NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK GRAND SPACE AGENCY OPENED IN NOVINCIA On November 30th Novincia had a meeting hosted by NCPRC Official Sven Sayenko involving opening a space program funded by the government, and launching a satellite for easier regional communications. The Novician Communications Committee also made an appearance for approval. The meeting concerned whether constructing a space program was reasonable and a plan to fund it, and it was motioned by a vote 45 to nothing, therefore established the NACC (Novincian Aerospace Communications Committee) and the NAP (Novincian Aerospace Program). A conference was held on December 3rd debating whether government would be involved, hosted by Schabar Teitsberg. It was immediately motioned by a vote 20 to nothing, making the conference last only about 45 minutes. The NACC will begin it's construction on January 1st, 2014 and the NAP's construction will begin on February 1st, 2014. NOVINCIA RECEIVES CIVIL COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ILLEGAL PHARMACEUTICALS Drugs have begun to make an appearance in Novincian streets, causing an up-roar from civilians that worry about public safety. Cannabis has been legalized for medical use only, but the drugs cocaine, heroin, meth amphetamines, and MDMA have made appearances in public streets. Overdoses have also made the drugs noticeable in the NDA (Novincian Drug Administration) and plan to dealt with by the Civil Police. |

NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK NOVINCIA BEGINS CONSTRUCTION ON CONTINENTAL RAILWAY The Et Donum, the recent alliance treaty between Novincia and Vicarious has issued the construction of a railway that will cover over 500 miles of Coft Aranye. Construction crews have started creating a railways system linking Novincia and the Vicarious Empire for trade. The railroad, nicknamed the "Donum Railroad", will cover 500 miles of Coft Aranye, and will contain 2 military bases, 4 train stations, and a specific spot for corporations to build. Even though it was meant for easier trade between only two countries, all countries of the Independent Order are welcome to use it for transportation and trade. The construction will cost over 500 million, but will definitely benefit the two nations money-wise. The expected due date will vary from January 3rd, 2014 to February 1st, 2014. NOVOKROV-PROCH TO BE DEPLOYED TOMORROW MORNING IN THE SEA OF KYNE Corresponding to the recent piracy-crisis and Neo Rokkenjimas deployment resume, Novincia will pitch in to cure the threat of piracy and terrorism in the Sea of Kyne. The most prestige naval fleet, Novokrov-Proch, is to be deployed out to sea for 3 months circling the Sea of Kyne for protection from pirates, terrorists, and other threats. The Sea of Kyne is quoted 'the most vital sea for Novincia' by Foreign Affairs Official Antaun Makarovich. "Novincia is blessed to not be landlocked, and takes advantage of its popular beaches, and most importantly, trade." But unfortunately, threats swarm the Sea of Kyne, making it difficult for Novincia to export and import as much as it can, and it also makes it difficult for other nations as well. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK PIRATE FLEET SEIZED BY NOVOKROV-PROCH Piracy boats were caught looting a merchant This morning around 7:00am, the patrol fleet Novokrov-Proch spotted a large fleet of pirates surrounding a merchant ship, looting it from its goods and taking the crew captive. NNS Erant approached the fleet, firing warning flares. The fleet also fired shots in the air to ward them off. Chief of Arms Joaqim Zanchisky ordered a SEALs Operative Boat fleet to surround the pirate fleet, so they could be taken prisoner. As the NNS Erant slowly approached the fleet, SEAL teams dashed around them, forming an "O". NNS Erant sounded the alarm to frighten the fleet. SEAL teams advanced toward them repeating the words "Surrender!" The fleet threw their weapons in the water and held their hands in the air. The action was a success, and 40 pirates were taken prisoner. The crew members of the merchant ship were saved, and they were from Novincia heading to Munnland. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK New Law Requires All Owned Pets to be Vaccinated and De-sexed The Pavilo passed a law requested by the ASPCA of Novincia to vaccinate all pets at the age of 8 weeks, and to spay/neuter them at the age of 6 months. As an addition to regulations, pet owners who do not vaccinate and de-sex their pet will pay a fine of 250 novs. The ASPCA have noticed a very sharp incline on sexually-transmitted-diseases (STD) in dogs and cats, many of which have died of the STD's. Cat's usually acquire Feline-Immunodeficiency-Virus (FIV) through bite wounds and scratches, but the virus can be transmitted through mating. Dogs can also get a dog-form of the virus, but studies show they're becoming more immune to it. They're also sharp inclines in rabies. In Ukhta, 12 people died of a rabid fox that bit them. As of now, Novincia will cast out medical substances across the forest areas. The wild animals will eat the substance and prevent the spread of rabies.  Livestock have also been affected by the rabies outbreak in Northern Novincia. Stock Exchange Notices Increase In Resales Anton Valentin is the CEO of the largest resale business in the Independent Order, Banshee. Banshee.no is perhaps the most visited site on the Novincian servers, especially around the Holidays. Last Christmas they made over 45 billion in profit, which they shared with charities and employees. Since Christmas, the NSE has noticed many other resale sites and stores visited. Heron Clothing, the largest fashion resale in the Independent Order, has already partnered with the Banshee clothing division to benefit off each other's sales. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Air Force Maneuvers Used in Sea of Kyne Until this day, the Naval Branch of Service has dominated the Sea of Kyne, but now, Novincia is taking a different approach. The 2nd Pavilo had a very extended meeting last night that debated whether to enter the Air Force in the Sea of Kyne. The debate lasted for 12 hours, and the final agreement was a solid yes. The very next day, the Aero-Division launched aircraft in the Krimeon Sea for preparations and additional training for the pilots, hoping to ready them. Helicopters will be the ultimate weapon because of their ability to stall and launch guided missiles with ease. 100 helicopters are being circulated in the Krimeon Sea and the Sea of Kyne. Due to the low budget, the Naval Division will not issue aircraft carriers until the budget is heightened. For now, they will "stay no longer than 3 hours in the waters, and they will be regularly replaced". "It's unusual, but it works" says Yakov Sayenko, the Aero-Division Commissioner, "we have 3 aircraft carriers that are fully capable of going to sea, but we cannot afford the refining of fuels to gas the vessels." The Aero-Division is divided into 2 factions. The 1st Faction is called the Gruppirovka, consisting of stealth bombers, helicopters, and the transportation aircraft. The 2nd faction is called the Klika, which holds the combat aircraft. The dominate aircraft that will be issued is the Mi-24 and the Mi-28N, both combat helicopters. The one difference is the M-24 is capable of transport, while the M-28N is a one to two manned helicopter.  Two Mi-24's spotted crossing the Matilda Canals Cyber Attacks Seized, but Drug Trafficking Hunt Begins In early December, Novincia received complaints from internet users that their computers were diagnosed with a virus that extracted and destroyed all their files. The Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a case and began the trace the virus back to a location, which will tell where the perpetrator is hiding. The tracks mysteriously led to Kazarovia. With another trace, the path led to unclaimed lands. Knowing that the tracks were no good, they used a software developed by Joelson Software that improved the current program by establishing a more recent GPS and alignment to a more recent satellite. The path led to a small town in Brevna. The Brevna Civil Police arrested the resident who had the IP Address. His name was Alexander Yuvchenko, and he happened to graduate with a masters degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. His trial was held today, and he plead guilty. He also released information on a Drug Trafficking scheme that he was partners with, and released their location. Alexander Yuvchenko was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment and a 6 month parole. The alleged drug trafficking location was a potential spoof, and Alexander Yuvchenko was then threatened to a 12 year imprisonment. He denied spoofing, and said that they are "everywhere". He was acquitted of the 12 year sentence once a drug trafficking report came from Ukhta, 4 miles away from the location Alexander told the officials. A website called throughsuez.no was targeted by the NIA, which was selling illegal drugs through codenames and false item naming. For example a teddy bear would be sold for over 500 novs. But the reason for the high price would be that the teddy bear would be filled the an illegal drug. throughsuez.no is protected by highly fortified firewalls and proxies, meaning it would very difficult to find the IP address. It would take very powerful software to break the web barriers, which Joelson Software is now producing. The hunt for the users and developers of throughsuez.no has begun. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Vicarious Falls, Millions Find Refugee In Novincia The ties between Vicarious and Novincia were quite strong. The Et Donum, the document that forbade the two to place embargoes or declare war, has went out of effect. The Et Donum Railway, however, is planning to be utilized for ease of transportation for western Cotf Aranye nations to the east. The Doyen will negotiate the plans with all Cotf Aranye nations. As for the refugees, Novincia launched over 400 Polygon Copters to rescue the survivors of the horrible downfall of the Vicarious Empire, and the Donum Railway will also be used to carry many, many refugees to Novincia. Other nations are also helping the fall be transporting refugees into different countries. However, some Pavilo members are weighing the outcomes of the ending of the Vicarious Empire, as it might go against the Covenant of Nations. Vicarious suffered a major civil war before the CoN was officially signed, but quickly rebuilt itself. Now, with another civil war and government overthrowing, Pavilo members blame the Doyen for not sustaining Vicarious to its fullest standards. This is debated.  5 New Vessels Enter the Navy 5 new Ognevoy Class and Iroquois Class ships have been manufactured and signed into the Novincian Navy. The names were debated by the 2nd Pavilo, and they have come up with these for the ships. Iroquois Class (3) Sebastian, Hammerhead, Vatsov Ognevoy Class (2) Gneisse, Bavonne The 2nd Pavilo is working toward creating a new patrol fleet such as Novokrov-Proch to aid in other conflicts happening around the Order. The costs for all 5 ships were 1.5 billion, fairly cheap for such high quality vessels.  Novincia Number One on the Group 2 IFFA The Novincia National Football team is ranked #1 on the IFFA Group 2 stats. They have tied Eipa Negara and Reichtopia, but has won against Kazarovia. The coach, Blasius Nemechek, quotes that the "number one factor for winning is teamwork." Novincia will go against Eipa Negara next match.

NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Coexistence Conference Started; Many Believe It Will be a Flop Today at 3:00pm, the Coexistence Conference was started in the Domsily. It's purpose was to lead reconciliation between the LOAR and the CSTO. But many politicians believe that the conference will lead to no resolution, thus starting the anticipated war. Doyenist Jauchim Caldera quotes the conference a "future flop; the Warsaw Alliance wants war and death to the CSTO, so this would be the perfect chance to severely damage the CSTO." He also states that "Novincia is in very serious danger in being invaded by the Warsaw Alliance; we are a strong ally with the CSTO, and our position and resources will be represented extremely valuable to the Warsaw Alliance."  Novincian Land Force Skimming the Reichtopia-Novincia Border Rumor States that Novincia will Fight For CSTO if War Happened An Internet rumor states that if the Coexistence Conference were to end badly, Novincia would immediately join the CSTO and fight against the Warsaw Alliance should they join the war as well. Citizens of Ukhta and Novirbirsk are protesting against the government to stay neutral and to not fight. They also want Novincia to be loyal to the Warsaw Alliance so they are not endangered to be invaded. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Anonymous Militia Formed in Ukhta and Novirbirsk Due to the recent war threats, a militia has formed in northeastern Novincia to protect themselves against the Warsaw Alliance. This militia is simply named the Brevna Militia, which is hosted in the province of Brevna in northeastern Novincia. It is rumored that thousands have joined in efforts to protect themselves against Warsaw if they were to enter Novincia. Not only are they banding together, armed and ready to fight, they have a sincere hatred for the government and the 2nd Pavilo because of their "lack of attention to Brevna and Poledni's security. This militia, by law, is fully legal, therefore the 2nd Pavilo or the government cannot disperse it. But this scares the 2nd Pavilo. 2nd Pavilo member Richard Marchaux says that the Brevna Militia hosts a "threat to Novincia and the people. They are commanded to not engage in any military engagement whatsoever. If they were to put any kind of threat toward Reichtopia, they will be dispersed and jailed." The Pavilo is now working to pass a law to make militia forming illegal and punishable by law.  Brevna Militia is mainly concentrated in Ukhta. In this photo, 6 militia members march through an alley in Ukhta to recruit new members. Many militia members refuse to be photographed and filmed. Union Journalist Murdered in Kranin; Perpetrators Linked to throughsuez.no Franklin G. W. Vienna was found dead by a gunshot to the temple last Thursday at a Kranin flat. Detectives say he was killed "execution-style" by Hugh James and Blasius Nekalyivich. The two murderers plead guilty, and also released information that mainly involved the infamous and now-shutdown drug trafficking site throughsuez.no. Hugh was well-known friends with Alexander Yuvchenko, the imprisoned hacker and drug-trafficker, and was known by friends and family a Neprailya . Neprailya's are people who have a hatred for Unionists. Hugh James was found along with Blasius traveling in a van heading to Azov. Hugh paid Blasius to assist with him in the murder, and if he did so Blasius could get a free passport and a plane ticket to Darandum. They are imprisoned for life. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK New Military Plan Engages in Growing Military Ever since the Coexistence Conference began, the 2nd Pavilo had an enclosed conference between themselves in the Domsily that lasted 3 hours concerning the war anticipation. The Brevna Militia has the 2nd Pavilo worried because of the possibility of an unordered engagement toward Reichtopia. Senator William Falla lead the law passing in the right quarter of the Domsily.  Tanks rolled out of Novirbirsk and headed to the village of Neso'kyrail'ya.  Senator William Falla William Falla is one of the oldest senators in the Pavilo, and is widely respected throughout Novincia. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Brevna Militia "Not Going Peacefully" Last Thursday, the 2nd Pavilo and the Pavilo generated the "Prohibited Militia Forming Law", and it was directly enforced the day after it was created. While Novirbirsk surrendered quickly, Ukhta was a peeve. Militia members threatened soldiers with rocks, guns, and bombs. Yesterday, a total of 17 people were dead in the rubble of 10 car bombing debris. The sides of buildings were blown out and bricks were scattered on the streets. Scores were injured, and that includes 10 Novincian troops. "It was, horrific," remarks 18 year old soldier Marquee Mikhal, "you could see the blasts from the edge of the city." An update on the resolution the 2nd Pavilo will provide is not issued yet, since the Thematan War has consumed much of the 2nd Pavilo's time. Below is a gallery of the bombings.

Novincia Network Media Themata Accuses Allied Forces Of "Barbaric Actions" The Thematan Government recently issued a news issue labeled "War Brings No Victory for The People", Themata describes Rokkenjima of "bombarding countless neighborhoods and cities with their ruthless navy and airforce", which they have claimed to be false. They described Novincian Land Forces to be "posing with dead Thematan soldiers smiling and degrading their bodies". The 2nd Pavilo proclaims that this is false, and only a propaganda against the allied forces. As for confirmation of the Novincian troops that are currently stationed in Themata, they indeed exclude these actions. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK War Rages On The Thematan War is still continuing its span, and have already caused over 40 Novincian casualties. More than 8 million novs have been spent on the war, and much of has taken the governments time. Uri Vagin, Director of the 2nd Pavilo and Minister of Armed Forces is in absence because of the Imperial Wedding involving Rokkenjiman Empress Beatrice Anselmo and Dartfordian Prince Alexander. The wedding is currently being held at Pyrena Castle. Vice Director of the 2nd Pavilo John Martin is currently running the 2nd Pavilo, and has experienced some hardships in the job that frightens 2nd Pavilo members and our troops overseas. Uri Vagin is expected to return to Novincia in a week along with our honorable Doyen Bournetsfi. Our troops in Themata are beginning to reach the middle point of their duties, and our Air Force is now entering the conflict. NOVINCIA MEDIA NETWORK Novincia To Join The CSTO? Recent diplomatic rumors have stirred up gossip in Novincia because of the content of that rumor- Novincia is looking toward joining with the Cross Straits Treaty Organization. In the Council of the Covenant of Nations, Novincian Delegate Adem Kyzenetsov represents our nation. He is known as the "Independent Nation", but that may change if Novincia does commence a relationship with the CSTO. Braden Holcomb explains why Novincia should join the CSTO in this article in the Iosefian.
We'll keep you updated on the story. Thematan War Over; Soldiers Come Home A statement from the 2nd Pavilo explains that the Thematan War is coming to a victorious end. The statement released as Siege of Jerdin Report has shown us the full conditions of the remaining troops in the city of Jerdin, which is now in control by Novincia. A severe bombardment was the final blow to the rugged city, killing over 20,000 Thematan soldiers in the entire siege. In related news, our boys come home today! Over 30,000 soldiers filled Iosef Square today, reuniting with their loved ones after a long and deadly deployment to the corrupt Themata. After a scare of withdrawing the return of our troops to invade an additional province in Themata, the 2nd Pavilo reconsidered their plans. Thank you troops for your wonderful help and bravery in the Thematan War!  A soldier greets his newborn son A new deployment will be provided to secure the allied-controlled areas in Themata. Republicans Gain the Upperhand in the Pavilo After 30 years of Democratic Dominance, Republicans are experiencing a resurrection in place of the Pavilo and the ZL. The Domsily was stirred up in a fuss when Republicans criticized the Democrats of their lousy spending and choices. Grigori Asimov, head of the Pavilo, issued a report to "remove the problem so we can get on with our work" to the Doyen. Sub-Doyen Vecia Heimlichtir dealt with the problem by closing the meeting and rescheduling it for next week. "By then," she says, "all problems will be guaranteed settled." A Republican resurrection hasn't been noticed since 1984 when Doyen Verona ruled. A Republican count of 56 to a Democratic count of 44 was reported in the 1984 term led the nation out of recession and avoiding inflation. Although, this is of course the time when the riots sprung in Demitskaya to mining working conditions. Much of the miners blamed the Republicans for their poor income. Therefore, in 1985, the Republican dominance was reduced to a Democratic and Republican ratio of 3:1.  Tensions In Albanor Frightens CSTO Just as you might think all conflicts, tensions, and anticipations are over with and concealed with the CSTO, Albanor is condemning the CSTO for it's atrocities toward the Thematan people. Yesterday Albanoran President Antonio Cervantes broadcasted a live condemnation of the CSTO, and remarks the organization "the greatest threat to peace." These statements likely originated from the International Revolution Radio generated by Themata initially for the Thematan War. These statements are called "atrocities", according to Albanor. In related news, riots took place in the Albanoran city of Itana.  A Policeman On Fire During the Riots In addition to the condemnation, Albanor ordered that CSTO nations, including Novincia, be a no-fly zone and basically embargoing them. Thankfully Novincia is able to prosper without economic harm from the embargoes. The United Soviet Russia is also contributing to the condemnation by hosting riots that include burning CSTO member nation's flags, and encouraging civilians to revolt against the CSTO. In addition to the protests, the USR is strangely building its military at rapid rates, which could mean a preparation of war rather than a military arsenal increase. Could war be pulled out again, or will it settle out in time? Republicans Down Doyen For "Unreasonable Expenses" and "Nosiness" Another heated argument happened last night in the Right Quarter of the Domsily with a hectic throng of Republicans making statements and exposing the Doyens most shameful incidents. Repubican Party leader Reginald Lincoln proposed many statements toward the Doyen about his "nosiness". He said that the "Doyen had no right to bud in the Thematan War, and should've kept his giant foot out of Sunlit." Another statement claimed "false" by Grigori Asimov stating that the Doyen spent government money way too much on miscellaneous things that need not his attention. He also stated that many Republicans did not favor in joining the CSTO, but were simply ignored on that count of Democratic Dominance.  Paul B. Whitfield (R) Proclaims The Doyen's Doings as "Unfair" The Doyen fears that the Republicans will soon lead everything downhill resulting in a government shutdown. Reginald Lincoln said to NMN that "the Doyen should watch his back, we are coming." Oil Plant Explosion Kills 3 and Injures Hundreds In Demitskaya, Zivoi, an oil plant explosion fatally killed 2 employees and injured almost everyone on site. The explosion happened at the 2nd Tower, making it burst into cement pieces and rain down on employees outside. Moments later an explosion occurred inside the plant, killing Mark Edwards and Jamie Pendleton. The rest of the employee were diagnosed with minor injuries and some are life-threatening. Oil Plant Owner and CEO of Hedgehog Oils, Inc. Howard Donovan remarks Mark Edwards and Jamie Pendleton as "newbies", and assumes that they did something wrong, resulting in the explosion. He also says that Mark Edwards was an eager being, wanting to learn more and more about oil production. "He'd always ask me questions about how tires can be recycled into oil, and where the oil was going." said Donovan with a tear going down his face. Jamie was hired just 4 days before the incident, and remarked her as a pessimist, but funny. The explosion likely occurred when an oil module was heated for too long, causing a fire and then it spread to a gas module, causing a series of explosions happen all at once.  On the bright side, the oil plant was located 5 miles away from any civilization. Some people say it is amazing how a large number of people wasn't killed. The explosion could be heard all throughout the town of Demitskaya, and alerted authorities. "When we arrived, it was hell on Earth" said Demitskaya Firefighter Vincent Caldwell. Inspectors are to be sent to the site to inspect and state an autopsy. |

 BREAKING NEWS Royal Family Abolished, Government Change? After a disclosed meeting involving the Doyen and King Georgiy II of Novincia, a final ultimatum was put to the Royal Family if they would resign from Royalty, or continue to silently rule Novincia. After that we had no Royal Family, because they resigned and vacated Royal Castle of Iosef in Iosef for a mansion in Vodi City, Vodi. Although the Georgiy's weren't mentioned very much, they played a distinct role in the media and government decisions. The Doyen later announced that another disclosed meeting would take place regarding the structure and name of the government. If anything, the Constitutional Monarchy of Novincia would not be the Constitutional Monarchy, but the Monarch of Novincia. The Doyen is stated to have become a "King-ish" figure for everyone, so Monarchy in Novincia seems inevitable. But with the recent tensions in the Pavilo, and the Republican Resurrection overriding the Democratic Domination, that may be harder than they think. Reginald was contacted yesterday by our reporters, and made a claim that "this is our chance to finally end Doyenism." Democratic Party leader Alexander Curtis responded to the claim this morning saying, "I'm not saying the Republicans aren't going to end Doyenism, but they are way over their heads."  Prolonged Legislature-Executive Conference Points Its Finger At Republicans Yesterday afternoon, the Republican Party was the primary cause of a prolonged L/E Meeting regarding the type of Government Novincia would most likely aim toward after abdicating its Royal Family. Republicans left and right objected the Doyens suggestions and evolved into something more conservative. Reginald Lincoln was surprisingly quiet during the conference, but his gang of Radicals consecutively opposed both Democrats and the Executive Officials.  First Novincian In Space! A Novincian Cosmonaut, Comm. Fyodor Nekaylivich-Lapukhov, will be going on a manned space mission to Nergal next month with Quinntopian Cosmonauts and an unknown foreign passenger. The QPCC approved of the foreign spot filling in a CSTO Meeting. This is a great leap for us, because not only will we get send a first Novincian to space, but we shall also send the first Novincian on Nergal. Quinntopia and Rokkenjima have always been known to have a keen interest in space exploration, and awhile ago Novincia had its very own Space Agency, but unfortunately it was shutdown due to neglect and lack of funds. In coincidence the government is raising its focus on education, specifically astronomy, by 3%. That means an additional billion ɲ̊ 's is going to be toward education. We are very proud for Fyodor Lapukhov and his first experience in space as well as on a different planet. Additionally, the Viserum telescope is set to launch into Mundus' Orbit in 5 months.  Anti-Piracy Operations Resuming Duty It has been awhile since the patrol fleet of the Novincian Navy, Novokrov-Proch has been deployed to neutralize piracy in the Sea of Kyne. Now is a time more than ever to deploy, because a Rokkenjiman vessel known as the Olive Branch has been taken over by hostilities. Novokrov-Proch is set to deploy tomorrow* with over 50,000 naval members. They shall mainly concentrate on the Matilda Canals and the southeastern coast of Wajiin, and have been offered help from our neighbor Ossario.  Seismic Activity Causes Tsunami, More To Come! Yesterday, an earthquake rumbled the provinces of Ruda and Poledni as a 3.4 ringed on the seismograph, rocking the eastern coasts and causing a large wave about 10 feet high crash into Port Finlosk. Port Finlosk's loading docks were swept clean, and not only did Port Finlosk suffer, but a naval vessel, the NNS Udari, almost capsized as the large wave crashed into the side of the ship. It is said to have caused one death of drowning. Intelligence Officer Matthew Winfred died of drowning when knocked unconscious. Another oceanic earthquake is expected to hit, and it could be larger than the last one. Seismologists suspect that it could be in the 7's or even the 8's. Preparations concerning the earthquake are being taken by mapping escape roots, precautionary evacuations, and updates on it. Port Finlosk is, as of now, closed, and all cargo barges were filled before the shutdown. Vodi City is also under a warning, and if an earthquake were to hit it would affect at least 80% of Novincia's coasts, causing massive flooding, tsunamis, and permanent infrastructure damage.  Protesters Take The Streets Of Iosef Over 4,000 college students reigned over the streets chanting, "Listen to Ukhta!" over and over again. Businesses were closed down due to the crowding streets, and the riot police could not be released to take control because no civil disturbances were reported. The reasoning for the riots were that the 2nd Pavilo's "PLAN XYZ" has not been taken place yet, especially the plans standard of paying more attention for Ukhta and Novirbirsk. The Minister of Economic Development has stated a word for the protesters:
Before the Thematan War, several Ukhta bombings took place, mainly because of their fear of Reichtopian Warsaw Affairs, and the intense the anticipation was that Warsaw would side with Themata, leaving Novincia in threat of an invasion. They were also angered by the Novincian Military to neglect their request for protection. Proclaiming their hatred for the CSTO, Novincia was a strong ally of the organization, and even invaded Themata to show loyalty.  Rokkenjiman Air Base Erected In Sakta We were requested to allow a Rokkenjiman Air Base to be built in a classified location in the province of Sakta, and it is currently under construction. The reasoning is the USR's increasing tension toward the nation of Safraen has caught the attention of the CSTO, and Rokkenjiman Military found it ideal to place an air base in Sakta. Over 60,000+ troops are being stationed at the base, and many different Imperial Rokkenjiman Air Force planes are as well equipping the base.  Mission to Nergal; Complete! The Mission to Nergal, hosted by the QPCC at the Sickle Space Center in Quinntopia is complete, and Novincian Cosmonaut Fyodor Lapukhov is marked the first Novincian in space and the first Novincian on Nergal. Through communications the QPCC and Sickle Space Center got intelligence regarding the Mission to Nergal, and it was received that it landed on Nergal successfully. The NSA (National Aeronautic and Aerospace Association) gave an international announcement regarding the state of the Mission. We and the QPCC are proud to announce that the Mission to Nergal is complete, and our cosmonauts have safely reached the surface of Nergal. The NSA cosmonaut M.S. Fyodor Lapukhov is among those who landed, along with Quinntopian cosmonauts Nikita Angorov, Iosif Maratov, Møtve Kaiba, and Mørel Alkaev. Nikita Angorov was the first Quinntopian on Luna and now the very first human to step on a planet other than Mundus. As a gesture of friendship, Fyodor Lapukhov was second to step on Nergal. After they all were on the surface, they placed a Quinntopian and Novincian flag in front of the camera that filmed the landing, and after that they collected samples.  2nd IFFA Cup Novincia has received word from the government of Kazarovia that Tytor has been chosen to host the 2nd IFFA Cup in the Independent Order. The Novincian National Football Team (NNFT) has also already been selected, and those players are listed below.

Artillery Drills In Ukhta, Defense Budget Raises The 2nd Pavilo has issued an important report on their decisions. Through rational compromises a new deal was created and the artillery drills in the Sea of Kyne and on the ground was performed today by the Novincian Navy and the Novincian Army. Helicopters roared across the Novincian coasts today, fleets of ships were deployed, and drills on the ground in the province of Sakta were all conducted. Uri Vagin stated this in an interview regarding the new plan - "this new plan is just another add-on to XYZ, we've raised our military force by 5% since January, and we will continue to do this."  This video shows our strong military force in Sakta doing massive artillery drills. Over 60,000 soldiers were involved during the performances, and tomorrow it will be more crucial because an estimated 150,000 soldiers will be involved in the drills. This could be a preparation for war due to the rising tensions involving Safraen, but Uri was quick to dismiss that, stating that it was to be a training day for new recruits. He also stated that many new recruits were graduating from boot camp in the next two weeks, and that the military drills were a "final test" for the graduates. Missile drills were also performed yesterday; at Military District 5, 9 massive explosions could be seen for miles. Those explosions were HMX (High-Melting-Explosives) tests, and a new fire-rocket was tested. It's A Win-Lose Situation In one of the first matches of the IFFA Cup 2014, Novincia faced Tytor in the gruesome, yet suspenseful match, leading to a loss for Novincia. The score was 1-3, but our boys played a good game. On the better side, Novincia went up against Dijel and won 2-3, the winning point being a penalty kick.  Zlatan Ibrahimovic was responsible for the penalty kick, which was remarked a "lucky-shot" by NNFT head coach Laurent Blanc. Other than that, the other two kicks were made possible by our forward Ezequiel Lavezzi, and he was greatly celebrated along with Zlatan. Novincia celebrated the win with mass parties in almost every bar and pub in the nation. This video shows the kick and the celebration of the crowd afterwards. The NFFT manager Hanna Carl spoke with us about the win against Dijel, and she stated that "Novincia is bigger and better this year, because we've made some very tough, risky, and effective decisions since our unsuccessful tug with the first IFFA Cup, and we've got a better training program, so our team can be ready for anything that the IFFA throws at us. I believe, personally, that Novincia is a force to be reckoned with in the IFFA." Just then Zlatan interrupted our interview by playfully tickling the manager and shouting some inaudible profanities at the cameramen. Our Doyen's Health Concerns Late last night our Doyen suffered a minor stroke that sent him to the Iosef Medical Center/Cancer Treatment. The cause was of high blood pressure. Thousands flocked toward the hospital to get news of his condition, which is now stable. But doctors estimate that he is in risk of another serious, possibly fatal stroke. Our reporters were not able to speak to the Doyen, since he is now resting. Doctor Muskhov did speak with us on the cause and effect of the stroke, and this is what he said.
The Church is conducting an all day service for the Doyen, and the Doyen's office is filled with bouquets, teddy bears, and chocolate. Another Doctor says that "the Doyen is at risk of a fatal stroke, meaning this could be his last days on Mundus. I assure everyone that we will be taking care of the Doyen." The Senate reacted to this by shutting down the chambers and the executive building is also shutdown. Doyeness Vecia was speechless, so word from her wasn't obtained. The second stroke is estimated to take place this afternoon, so care for him will be concentrated around that time. Our football team is also praying for the Doyen's health, and they are going to "score a goal for the Doyen" their next match against Tytor. A Sign of Relief Last night the Doyen's predicted stroke did not happen, and after long hours of prayer by a huge candlelight vigil, the Doyen will in fact return to his home in 2 days. The stroke was false, and his blood pressure went down to normal levels. Some CT scans were performed to locate any malfunctions in the brain, and no sign of deterioration was found. Some memory will be lost, but nothing vital. Doctor Vasily stated this in an interview.
News on the story will be available shortly. The Royal Yacht Some international collaboration with Rokkenjima and Novincia have been performed, and the Royal Yacht is scheduled to be constructed. The first ever vessel owned by the Doyen will be constructed pretty soon for international use. The yacht will be named the Amaranthine, meaning eternal. Perhaps the most luxurious yacht on Mundus, it will take some time for the ship to be created. Once it is finished it will sail its first voyage from Port Finlosk to the Elpidian city of Aydewoode, which is the largest port on the Illumic Channel. The yacht can house up to 14 people, and invitations for the vessels first voyage will be determined later. Right now we must focus on the construction of the Amaranthine.

Urban Canopy Project Hits Iosef Two years ago two teenagers from the city of Kranin introduced the idea of planting crops, flowers, and any other plant on the rooftops of buildings in the city of Kranin. With enough time and participation, 45% of Kranin is participating in the project. Now, the two teenagers are attempting to inspire Iosef to do the same. The Kranin City Commissioner stated that much of the city is now cleaner because of the project, and it has even boosted the entire province of Brevna. The teenagers have also made a well living off the funds supported by volunteers. Now, they are traveling to Iosef to introduce the idea of the "Urban Canopy Project". What you do is clear out a space on your flat roof, put mulch and soil in and plant whatever plants you would like. The plants not only supply vegetables and fruits, but it provides cleaner air. Max Hykell, the founder of the Urban Canopy Project, stated that is "all of Novincia participates in this idea, the air efficiency levels will raise a whopping 45%." City Commissioner of Iosef William Walraven is approving of the idea and encourages everyone to follow the Urban Canopy Project. The Urban Canopy Project was started in 2012 by Max Hykell and his friend Herschel Jacobs, and the idea all started in their agriculture class. Their agriculture teacher encouraged the idea of them planting crops on the rooftops of the school, and suddenly the entire school system was following by planting crops, flowers, and irrigation systems on all of their rooftops. The project soon took place in the city of Kranin when they introduced their idea publicly on the local news channel. Many seminars, speeches, and fundraisers later, they've helped produce more than a million crops for the province of Brevna. Almost half of Kranin was participating and more continue to join. The teenagers have donated their money to charities, similar projects, and have used their money to buy more supplies for the project. With the help of some leading botanists, engineers, and scientists, the Novincian Institute of Botany located in Besfamin have reached out towards the group by introducing a miraculous idea of "botanical electricity". Tytor Not Letting In; Next Match Could Mean Everything After battling with blood, sweat, and tears against Tytor, whom we lost against a couple days ago, it came out to a grinding screech, a tie between Novincia and Tytor. The score was 0 - 0, although no goals made, our team tried everything to get past the Tytorian goalkeeper who seemed like a wall for Novincian strikers. Cozart almost made a goal when a corner-kick was offered, but the ball was stopped dead in the air between the goalie and the post. Next match, Novincia will go up against Dijel. Yes, we may have beat them, but Novincian manager Hanna Carl states that, "this next match is going to mean a lot. It makes or breaks us. If we lose, our morale will go down the drain, but if we win, we get a second chance at Tytor." We are now in second place in the Group 4, trailing behind Tytor and leaving Dijel behind. Novincia Wins! A rage of excitement and celebration struck Novincia when we victoriously triumphed out of Northpoint Football Arena with a win over Dijel. We won 3-0 with 1 goal belonging to Cozart, 1 goal to Steele, and 1 to Nalley. Not only does that mean we are in 1st place in the Group 4 IFFA, but we will be in Ro8, taking a break from the IFFA to regain our strength and fight on. Massive celebrations have begun in Iosef, people chanting our nations anthem over and over again and shouting NNFT football players. Out of 4 games we won 2, drew 1, and lost 1. Our players have played their best, and now let's see if they can still have a chance to win.  |

Doyen Resigns; Elections Underway After 26 years of reigning over Novincia, Mikhal Bournetsfi is no longer our honorable leader. He resigned with a speech and a ceremony yesterday evening along with our Sub-Doyen Vecia Heimlichtir who ruled for 15 years. The ceremony lasted until 11:00, and when the clock struck 12 it marked the end of Bournetsfis rule over the nation. The reasoning was because of the Doyen's declining health. He just had a stroke recently, and was disabled to walk on two legs without a cane. He also remarked have constant abdominal and back pains. The Pavilo had made a petition to literally kick him out of office because of his health. Word somehow got out and the Doyen resigned. Following the resignation was the military parade, which lasted until 9:00 pm as well. With resignation comes new beginnings, and that is just what will happen. Elections have been working all night to gather candidates and we have been able to receive word of "who's running". Fleet Of Vessels To Arrive At QKNB In Dartfordia Plan XYZ is now complete, a finishing touch for a total addition of 60 new vessels added into the Novincian Navy. Port Finlosk is crowded with the new ships, some which have not even left Novincian waters yet. Therefore, to begin circulation in the Sea of Kyne, the 2nd Pavilo is deploying 4 Iroquois Class Destroyers to the QKNB (Queen Katenka Naval Base) in Southfleet, Dartfordia. The reasoning was simply put "to begin circulation in the Sea of Kyne". Uri Vagin spoke with us concerning the deployment, and he stated, "Since we are strong CSTO allies with Dartfordia, deploying naval vessels there would be allowed, if not encouraged." The destroyers are to arrive there in 4 days and stay their for 3 weeks and return on the 23rd of June. The vessels that are to be deployed are:

Kazarovia Beware! Novincia is now number one in Group 4 of the IFFA Cup II, which means they will face another opponent in another group. Kazarovia, which was last years home to the IFFA Cup and the original starters for the organization and tournament itself, will be facing the NNFT soon at Southmark Stadium in Vigil, Southmark. Kazarovia is a widely feared team, but we just might have the confidence and power to win against them. A winning streak for Novincia has been going on for quite some time, but will Kazarovia be strong enough to break it? Two Candidates Remain in Elections After 3 days of voting, two candidates remain in the running for royalty. Those candidates are Christian Alea and Edward Bridgestone. Remember to vote! The next elections won't be for quite some time, and even might be the last. The Royal Family could be established because of of our monarchic-system change. Edward Bridgestone has a wife and 2 kids- a daughter and a son. Christian Alea has a wife and son. But we must remember not to choose which family, but which Doyen and Doyeness. Edward has made over 50 commercials regarding his campaign while Christian Alea has around 40, and the vote seems to be in favor of Edward by 5%. It is predicted that it will be a close win. |

WARSAW Invasion To Begin Soon  An anticipated war is about to begin. A Warsaw Invasion of Novincia seemed a joke a few months back, but now it has become real. Warsaw could strike at any given minute, and the Domsily has done some tweaking around to prepare for the attack. Militia making is now abolished. It was Uri Vagins idea to welcome everyone to fight Warsaw, so with a closed door meeting with the Royal Council the law was stripped from the constitution. Our new Doyen, Christian Alea, was set into office three days ago, but since recent events, he hasn't said a word to the public. Some find this eerie- a newly established leader to be silent when inaugurated. The 2nd Pavilo have deployed 3 fleets of ships around the Novincian Bight and outwards, and have moved 35 divisions to the Reichtopian Border in Brevna and Vodi. That totals up to 600,000 troops including CSTO-Joint forces with Quinntopia and Dartfordia. We would also like to establish eastern Novincia as a no-fly zone for airliners and aircraft alike. If you live in eastern Novincia, please seek evacuation possibilities. Take everything you need and leave the rest. Trains from Ukhta to Iosef are running, and a refugee camp is just outside Iosef. |

Rokkenjiman Missile-Strikes Staggers Warsaw A correlated missile strike hosted by Strategic Missile Command (SMC) was successful as it soared over the skies of Novincia to hit multiple targets in Warsaw. The launching was purposed for taking out vital transportation methods in Warsaw to slow down weapons production. The missiles hit railroads that ceased the transport of materials. Now, according to Ukhta Air Base official Ricky Daedalus, at least 100 combat drones are en route to Warsaw-Controlled Novincia and Warsaw itself to take down suspected targets. A strong thank-you speech from Minister of Foreign Affairs John Vicente, stating that "this may indeed be the turning point." However, Uri Vagin, Minister of the Armed Forces and Director of the 2P stated that it is the first of many air-to-ground strikes, and also stated that the missiles will only slow down the production for so long. "We must strike now while they are stumbled", were his exact words when making a quick speech before attending a Royal Council meeting.  Novincian Space Station Rozpov To Launch Soon The Novincian Cosmonautical Association (NCA) recently stated that they received confirmation of a space station plan that will launch fairly soon. The Space Station Rozpov, abbreviated RZPV, is said to be completely finished, now all that is needed to be done is the renovation of the launch-pad near Khvotsk, Sakta. Once the renovation is complete, it is to be launched within a week. It will be the first space station to be launched by the NCA. However, high security is being placed around the Khvotsk Space Center being that it is in the war-zone. Novincia has made its firm mark on space when invited on the Soviet I to Nergal, the first manned mission ever to be performed. (I'm back, for good ) Zrovsk Death Row Inmate Freed The Zrovsk prison located in a remote forest location near Zrovsk, Poldeni, is significant for its prisoners, usually dangerous murderers and conmen. Most of these prisoners are sentenced to death by firing squad, but today, a prisoner was freed due to DNA evidence. Simon Bagwell was sentenced to death row 2 years ago because his DNA and fingerprints were found around a homicide site in Kranin. He was convicted of murder to the 1st degree and sentenced to death by firing squad. In two weeks time he was supposed to tied to a chair and shot, but today he was freed because of a simple investigation. Simon had vigorously plead not guilty, but was rejected. He spoke to cameras today saying that he is extremely grateful and "has a new perspective on life now".

Religious Movement Becoming A Concern; String of Murders Linked In Kranin a religious movement involving the Christian community and the ancient animistic religion of Rapatism of the native peoples is becoming a concern for the Kranin City Government as the rallies are disrupting traffic, businesses, and sleep. The religious movement called the Christian and Rapatistic Fellowship of Kranin (CRFK) is gaining many members, almost calling itself a separate religion. But CRFK Pastor Walter Hare begs to differ as he flies a christian flag infused with the Native Novincian Community symbol on it. "No no no, most definitely no. We are trying to gain new members as this great fellowship is most convenient for the religious people of Novincia." However, some crimes in Kranin's outskirts is almost proving the CRFK a terrorist group. 4 teens, all Christian and self proclaimed Anti-Nativists, were found executed on an abandoned farm just 4 miles from their house. The teens were all shot directly in the head by 9mm pistols. 3 people are in custody and coincidentally they are CRFK activists and claim they did it for the fellowship. The Head Priest of the CRFK refused to speak on such matters. Recently, Adam Cowen, a Rapatist and CRFK activist tried to convert some classmates in class. When confronted by the teacher, the 16 year old punched the teacher in the face. Afterwards Cowen was sent to prison. Authorities are unsure, however, the CRFK's silence isn't cancelling them out if they are indeed linked.  So what exactly is the CRFK and how did it start? The CRFK stands for Christian and Rapatistic Fellowship of Kranin, and it centers its beliefs on Rapatistic and Christian teachings. Rapatism is the most dominant religion associated with natives and has over 13,000 followers. The CRFK was started in 1982 when Baptist John Wooley and Rapatist Akiwe-Kochaw became organized the fellowship and soon created a booklet involving Biblical scriptures and Rapatistic hymns. By 2000 the CRFK had 4,000 members and growing. A steady decline in members occurred in the 2000's, but with recent attempts to revive it the CRFK has more members than ever, over 200,000. Some have accused the fellowship to be sinful and a cult, but to others it's a great way to retouch with their native roots while staying close to God. |

The CRF Has Beef With Vicarians, Threatens A "Genocide" The CRF, formerly known as the CRFK, has made public and official statements concerning their beliefs, and have recently stated that their fellowship is also based on political ideas. The ideologies of the CRF are very "anarchist", described by political scientist Marke Green. CRF leader John Wooley, based on a public interview and hearing, said that he believes "Novincia would function better politically, economically, and spiritually by becoming a theocracy and have the CRF take control of the government." The only scarier part of that statement was that you could hear a roar of agree with shouts of "Amen!" coming from the crowd. Also, the CRF was asked if certain people or ethnicity's are prohibited to join the CRF. Mr. Wooley answered "the Vicarian people are a leech on Novincia's belly, and therefore are the enemy. We have made plans to rid the Vicarian people out of Novincia, or, if we must, kill them." Another wave of "Amen, brother!" came from the crowd. No replies from the Novincian Ministry of Defense and Justice concerning that statement, but it is anticipated.  Since the hearing, the CRF has grown drastically, and now have around 13 million members. In addition to its growth, it has also stated that it has a militia in existence armed with Soviet weapons left behind during the World War. Should the Vicarian people be afraid of the CRF? Yes, says political scientist Joaqim Bennett, who is Vicarian himself. "There are around 12 million Vicarians in Novincia, and there are about 13 million CRF members in Novincia. It is a very dangerous situation for the Vicarian people, and I believe the government should do something about the organization, as it poses a threat to Novincian citizens." Military Exercises Increasing Since Last Week; Piracy Scare The 2nd Pavilo issued an announcement of the increased performances of military drills and exercises just off the coast of Vodi City, Vodi last week. The reasoning was simply because our military had become very inactive, and when a piracy scare happened, our navy was approximately a minute late in response. The pirates crossed into Novincian territorial waters, an event that hasn't happened since January. It crossed 30 miles from Vodi City. The sirens purposed for alerting enemy naval vessels crossing into our waters sounded and thousands flocked in their homes and shelters. Luckily, our navy was able to seize the piracy boat before it made contact with our terrestrial territory.  A Military Drill Being Performed Recently, Novincia's application to join the anti-terrorism organization K.A.T.A.P.U.L.T. was accepted. K.A.T.A.P.U.L.T. was designed by Dominiscian leader Ezra Jus and Aeternumese leader Alexander Zhou, and purposed it for innovating anti-terrorism tactics. The 2nd Pavilo also announced that three new vessels are currently being constructed and will be added to 2 of our fleets. The 2nd Pavilo seems determined to become the 2nd strongest Navy in the world. |

Königsgrad President Beckmann "Changes" Saint Monterrey  A global announcement was broadcasted by Königsgradian President Beckmann, regarding a government transformation that consisted of the national military patrolling the streets in the capital. Not only did what appears to be martial law occur, but all international embassies were requested to be evacuated and staff be relocated to their country of origin. Many theories exist revolving around this rather scary course of action happening right now. The Novincian Embassy was evacuated soon after the broadcast ended, and all ambassadors were safely returned to Novincian soil. Our Royal Council responded to the situation with a warning to the Köningsgradian government if tyranny escalates then Novincia will make decisions with the CSTO and resolve the dilemma. Naval Expansion Anticipated; Piracy Is Poised To End  Earl Marshal Uri Vagin Stating New Anti-Piracy Plans Uri Vagin has stated in an announcement this morning concerning piracy in the Sea of Kyne that 10 new vessels will be added to the Novincian National Navy. This was fueled by a recent pirate ambush in the Sea of Kyne on Novincian Naval fleet Lathraia, which consists of a total of 10 vessels. A pirate fleet of 50 or so ships fire upon the ships, damaging the hulls of the fleet. Fortunately, we won victoriously with an ambush. But this conflict is feared to be just beginning. Piracy in the Sea of Kyne has always been a Novincian problem. This is because of the lack of strict foreign policy laws. For example, foreigners whose country of origin is one of our allies, not counting CSTO and CSU member nations, are not required to show a passport at security checkpoints in Novincia's airports. This will be quick to change in these new steps to stop piracy. Besides foreign policy, fleets in the Sea of Kyne that are purposed for defending our national waters will be ordered to "shoot on site" if they spot or recognize unresponsive/suspicious ships. Some argue that this might be a little too far, but Uri insists it will bring a quick end to our long conflict in the Sea of Kyne with pirates. In the announcement, Uri stated that 5 vessels will be purchased from South Hills, while 5 will be constructed. |

Poverty Levels Skyrocket; Whose To Blame? Over the past year, the Kranin University of Urban Development found that the poverty level in Novincia has skyrocketed, mysteriously. In 2013, the PL was around 6%, which is tremendously low. Now, in 2015, it is at an astounding 30%, and increasing .11% every day. The Minister of Economic Development has made numerous speeches concerning the growing number, and blames the city officials of Iosef. He mentioned in a conference last week that "the Iosef, Kranin, and Demitskaya officials must revise their tax rates and utility charges." However, barely any change to the tax rates or utility charges have been made. The poverty can be easily seen in these pictures of what looks like slums forming outside of Iosef. The slums are made out of metal sheets and old concrete walls spared by abandoned apartments.  The City Government does not recognize the people living in the slums as part of the population because they do not pay taxes to live. For water and food, the dwellers take water from the Poure River and scavenge dumpsters. They also receive food donations from organizations around Iosef. Helping Hands of Iosef (HHI) has been doing most of the donation work by collecting canned foods, clothes, and water. They've also conducted fundraisers across the country to donate to those in need of proper housing. |

Military Exercises In Brevna Flexes Air and Land Force Last week, Uri Vagin issued a statement regarding the military morale decline. Hundreds of discharges have made the Army and Air Force population decline gradually. But that stops now. The Novincian Air Force, Novincian National Army, and the Novincian Sea Patrol have been busy this past week performing military exercises across the Novincian Bight and province of Brevna. Hundreds of EU-Typhoons and Mikoyan MiG's have roared across eastern Novincia flexing their muscles to make sure they are up-to-date with their defense force. Earl Marshal and Minister of Defense Uri Vagin attended a land exercise that involved forming an L-shape around the enemy and escaping a napalm strike. Uri, a 5 star General and veteran in the 1985 Civil War, was pleased to see the workout by our armed forces, and stated that "significant progress" is being made.  EU-Typhoon flying over the Steiner River delta in PoledniUri also organized a mission to recruit new armed forces members by creating posters to put in colleges and high school across the nation, and to raise the pay and give more benefits to new members. Because of that, roughly 2,000 members have joined one of our 4 armed forces branches this past week. |
