![]() To: The General Assembly of the Commonwealth Treaty Organization In as much as there are currently 12 signatory nations to the CTO and thus the Security Council shall only convene when there are more than fifteen members of the General Assembly, the powers and authority it shall be vested in the entire General Assembly (Chapter V, Article 22, Subsection 5) and as a member of the General Assembly in good standing, The Seaforth Confederation Of Clans hereby issues a formal injunction to the UNP, representing Nya Aland, to halt the proposed whale hunt. Additional injunctions are hereby issued to the Kingdom of East Moreland, The Kingdom of Dartfordia, The Empire of Rokkenjima and any such nation signatory to the Commomwealth Treaty intending on deploying military or civilain vessels to the Sea of Alucard with the intent of interfering in the aforementioned whale hunt, violating the EEZ of the UNP/Nya Aland or violating the Fair Seas Concordant. These injunctions are issued under Chapter VI - Pacific Settlement of Disputes, Chapter VII - Action with Respect to Threats to the Peace, Breaches of the Peace and Acts of Aggression, Chapter IX - International Economic and Social Co-operation and Chapter X - The International Court of Justice. The injunctions will compel the aforementioned nations of The Kingdom of East Moreland, The Kingdom of Dartfordia, The Empire of Rokkenima, The United Nordic Peoples and Nya Aland and any other invested parties to this dispute, the continuance of which is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace, security, international relations and the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples shall, first of all, seek a solution by negotiation, inquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice. General Joshua Rhodes Archon of Seaforth OOC: It's late and I had a wild idea, why not actually use one of the treaties we spent so much time on? OOC CGJ edit: Moved the topic and assigned it to an institution (General Assembly)...and added a missing 'T' in the title. Edited by CGJ, 4th May 2015 - 12:07 PM.

![]() The Seaforth Confederation, while still pursuing a resolution to this issue within this body would like to publically thank The Kingdom of East Moreland and The Rokkenjiman Empire for clarifying their positions regarding involvement in the whaling dispute as well as publically thank The Kingdom of Dartfordia for reevaluating their position regarding the HMDS Goliath and other naval vessel involvement in this dispute. The Seaforth Confederation also makes no issue with RDN vessels in the Sea of Alucard in general as referred to by Ministry of Defence spokespeople in a recent statement to the DBC.
