of 800 quote on quote, Toshikawan troops led by Samurai element's, and mostly composed of Samurai, have gone AWOL. These now self-proclaimed Ronin Samurai comapnies have risen up, slamming the Shogun for giving up power of the Shogunate, essentially lowering the amount if influence the Samurai have in Toshikawa. Many believe this is only a precursor to a Toshikawan-Rokkenjiman state, one where Rokkenjima hold authority over Toshikawan land. The majority of Samurai back this belief, however are unwilling to rebel in armed protest. We'll keep you updated as this story develops. A message is being touted by the right wing nationalist: You're either a subject of Rokkenjima, or a Toshikawan.
