Beatrice had kept in touch with Prince Alexander since his visit to Neo Rokkenjima, the distance proving no obstacle to their friendship as it grew. As a CSTO member and a close ally to Neo Rokkenjima Beatrice had decided the time was right to visit the Kingdom of Dartfordia to increase her understanding of the nation and to build stronger ties between them. The Imperial Navy had already paid a visit to the Kingdom, and now it was her turn to visit these lands and represent the First Empire personally. As her plane touched down she smiled, having missed the company of the Prince since the festivities in Rokkenjima she was looking forward to picking up where they had left off. She exited her plane and made her way for the car which she had prepared before her arrival from the Rokkenjiman embassy in Dartfordia. Once within the car her driver would receive instructions from the Dartfordians as to her accommodations, which she was sure would be adequate for the duration of her visit. She marveled at the sights of a foreign land, and smiled as she entered the air conditioned car. "Have we received our itinerary yet?" she asked the driver. He shook his head. "Well then, I'll catch up with some business on my tablet before we depart." |
