OOC: This is an international tourism blog site where anyone can contribute. Feel free to use this to help flesh out your nation, from an average tourist's perspective. by Cybele on April 2nd I've heard a lot about Akkad, hades, who hasn't? The ancient history, the culture, the people, sound amazing. Particularly the beer. Anyway, as soon as I could, I packed my bags and headed straight for the New Sparta International Airport. Akkad was amazing. Everything there was generally pretty cheap, about 2 Salams being worth 1 Spartan Dollar. The people were incredibly friendly, and always willing to help, whether with heavy bags or directions. Eating fresh fish by a sunny harbor, watching fishing boats in the Bay of Sargon. There were so many historical sites, I barely had enough time to get back in time for college. Edited by Sparta, 7th April 2016 - 01:23 AM.
