Taking NA and Toshi Off the Map

I'm not going to go through my deeper grievances as to why they're being taken off, I think that is clear to most who speak to me on IRC often or communicate OOC'ly, if not I really don't feel like talking about it =P

Beside that, I've had a really hard time having fun here in the past months ever since I've returned from my short hiatus. It's been fun in some parts but have eventually been squashed. With both of them, I feel like it's a constant drag and upkeep just to keep the nations there and force story through to satisfy regrettable dependencies. Recent events have really stomped out the fun for me and this isn't me jumping from nation to nation again. Toshi and NA are dead, reasonably so in my view. With the region needing to head in a new direction before it possibly dies, a fresh start is needed.

Basically: Roleplay should be fun. Not a job to constantly keep up with and/or feel stressed out about. Any RPer, who experiences nothing but constant struggle in their current state has the right to move on.
