The Kingdom's Opinion on Kaitaine Missile Test Recently there has been alot controversy regarding the missile test Kaitaine held in the Sea of Kyne, roughly 400km from the coast in international waters. Military Adjutant of the King, Zaefos Xapelli, acknowledged and confirmed reports by Free Mundus Network and noted that the King will not make any statements regarding the matter at that moment. Today, King Tetinchel's Office of Foreign Affairs released a public statement to the Free Mundus Network, after being reminded. It plainly stated: "The missile test showed no potential or immediate danger to Aunopo. While the King does warrant caution and cooperation towards Kaitaine, he does not condemn them." Political analyst from inside the Royal Palace of Izsupaia and connection from Free Mundus Network, Jacob Staros, told us that "The King was hardly concerned for the test after he had learned they weren't nuclear or shot directly toward another sovereign." Many inside the government think resounding condemnations from around the world were overreactions. Councilman to the King, Ixlan Siron, assured that the Kingdom's policy towards Kaitaine is one of neutral feelings. "Rokkenjima, Aeternum's and Achkaerin's responses were specifically reactionary and destabilizing themselves." explains the Councilman. "The King does not justify Kaitaine but dislikes what we believe are blind ambitions by these three condemning states to invoke sphere's of influence, with reactionary and rather militaristic responses." "When the missile test happened, we just saw slight fluctuation in the market and it evened out later as we were under no notion these test were provocations, but when these three states released their condemnations, we saw a steep fall and level of uncertainty in the market. We rely on trade in the Sea of Kyne, our isle sits at the mouth of it. While the markets did recover quite well, this type of blind game of geopolitics has consequences and effects on the surrounding region." The King has not only cautioned Kaitaine because of this, but Rokkenjima, Achkaerin and Aeternum. Edited by Gadshack, 17th April 2017 - 05:20 PM.
