 New Anti-Poverty Laws Introduced  Today the House of Representatives voted to introduce new anti-poverty laws. The laws will give police extra powers to remove homeless and poor people from the streets but will provide funding for shelters for them to go to. It will also provide small benefits, mostly paid for by international aid, to help families with many children or single parents families. It is hoped that the new law will help in the further development of the Bassanid economy and provide a strong workforce to boost investment in the nation and make it more attractive for companies.
