Skymir walk alongside the city skyline, hovering above the insignificant lifeforms that called themselves "Humans". He despised their ignorance to all the beautiful destruction around them, such as his own existence and power, or even the existence of any hollow.

As he walk, he spotted a wondering soul, a woman, floating outside an office window."Now, this may be a bit of fun!", he thought to himself, hoping he could cause some torment.

He approached the woman. "Watching them replace your job I see?" He said to her with a grimacing smile, as she stared at his pale self in horror, "Oh, but how tragic, you don't even realize your dead!"

He then jumped toward her and viciously torn at her soul-chain, it snapped quickly, and then disappeared into nothingness, exposing a black hollow hole on her chest. Her body collapsed like a black-hole and began to re-solidify as a hollow.

High in the skies above Okumichi City was a recently recruited Numeros known as Flash Ruiz, or at least that's what he dubbed himself upon awakening. Being a low ranking Arrancar of La Imperio del Hueco, he's been charged with a lot of grunt work. This happens to be one of them. He was ordered to play scout in the human world for any potential threats, but that wasn't his current agenda. He took the opportunity to enjoy a little time in sun; floating through the sky like he was on water with his hands behind his head. He exhaled as a sign of relaxation. He liked it this way. In spite of this, there seemed to be some noise below him. It sounded like a Hollow's cry. Flash descended to investigate. He did have a job to do and he wasn't willing to be executed for a failed mission. As he got closer to the screaming, he noticed two beings. One was the hollow but the other was someone unfamiliar. To be safe, Flash called out to the person as he continued descending. "Hello?"

He heard a call from above, that seemed to be directed at him. He gazed upwards to see a man hovering in the air, he recognized him as an Arrancar by the clothes he was dressed in, however his face could not be recognized from this distance, and the voice was unfamiliar.

"Aw, here I was thinking I could get some time to myself." He sarcastically stated to himself, then turned to his hollow prey; "Sorry dear, it seems I must conclude this fun we've been having!" He then quickly drew his blade and sliced right up the middle of the beast in one swift motion.

He glared at his unnamed fellow arrancar; "The names is Skymir Skrymir," he then gave a subtle bow. "Now might I inquire your name?"

Normally in a situation like this, any regular person would be a bit more tense and cautious when meeting a complete stranger whom had just sent a spiritual creature into oblivion. However, Flash was very relaxed in his body language. He had one hand in his pocket and looked like he was putting a bit more weight on one side of his body despite being airborne. He also ran his hand through his hair as it was a perpetual habit of his.

"My apologies for intruding, Mr. Skrymir. I am Flash Ruiz. A Numeros. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance," he replied politely despite his carefree entrance.

"No need to Apologize." Skymir stated, then stood silently for a moment, wearing a curious face, and thought to himself about this arrancar. His relaxed, yet formal attitude told him that he was where he was told to be. Which then arose the question in his mind; has he been sent to keep an eye on me, however if that was the case then why did he greet him so casually, this didn't exclude the possibility, just made it less likely.

He concluded that he'd best just ask. "I don't mean to be rude," though he really didn't care whether he was rude or not, he just wanted an answer, "but what exactly is the reason for your presence?"

Flash didn't bother with any cryptic details and went straight to the point. "Scouting, and it just so happens I discovered something worth finding. This doesn't mean I want fight. Far from it. The last thing I need is another meaningless squabble."

As a precaution, Flash looked lazily to his right, left, and backside to see if there were any oncoming threats. With nothing in sight, he put his hand over his mouth and yawned before getting to his questions. "So what brings you to the human world? You don't look like a Shinigami, and yet you took out that Hollow like yeserday's garbage. Are you just bored?" he asked casually.

"Why yes, very much so," he replied with a wide smile, he then pulled his hair back to reveal his right eye and mask, to prove he was indeed an arrancar, "but, why do you say that killing that hollow makes me worth finding, is its quick defeat not a testament to it's weakness, and should I not have purged it of its weakness?

After seeing Skymir reveal his mask, Flash's worries were faded...somewhat. Now that he knows the man in the suit is an Arrancar and not a Shinigami, it means that likely he won't be willing to engage in any sort of fighting, or at least that's what Flash was assuming. It is known that Arrancar attack each other for a multitude of reasons. Hearing Skymir talking about 'purging the weak' did make Flash raise an eyebrow. To follow that motion Flash told him, "You have some strange hobbies, Mr. Skrymir..."

He scratched his hair and ran his thumb over his mask remnants by his nose before continuing. "...but I'm not here to question your ethics. I'm just doing my job. The higher-ups have tasked me with searching for any potential stragglers in the Human-World. Your actions did fall in line with what I'm supposed to be looking for as Shinigami kill Hollows. Simple deductive reasoning, but if that were true you wouldn't be discussing this with me now would you? If confusing you for an enemy has insulted you, I do apologize for that."

(OOC: Immediately after Hunting Hollows)

Yetsuna was leaning against the wall of the alley, blood pouring out of the wound inflicted by the shingami. She took the sleeve in the right hand and tore it way from her uniform, exposing a majority of her left side. She began to fashion a makeshift bandage to cover the wound, it served its purpose, but no where near as much as she would have liked, blood trickling out around the cloth. She pushed her back off against the wall and flexed her hand to test stiffness, to which she found it a bit slow to respond but serviceable and should keep her going for a few hours as long as she didn't strain herself too badly

As she rounded the corner out of the alley she heard a hollow shriek not far off. She had a while before she would be able to return to Sereitei and decided to go have a look. She stuck to the ground for getting around incase the silver-haired bastard was lurking around. As she walked the distance to the cry, she felt her anger returning at being so vulnerable and having to hide from a foe, but that as abruptly replaced by surprise when she rounded the corner and saw two other arrancars off a short way talking. The faces were unfamiliar to her, then again she never made an effort to know anyone else extensively. She stood there contemplating what to do. Were they allies? Were they sent here to retrieve her after her battle? Who were they.....

{OoC: Sorry for not posting in a while, my computer crashed a ways back. So I'm back but not sure how often I'll be getting on.}

Well, once again, there is no need to apologies. As you say it, you're "just doing your job." He said this in a very mimicking, passive aggressive kind of way. He didn't let up on intimidation, he felt that the quickest way to get to know someone, was to put a dagger up to their ribs, and just watch them spit out all their darkest secrets and deepest fears. However, Flash seemed to keep his cool rather well, this disappointed Skymir.

Then out of the corner of his eye, he say another arrancar come around the bend. She seemed rather sheepish, as is she was still trying to remain hidden. Skymir didn't pay her much mind, however, when his eyes met Flash's again, he gave him a strange look, hinting to him that there was someone behind him.
