Good morning Helgara, this is the HBC News, and I am your anchor Miranda Bakash. Today the military R&D department unveiled one of their new products, a real like mech. Now, while awesome in its image, the suit itself cost over 17,000 Khronemas, or one million united standard dollars. And that is not including any of the weapon systems. The government has already said that until the cost of production is decreased to a more reasonable number, manufacturing of the mech is on hold. But it could be possible that one day we will see this suits at the forefront of the Helgaran armed forces. Until then, we are just going to have to make due with the standard tank. |

![]() Country Wide Protests ![]() This morning protestors lined the streets in varies Helgaran towns and cities. The largest of these gatherings was just outside High Tower Estate, where it is believed that the current government is based since the evacuation of Vienra City. While the protests are large is size, there are a number of groups and factions that are divided in their message. The largest is the self-proclaimed Children of Democracy. The majority of its followers are calling for a date for elections to finally be sent. But among the Children are radicals calling for the immediate resignation of Prime Minister Thaine, and a complete rewriting of the current constitution. The second largest group are anti-war protestors. Most want the government to return the assets they seized and bring an end to the violence. A small minority is even siding with Zachachevania and the use of Napalm. Mostly disgruntled former employees of Zachachevanian Corporations, one of them had this to say: "Thaine started the war. If he hadn't unlawfully taken what was not his, we wouldn't be in this mess. Even if Zachachevania used napalm, they are still in the wrong. We want an immediate end to this madness and a return to the way things were." These protests have brought out all sorts of people that disagree with current government policies. There have been people supporting free market policies and others calling for the isolation of Helgara from the international community. It seems that when this war is over, the government will have a very dissatisfied populace to handle. Edited by Helgara, 18th November 2015 - 05:41 PM.
