In the capital, a large crowd has gathered, national flags waving and chanting of the state's slogan rang out. Grant Brown stepped out onto the highest balcony of the capital building towards a podium with a microphone. He began: "Brothers, sisters, hear me! Today is a new day for the great country of Narrahivoo. We have been tirelessly involved in the World Assembly, in diplomatic affairs of The Independent Order, we have defended our borders, and we have improved greatly upon our government, enough to finally declare The Delegative Democracy of Free Culture of Narrahivoo. We seek international support in the recognition of our just, efficient, and people run and approved government, especially from nations in our region. Long live the fruits of our tireless effort to become a sovereign, united, recognized nation! Long live Narrahivoo! The crowd thundered with applause and cheers. Instruments and song could be heard for miles. |

![]() Imperial Decree Imperial Recognition of The Delegative Democracy of Free Culture of Narrahivoo The First Empire of Neo Rokkenjima hereby recognizes the Delegative Democracy of Free Culture of Narrahivoo as a sovereign, independent nation. The First Empire interacted with Narrahivoo previously, dispatching a naval Task Force to the region during conflict with the southern border territories. I wish the best to this new government and nation. Rokkenjima stands ready to accept diplomats from Narrahivoo and I personally look forward to the establishment of a strong, mutually beneficial diplomatic relationship between our nations. The Empress has noted her interest in expanding Imperial Foreign Aid, and feels Narrahivoo would be a natural candidate to receive aid from this increased fund. Should you have any concerns please feel free to contact my office personally. Princess Evanthe Anselmo Vicegerent of Rokkenjima |
