Notice of Impending Name Change

After doing actual research into Japanese to find some cool names, I was disappointed to find that 'Toshi' really means nothing, though I did find one definition that said 'intelligent' or something like that. Also, 'Kawa' does not mean what I thought it did and is not representative in the etymology of the name lore I put down in the first place. I've known this but decided to let it go, however it's now bothering me :P

A chain of RP things will explain the name change but essentially it will end up:

Toshindai - 'Toshindainese' (Tu(or if you must 'toe')-shin-DIE)

Which actually means something and sounds cooler imo

Toshin can essentially mean heart or centre, and the 'dai' that comes after it means 'Great' or 'Big', translating to either Great Heart, Centre or Big Heart, Centre. Can also come out as 'Heart Great' and so on.

If you want to get super into debt To and Shin mean different things such as war and soul in some translations.

I don't mind if after the official name change, people still refer to the nation as 'Toshi' or 'Toshikawa', as there will still be legitimate reason to call it that.

Toshikawa shall be to Toshindai what Burma is to Myanmar ;)

( on a side note, I thought you meant you were changing your username, and I was on my way to tell you that I'd reject the name change ;))
