2016/08/12 Introduction Created in 1808 following the impulsion of the very liberal Prince Honoré I. Heyra-Matin continually reported news through the Principality whatever happen. Mostly basing its news on financials and commercials issues, the newspaper also have a category specific for all the civilians events happening in the Principality, and naturally a dedicated place for the Princely Family that have a great place within our hearts. The offices are based within the Quartier Latin and is very digitalised. Around 50,000 copies are printed everyday outside within others nations and shared into most business center, which contributed to the reputation of a highly focus newspaper on business. A very emotive letter in which the Prince Souverain really wish to acknowledge how much Empress Beatrice did for the Mundus and her people while celebrating a new Monarch, a new Ruler. As Prince Honoré will follow his Father, the Prince Souverain, many were surprised by such statement as the Prince is well-known as the black sheep of the Principality, by generally leaving with his yatch and making scandals. A question has also come, what will be the repercussions on the international market after the already violent Darxit ? 2016/09/04 Low Interests  In the idea of re-establishing pre-Darxit situation, the Apsley Reserve Bank lowered once more interests. Josh Christensen, Treasurer of the Apsley stated : “I will reveal here that one of the measures that will be taken is that more measures will be taken to make sure the proper amount of tax is paid by every company, person, organization whatever.” followed by a “this is not an attack on Heyra” and even plan to meet with the Minister of State, Josh Page that if I can remember to our fellows readers, is an Apsleyan and directly appointed by the Apsley Government, that is the main reason why we weren't surprised when this one stated to be “perfectly agreeing with Apsleyan authorities and wanting full cooperation on these subjects”... Except that the Principality does not hold tax receipts or administratives, which ask the question, how does Mr. Page count to cooperate ? “It is out of question that the Principality will allow Apsleyan authorities to dictate law in Heyra.” stated a close member of the Prince Souverain circle. Apsley hold importants military reserves in Heyra, with one of its most important fleet there that protect the Principality, if Heyra refuse to cooperate or even open all its files, the Apsleyan could be tempted to use this protection as a blackmail. It is certainly not the first frictions on this file, Prince Souverain Charles VII already hold these questions many times. For the moment, the Prince Souverain refused to comment the declaration of the Treasurer and the same for the Premier Dauphin. Bankruptcy  After playing with the interests and making speculations, it was becoming inevitable ! The Kingdom of Vaguzia officially stated itself in bankruptcy terms, which was a decision waited for some months now. Loses have been estimated to hundreds of billions for many nations, while most private companies see this as an opportunity to take more control of national industries of the Kingdom. The Apsleyan Reserve Bank effectively continued to low the rate to 3%, in order to allow the Apsley economy to still pursue its growth until the end of the year, and stabilise the after-Darxit. The Moreland Pound seems to be a good alternative for a prudent investment along potentially enjoying of the current situation to take some loans with the low rate of the Reserve Bank. As the Minister of State must be an Apsleyan, and is de facto appointed by the Apsleyan Government, allowing not only them to control Heyran foreign policies, but forcing the Principality to follow them, which was the deal in exchange of their protection. But following growing tensions with the dearest ally of Apsley, Kaiser Adolf enforcing very discriminatories laws, the ingerence of Apsley concerning the crisis in Academicia and its non-intervention over the Kaiser Adolfians attacks against QAMB, clearly show a disruption and inactivity of Aplseyan foreign policy, not only having bad effects for the Principality morally and geopolitically, but also for the Apsleyan Dollar and the local economy. Add to that the Motion of Anti-Tax Evasion, and you obtain the perfect situation for a breaking between both nations. In the last months, Prince Charles VII have been suspected to invite many foreign dignataries in order, to precisely, find and seek a new Protector, which shall replace Apsley. Nothing is sure, but if these rumours are true, expect the Apsleyan stock exchange to take a hit, the same as neighbourhood. Catholicism being the State religion, along the religion of His Excellency since the foundation of the Principality, with this annual speech in front of the Heyran people, Prince Souverain honoured again the traditions. He ended his speech with “2016 have been a particularly rich year for our Principality, not only diplomatically and economically, but mostly for our reputation, as it is with a great honour that I may state that the Principality of Heyra is no longer under Apsleyan Protection, but a fully independent entity guarantee by Vaguzia and Helvetica.”, finishing under the applause of the hundreds of people. |

2017/01/08 New vision of the Principality's economy Following each New Year, the Crédit Princier at the express demand of His Excellency the Prince Souverain Charles VII, publish the record of the estimated declared flux and exchanges in terms of currencies used within the Principality. Horrible year for the Apsleyan Dollar ($), effectively, the start of the year was normal, after the Darxit, the Apsleyan Dollar ($) even knew a great period August-End September, but following the reforms announced by the Socialist Government in early September which drastically changed the mind of the usage of the currency, effectively, coming at the second place with 19% of the total transactions, a high place due to its high level the first part of 2016 strongly counter-balance the statistics, as it is estimated to only 4% for the last three months in terms of usage. Third, signatories nations of the TRAPHI, Vaguzia and Helvetica, are consider now as reliable, aka the Scambire (ƒ) and the Helvetican Franc (CHF) in order to use them during transactions... 2017/01/08 1000 new bonds for the Crédit Princier The Crédit Princier, following the annual review of the reports, announced that within its plans for this year, to not only make effective the transition of the social siege from Heyra to Achkaerin, but also the release of 1000 bonds with each having a net value of 100,000 Iso (∑) in order to adapt to its new host nation and to please the local Government. The Bank have announced that it already got the approval of the Achkaerinese Government within the creation of these bonds, which shall represent a net value of 1 billion Iso (∑) which shall be spent within international market. 2017/02/12 Celebrating the 200th Order  Before even its release, the notebook of order for Faucon reached 134 orders, when the first plane came out of the usine, the following week another 24 orders have been passed.
