 As of today, following an official declaration, the nation of Cuthuosal is finally united! A statement issued by General Paashkivo puts the reins of government firmly in the hands of the Cuthuosali People's Revolutionary Party: "The people of Cuthuosal have chosen to take their fate into their own hands, a step as justified as it is inevitable! King Hakkan has been deposed and the Royal Palace taken over by the National Liberation Army. As of today, the Central Military Revolutionary Committee assumes complete control over the areas of the Lappeenrat, Kainuu, Satakuta, Paijata, Karjala and Kamenlyakso regions. All combatants are called upon to lay down arms and check into their local Milrevcom by midnight. Any individual that fails to comply will be tried according to military law." This marks the beginning of a new era in the history of Cuthuosal. |

Following the Proclamation of National Unity, Chairman Kekkonen of the Central Committee of the CPRC delivered a historic speech in front of a massive crowd numbering in the tens of thousands, outlining the future of the nation. "At last the people of Cuthuosal are freed from the tyranny of an arbitrary, uncaring monarch. No longer shall the brightest and most industrious suffer under an antiquated regime concerned only with the maintaining of a rotten, corrupt system. Those who claim to have a right to rule passed down by blood, the complacent, indolent rulers of a dying ideology, have no place in the world of today, much less in that of tomorrow. This new world is one of reason and progress, one of change, of evolution and of betterment. Today, the people have spoken. Today, we have risen at once to wash away the decay that has brought low this land. Today, turn a new page, open on a new chapter of the fate of Cuthosal. Today, we reclaim what is rightfully ours. For if it cannot break free from its egg, a bird dies without ever having truly lived. We are the bird, this world our egg. Who wishes to be born must first destroy a world. Smash the world's shell, for the revolution of the world!" |
