Individual's name: Tim Carpenter Nominating country: East Moreland Other nationalities (if any): Odinist Republic of Hygelac Relevant prior experience (if any): First Sec-Gen of the CTO, former Chair of the Refugee Council of the CTO, Chief Councillor of East Moreland, Governor of the Celtic Protectorate of Mercia, Founder of the More and Mundus Youth Programme A short description (<100 words) of why they should be elected: Has been in the role before and his term was seen as one of the most active in CTO history. He has always been active in global initiatives and has publicly criticised recent CTO inactivity. He is therefore likely to shake it up significantly. He has built significant relations with many nations across Mundus including those who are not members of the CTO. During his first tenure he managed the beginning of the Marseille crisis which saw the largest multi-national coalition of forces to date under the CTO banner while simultaneously trying to start peace talks prior to conflict starting. |
