Kaiser Adolf Herald Kaiser Adolf Returned to Sultanate, Dictator Renamed Sultan  The members of the ruling party, UMNO pledging their continuous loyalty to the Dictator 2 months ago in UMNO's Grand Assembly. In a shocking turn of event, the current ruler of the nation had surprisingly changed his style of ruling officially from a Dictatorship, the only one existed on Mundus, to a Constitutional Sultanate. This has led to a total reform of the government and the authority has been restored to the constitution. Kaiser Adolf former honourable Dictator, now a Sultan, was interviewed to share his opinion on why he did this. "I am doing what I believe will be the best for our nation. 30 months ago, when I ascended the throne, those anarchists were ruining our nation. I could not just watch and do nothing, they killed my father and hundreds government officials. I believe that the people will never forget that horrible feeling of losing their own country. That is why I declared that Kaiser Adolf was a Dictatorship to fix the problems effectively. Many condemned me for being a dictator but I tell you, if it means that being a dictator will be able to bring those killers to the guillotine then I am fine to be "dictatoring" for a thousand years. Kaiser Adolf Herald LGBTQ Is Officially Illegal  A logo of 'against LGBTQ' LGBTQ community has been moving actively all over Kaiser Adolf since a few years ago. All because of foreign influence that has been successfully push them forward to voice up against the local government out loud. LGBTQ is a very taboo topic in Kaiser Adolf and is considered to be immoral because it is unnatural. Picking up a comment from Professor Yusuf As-Salam, PhD in Anthropology, "One does not naturally born as LGBTQ. This matter is a serious matter because it is likely similar to virus. We don't know the symptoms but don't be surprise if suddenly one day, our community break apart because of this immoral behaviour of certain humans. What is much scary is that, it is proven that LGBTQ has been increasing in numbers tremendously across the globe. It is time to change this." Aside from that, in 1965, Homosexuality has been classified as a low class mental illness by the Medical Council of Kaiser Adolf while in 2007, Transgender classified as a middle class mental illness by the council. These decision was made supported by concrete evidence of the changing of mental health via years of research and social experiments. Today, the parliament has passed an act, signed by the Sultan while on his way to the Network of Crowns meeting. Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad says that there will be "no more compromising". He was interviewed soon after the EM decided to host LGBT parade in front of KA's embassy in Northfort... Soon after the decision made by the Kaiser Adolf government to make LGBTQ as an act of crime yesterday, the nations of Mundus begin to express their opinions on this action. Kaiser Adolf Herald LGBTQ Clubs Raided, More Than 300 Caught  Kaiser Adolf police forces conducting a raid on one of the LGBTQ club in capital Port Albrecht last few hours. As reported by the chief police officer of Port Albrecht, Commandant Omar Rojik, more than 5 LGBT clubs were raided today by the polices one day after the LGBTQ Act was passed. During the raid, most of the people caught were singing and nakedly dancing under drugs effects. Just the moment when the religious polices enters the room, they tried to run away and even punched a few policemen but failed miserably. Earlier this morning, Kaiser Adolf ruler, Sultan Albrich Adolf revealed that he got a message from the current Head of State of Democratic Republic of Arstotzka, President Vladimir Putin. The message is a request by President Vladimir to meet the Sultan. Mainly because of the recent naval training by the Kaiser Adolf Royal Navy which is taking place in Rishiri Island's Economic Exclusive Zone which is under Arstotzkan area. Operation Hibiscus is the largest naval training ever held by the navy in order to improve the navy's coordination and skills. The Sultan accepted the President's demand and His Excellency might arrive in Kaiser Lucius International Airport sooner or later. Recently, after the announcement of the training is released to the public, Rokkenjima has sent a letter of permission to the joint base in Achkaerin to allow them to deploy quite a number Imperial vessels to the QAMB. Just a few hours ago, Grand Admiral Shinya Hitsugi has been ordered by Sultan Albrich Augustus Adolf to command the Kaiser Adolfian navy vessels that are participating in the Operation Hibiscus to not touch the Economic Exclusive Zone area of Arstotzkan Rishiri Island. Sultan's order came to the Admiralty as soon as the President of Arstotzka requested an audience to meet the Sultan. Grand Admiral Shinya was reported to say that he respects his Majesty's order and had commanded the navy to back off. However, the Grand Admiral also stated that the training is not yet to be ended as it still has another two weeks. They will continue whatever training they are doing when they fall back but when the Grand Admiral was asked whether the Kaiser Adolf Royal Navy (KARN) entered the Island's area, he confirmed that they didn't trespass the EEZ zone. They also confirmed that there is no presence of any Rokkenjiman military ships near the island but will be expected to arrive soon. This early morning, the parliament has been debating on a controversial issue of banning alcohol. The MPs were arguing either the proposal to prohibit should be passed or not. Most of the opposition MPs voiced their concern regarding this proposal, disagreeing to pass this soon-to-be law. They pointed up possible problems that might happen if alcohol is not allowed anymore such as financial disadvantage. However, after hours of debate and explanation by the government MPs who proposed this, the opposition are satisfied although some of them are stubborn and voted against the proposal at the very last. Ruslan Mat Eunus, one of the government MPs said, "Bare in mind that the alcohol that we are proposing to be banned here are wines, whiskies, rum and etc. All these kinds of drinks that can make people drunk. Other alcohol such as the one we use in making perfume or for the purpose of medical, is not included. Since the reign of our formers rulers, our nation has banned these alcohols following the Sharia' Law. Today, we just want to officially ban the alcoholic beverages to show the world that we are serious when it comes to God's Laws and Orders in the Quran and Hadith. To your heart, it can damage the heart, causing problems including cardiomyopathy which is stretching and drooping of heart muscle, arrhythmias which is irregular heart beat as well as, stroke and high blood pressure. Drinking alcohols also takes a toll on the liver and can lead to a variety of problems and liver inflammations including, steatosis or fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, fibrosis and cirrhosis. Alcohol also causes the pancreas to produce toxic substances that can eventually lead to pancreatitis, a dangerous inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels in the pancreas that prevents proper digestion. Lastly, alcohol can increase your risk of developing certain cancers, including mouth cancer, esophagus cancer, throat cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and so on. Not to mention that your immune system will be weaken, making your body a much easier target for disease." Approximately, 6 hours after the debate session, the proposal was moved to vote and gained 4/5 supports of the MPs and passed at once. The government called this as an act of victory against the very roots that lead to social problems. Another skillful racer from Kaiser Dictator's Racing Team (KDR), Razak Hussein who is also the younger brother of Rahman Hussein... Quintax People's Grand Prix where Rahman Hussein achieved 1st place on the podium while Razak at 2nd place... Yesterday, two of Kaiser Adolf national racers from Kaiser Dictator's Racing Team had achieved a decisive victory. Rahman Hussein or his full name, Rahman Jazeman Hussein had achieved the first place in Quintax People's Grand Prix thus making his score relevant again to compete with other great participants. Another racer, Razak Hussein or his full name Razak Zulfahmi Hussein who is also the younger brother to Rahman had achieve second place just a few seconds late after his brother. These two brothers were really grateful for this success although this is not the first time Rahman got to be in the first place in this prestigious grand prix series. That would a few months ago in Gloria Del Kaiser Grand Prix held in Kaiser Adolf where Rahman achieved first place for the first time, making the citizens happy and satisfied with his performance. Now, Kaiser Adolfian people is even putting more trust into them after this success. No doubt that they had given a consistent performance but KDR also said, consistent only is not enough, what they need now is the support from the people itself. Hopefully, with the score getting closer to the other stronger opponents, Rahman Hussein and Razak Hussein can tackle them down and advance to a better ranking. General Election is held once in two years in Kaiser Adolf since decades ago but in 2014, no general election was held because of the critical state of public unrest after the anarchists revolution. This year, we have seen unwavering spirits of the members of Barisan Nasional (National Front) coalition after their grand assembly in March. Barisan Nasional has been led by Mahathir Mohamad since 1990 and had been the ruling government since 1958, a mere year after general election referendum was signed and allowed by Sultan Jalil Arafat. This means Barisan Nasional had been the ruling coalition for 58 years of progress and stability. This year, we will see 505 seats of the states legislative assembly to be contested. A state legislative assembly (Malay: Dewan Undangan Negeri, DUN; also known simply as state assembly) is the legislative branch of the state governments of each of the 6 Kaiser Adolfian states. Members of a state legislative assembly comprises elected representatives from single-member constituencies during state elections through the first-past-the-post system. The assemblies have powers to enact state laws as provided for by the Constitution of Kaiser Adolf. The majority party in each assembly forms the state government, and the leader of the majority party becomes Ketua Menteri/Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of the state. After the 2012 general election, the Barisan Nasional coalition were the majority party in four states (Port Albrecht, Indera Kayangan, Siak and Selangor) while the opposition coalition, Pakatan Harapan (Hope's Pact) won two states (Kedah and Johor), the worst result for the government since 1958. For the parliament, The Dewan Rakyat (Malay for House of Representatives, literally People's Hall) is the lower house of the Parliament of Kaiser Adolf, consisting of members elected during elections from federal constituencies drawn by the Election Commission. The Dewan Rakyat usually proposes legislation through a draft known as a 'bill'. All bills must usually be passed by both the Dewan Rakyat (House of Representatives) and the Dewan Negara (House of Senate), before they are sent to the Sultan for approval. However, if the Dewan Negara rejects a bill, it can only delay the bill's passage by a maximum of a year before it is sent to the Sultan. WHAT JIHAD IS The Arabic word "jihad" is often translated as "holy war," but in a purely linguistic sense, the word " jihad" means struggling or striving. The arabic word for war is: "al-harb". In a religious sense, as described by the Quran and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh, "jihad" has many meanings. It can refer to internal as well as external efforts to be a good Muslims or believer, as well as working to inform people about the faith of Islam. If military jihad is required to protect the faith against others, it can be performed using anything from legal, diplomatic and economic to political means. If there is no peaceful alternative, Islam also allows the use of force, but there are strict rules of engagement. Innocents - such as women, children, or invalids - must never be harmed, and any peaceful overtures from the enemy must be accepted. Military action is therefore only one means of jihad, and is very rare. To highlight this point, the Prophet Mohammed told his followers returning from a military campaign: "This day we have returned from the minor jihad to the major jihad," which he said meant returning from armed battle to the peaceful battle for self-control and betterment. In case military action appears necessary, not everyone can declare jihad. The religious military campaign has to be declared by a proper authority, advised by scholars, who say the religion and people are under threat and violence is imperative to defend them. In most cases, Islamic splinter groups invoked jihad to fight against the established Islamic order. Scholars say this misuse of jihad contradicts Islam. The Chief of Kaiser Adolfian Election Committee has told the media that 67% eligible and registered voters in Kaiser Adolf had already casted their votes in their respective voting areas up till 1:00 p.m. That is around 217,750,000 voters. This year general election turnout was predicted by the Election Committee to be around 75%. The ballot will be closed at 5:00 p.m. and the boxes consisting the voting papers will be sent to the central counting building in every constituency by the police force. There are still 4 more hours until the ballot is closed and the election committee believe that the turnout prediction will be achieved. The general election result will be known around at the 11:00 p.m. Before, election commitee chief has urged the voters to follow all the rules of voting and any problems caused will not be conpromised by the police force. Helghan High Seas Fleet started their voyeur from their northern port to the Great Northern Ocean... Yesterday, history has been made once again when Operation Hibiscus II was being held in the borderless Great Northern Ocean by the Kaiser Adolf Royal Navy (KARN) together in cooperation with the Helghan Navy precisely, the High Seas Fleet. This operation is the continuation of Operation Hibiscus I which was firstly held in late December 2016 near Rishiri Island in response to Rokkenjiman government propaganda. The KARN Admiral in Chief leading the convoy was none other than the Grand Admiral Shinya Hitsugi, also presented was the Admiral of Helghan Navy, Admiral Snavs al-Makhtoom. The operation started early in the dawn and is expected to end in at least another two weeks, depending on the agreement made with the Helghan admiralty. Around 70 naval vessels from the Royal Navy were deployed which also includes frigates, destroyers, submarines, aircraft carriers and transports while the High Seas Fleet of Helghast deployed around 30 naval vessels. This breaks a new record when the fleets in total reached 100 vessels. To be able to host a large scale of training is indeed a great achievement for both nations. This operation main purpose is to improve the sailors skill in being able to gain experience in a real battlefield situation, coordination with shipmates, orders execution and to test the ships weapons in general.
