Peanut butter lovers I tried a new recipe over the weekend because I like peanut butter and eat just way to much of it if I got it in the house. I took some almond flour and put it in the food processor got it spinning and then drizzled in melted coconut oil until I had a lose formed almond butter. I then removed the top and dropped in a handful of unsalted dry roasted peanuts and some salt and processed that until it was more like peanut butter. The final twist is I added a small amount of ground flaxseed. I put in some sweetener but it is unnecessary. I eat it by the spoonfuls for desert. |
