Fudgy Brownies 2 TBLS Coconut Flour ¼ cup Cocoa 2 TBLS Flaxmeal 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp gluconnoman powder (optional, but really gives it that “fudgy texture”) 3 eggs 2 TBLS Almond Butter 2 TBLS Peanut Butter 1 TBLS SF Chocolate Syrup 3 TBLS oil (Coconut, Olive, melted butter) 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract Sweetener to equal 1 cup (I use 1TBLS Stevia – (sweetleaf powder), ½ cup erythritol, 8 drops EZ Sweetz-(liquid sucalarose) Mix wet and dry separately, add wet to dry. At this point I add ½ of a chocoPerfection Bar (I get them from Netrition), it’s optional but is included in my nutrition count. Makes little dots of melted chocolate throughout the brownies. Spread evenly in a well oiled 8x8 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick in center is clean, cool slightly. Flip over on rack and finish cooling. I keep them in the fridge, they are even good cold & you can warm them up in the microwave too. For 8 brownies-(excluding sweetener) Calories - 152.34 Fat - 12.84 Carbs - 6.48 Fiber -3.86 Net Carbs -2.626925 |
