Welcome to the Iselia Realm. We hope you enjoy your visit.

So you wanna be a master of Pokémon? If you have the skill and patience, Iselia is a region where trainers are challenged to push themselves and strive to reach the elusive Elite Four. In your way, eight gyms, many changes of terrain, along with an evil organization, Team Zodiac, could stand in your way.

We cater to all forms of trainers (coordinators, breeders), but your character can be anything they choose! A doctor, a breeder, you can even join Team Zodiac, or start your own group! While a member of Team Zodiac or the Pokemon Rangers, you can preform missions to rise within the ranks. Although the self-proclaimed goal is to get rich, the real intention is to capture all legendary Pokemon and disrupt the balance of the world. Whose side will you be on?

Volken Cragg, a place all too familiar for Zack. He was born and raised around Mt. Blaze, so he had to pass through this place in multiple occassions throughout his life. This, was once more one of them. He'd head here to finally catch the type he had a somewhat natural affinity towards, a fire-type! It had to be in his little family, his team. Since Zack didn't love any type specifically, he'd just have a combination and random selection of every type he'd encounter. He had a great fighting-type pokémon and a recent grass-Ice type. However, he couldn't put Snover in here, Snover might get burnt to a crisp as both grass and ice are weak against fire, anyway. Makuhita would need to do the work again like he did last time, then again, last time he'd just caught Snover which was weakened like hell. He used his only potion to help Snover stay up for a bit longer and last till the pokécenter at least, ending up having to fight some damn annoying hippie. After a long battle, he of course lost. 2 weakened pokémon can hardly beat a trainer with 2 pokémon, really. So he had managed to get to the pokécenter to patch them up good, as he was then filled with joy, deciding to go find his next target to catch. This time he'd get a fire-type. There had to be multiple types on his team, it's better for Zack himself as he has no type-preferences and intends to catch all the pokémon after all, y'know. With that, he'd ended up in Volken Cragg for the who knows how many'th time in his life, staring around. It seemed a bit empty, and of course, hot as hell. He'd let out a panting sigh as he let Makuhita out of his pokéball, which didn't seem affected at all by the heat, as he pulled off his jacket and put it in his bag. That was a bit better, but he was still gonna sweat it all full.

"Shall we take a look around, Maken?"

It was still the same old Volken Cragg, wasn't it? It was fiery and all, hot, charred earth, magma seemingly flowing in the cracks. If he fell in there he was obviously fucked and dead meat, or should we say crispy, well-baked? It would indeed be very annoying if he had a chance of falling in, but hell, the cracks weren't that wide, they were simply wide enough for him to shove the height of his foot in, not the width. His toes, that's all. Wait, weren't we looking for pokémon? And wasn't it suddenly getting warmer in here? Well that's a bit annoying ... Let's ... Let's do it! Yes, time to strip more! Slowly pulling his arms back into his shirt, he'd push the shirt up from the inside, plopping his head into the shirt so he could in the end pull it off. He had a bit of muscle and abbs, but hell, that was from all the travelling and training with Makuhita in the past, perhaps. Right now, there wasn't much of a problem here. Now it was a bit less unbearable for him to walk around, regardless. And then, he heard noise. Small-foot stomps popping up behind his back. "Baaaaaaaaaagon..." A calm-like shout was let out. Swiftly, Zack turned around as he spoke: "W-What the- A ... Is that a Bagon?" Then, he flipped up his pokédex to make sure of it and confirm it. He was born in the area, surely he'd know of most of the pokémon that creeped around here. That was a given, in a way. The pokédex then confirmed his suspicions, this was an actual Bagon lurking around, but it seemed a bit odd. So calm, it was just so relaxed even though two creatures were somewhat invading it's space. Was this Bagon ... High? Nah, there's no such thing in the pokémon world! Is there? This was just a Bagon without fear or needs to get chaotic about things. Should Zack catch it? Yeah, that would be for the better, he did come here for pokémon after all. The only thing he had been told by the pokédex was that Bagon's a dragon-type. They say Dragon-type pokémon are fairly rare, better take the opportunity for it now instead of passing it on. It's not a fire-type like he intended to get at first, but still a good asset to his little family.

A bagon, huh? Snover hadn't had any time to shine yet, so he could let his Snover try out a battle for now. Makuhita stood there and seemingly set down arms crossed with a grin of sorts, excited and awaiting his new little friend to jump out and take action. This Snover was a bit agressive but that might help in this case. It was the opposite of the calm Bagon, and perhaps she could pull out this Bagon's anger for a real and grand fight. Or not. As he flipped up his pokéball and calmly threw it to let Snover out, there she was, happily jumping out and standing ready to charge. "Alright Snow, let's do this. We've got a good chance, and I'll fight with you together it in this battle!" Zackary shouted out, in an attempt to pump Snover up a bit. Snover was getting readier than ready as the Bagon simply sat on it's butt. It didn't seem to give a fuck about the presence of the three, but it was ready to fight if they'd annoy him. Well, that was pretty much arranged already, let's annoy the Bagon! Should we? Yeah. The Bagon got his first chance to attack, it was actually faster than it looked, and probably more light. It dashed towards Snover with a calm mind, trying to bite it's teeth into Snover's arm- NOPE. Snover spun, moving around Bagon ready for a straight attack. "Powder Snow!" Zack shouted, as a burst of snow flew out of Snover's mouth, going right for Bagon. Bagon calmly tried to turn around, spotting the snow as it then seemed to be in slight panick. I don't think dragons really like Ice. The powder snow blasted into Bagon as it rolled backward, rolling onto the hot ground to warm up as it seemed to be shaking from the cold of Powder Snow. So this was Bagon's weakness- And then something else happened, something against the nature of this calm pokémon. It used Rage, dashing into Snover and busting right against her ribs, as it got thrown back. Snover tried to regain her footing, coughing. This Bagon's head was hard, and it's eyes seemed to turn red out of anger, it's body releasing a bit of steam as it seemed to become slightly red. A frenzy? Oh god...

"Hrhm this Bagon suddenly got angry. . . I think it doesn't really like snow, and perhaps that triggered it's Rage. . . Snover, use Razor Leaf!" Zack spoke to himself, then shouting it out towards Snover. Without hesitation, Snover lashed out a load of leaves from it's body, as they flew towards the Bagon. The Bagon that was now blinded by rage, didn't care. It charged right through in a frontal line, simply zoofing past the leaves, with a few of them scratching it, this is one sturdy motherfucking pokémon! It lashed out once more in it's blind rage towards Snover, but Snover knew better than that. Snover jumped, planting it's feet on Bagon's hard head, and jumping off of it to avoid the blind tackle-like Rage. Snover's feet were used to the heat of the ground now, even though she was panting. It's an ice-grass type, this area was simply bad for a pokémon like Snover to fight on, it was too hot, so they'd need to finish fast. Meanwhile, Makuhita started doing push-ups as it watched the fight. Makuhita seemed resistant to all this heat and weather-situations, what an amazing pokémon! That's a fighting-type for ya. Snover's turn was up again, clearly. It was time to finish it soon, they couldn't let this calm Bagon go against it's own nature of personality with all this rage, Zack felt sorry for this Bagon now, he just wanted it to calm down as fast as he could, so they could become friends! "Snover, use Powder Snow!" He spoke out, as Snover seemed to nod, lashing out another snow-blast, spitting it out at Bagon. Bagon turned around and simply charged right into it, as the snow blasted onto it's body, and with the luck of the draw, ice started forming on it's body. There it was, frozen in a chunk of ice now. Powder snow was cold, of course it could freeze. However, something was strange. Before Zack threw his pokéball, he'd hold his hand still as he saw it ... Melting? That's right, he forgot about the environment and the heat of Bagon for a minute. In a few seconds, the heat of Volcano Cragg and Bagon's Rage would've just melted the ice away, as Bagon continued it's Rage-dash again, hitting Snover clean as it got thrown back again. That hurts, yo.

Snover stood back up on it's own feet, as it stared at the enraged Bagon with fury in her own eyes. It was now a battle of anger, seemingly. How did this shit escalate so quickly? Well, this isn't awkward at all! Letting out a sigh, Zack hated this. Why did pokémon have to battle out of anger, blinded by their own greed of battle to this extent? Why couldn't they just fight normally like Makuhita and Snover had back then, or like in trainer fights? This was getting ridiculous for Zack. "Snover, let's end it. Powder Snow!" He shouted out, as Bagon once more would simply rush forward in it's own dumb rage, the Powder snow being spat out by Snover as it bashed into Bagon, the cold started to then finally get through. It wasn't completely faint yet, but it would be after the next attack. It was better for Bagon to stop now, as it started to pant a lot. It was weakened by all the Powder Snow it got hit by directly each time, it would only suffer more the longer this would take. Zack flipped up a pokéball in his hand as it grew in the appropriate size, throwing it towards Bagon. "You're mine!" He shouted, as the pokéball knocked against Bagon's head, flying up for a short moment as Bagon got drawn into it instantly. The pokéball started to roll around a bit and shaking, as it seemed to be resisting in it's rage. But, after a minute, it stopped. The capture was successful, then? Most likely, he could assume it was, as that shaking and rolling came to a stop now. Walking over to the pokéball, he'd pick it up and strapped it onto his belt, as he would speak out. "You're with us now, Bagon. No need to stock up all that anger, we'll be with you." He spoke with a smile, expecting that Bagon would hear his calm voice to calm down further if it hadn't yet. Then, he would have Snover go back into her pokéball as he said: "Good job, Snover! Now go rest, it shouldn't be that warm in your pokéball. Sorry for putting you through this." They'd have to walk around a bit more now, though. The journey wasn't over just yet.

As Makuhita's exercise-session was finished and Snover returned to it's ball, then onto Zack's belt with his new Bagon. His family had now grown bigger again, which was great. But one question remained, was it over yet, or was his journey yet to begin? It felt as if he had done enough for now, but then before he noticed as he started walking away, something seemed to come closer, a shadow rising up a small bump of a hill as it moved forward faster and faster. While the sweat dripped off of Zack's body more and more, that was simply from the heat, and Makuhita beared with it as if it were nothing. The two paused themselves as the shadow came closer and closer to them. Then ... It revealed itself! A ... a ... A rattata, really? That thing out of all that could be hiding in Volcano Cragg? Wow, that was a slight disappointment. However, this Rattata didn't seem like a wild one, it was almost as if it were a tamed Trainer's pokémon. Kind of oddly enough like the Bagon he caught. Or was it perhaps just ... Shy? Zack kneeled down as he peered at the Rattata, as the Rattata took a short step back. Yeah, it was either scared or shy. "Makuhita, let's fight this Rattata." He spoke out. This Rattata was a bit different though, it didn't seem too affected by this tremendous heat from the Volcano Cragg, perhaps it had adapted itself to the area through the years, as it seemed to have some mixed red-colours hidden in it's purple fur. As Makuhita stepped in, he bowed, as the Rattata seemed to suspect what was going to happen. It wanted to survive, so it had to fight. Makuhita was faster, as he rushed in for a fast fight, while Zack didn't even need to speak. Makuhita could feel Zack's intentions, tackling into the Rattata cleanly. The Rattata got pushed back as it seemed to shout out in pain. Perhaps it was just wimpy? It'd lash back with Quick Attack, as Makuhita crossed it's arms to take the hit, retaliating swiftly with an enhanced tackle. Grabbing ahold of Rattata, he'd pick it up and tackle it into the ground, swiftly taking a step back. That was a nice hit, but at this rate, it might take ages to finish.

Zack showed a smirk as the Rattata seemed to whip it's tail towards Makuhita, was this meant to be a distraction? Tail Whip lowers the opponent's defense, so Makuhita was a bit less sturdy, the reason why it does is unknown even to most professors. "Sand Attack!" He yelled out, as Makuhita suddenly lashed out a kick from low-high, sand seemingly spraying off of his feet, striking Rattata's eyes to blind it partially, or greatly. Now that it was in a state of worsened sight, it would probably have a more likely chance to hit anything at all. The halfly-blinded Rattata charged forward with a tackle, as Makuhita grinned and took a step aside, stretching his leg for Rattata to trip and fall over, it's face planted into the cragg's ground. Shaking it's head, it'd turn around to see Makuhita seemingly focusing, as strange orange-like energy flowed around him, slightly covering his body. Focus-Energy, it gives the pokémon a chance to land a clean, stronger hit on it's opponents. Basically by focusing the energy from within himself, Makuhita would empower himself slightly. This was the setting-point, the next attacks may end up vital. So Rattata ended up hurting itself with a face-plant and got tackled twice hard, while Makuhita's movements appeared flawless. But taken by surprise, the Rattata used quick-attack, appearing behind Makuhita to smack it in his back. Makuhita stumbled forward slightly, turning around to swiftly tackle the Rattata. This one hurts. It was a firm body, as the mustered-up energy enhanced the tackle from Makuhita, busting right into Rattata as it rolled across the cragg. Rattata shook on it's legs, it seemed rather scared now. Zack peered at the battle, observing it closely. Was Makuhita reading his mind? This is what we call real good teamwork, yo. "You can leave if you want, it's no use getting hurt in these battles." He spoke towards Rattata, which seemed to ignore the kind words, retaliating with a tackle of it's own. As Makuhita took the tackle head-on, he once again countered with his own tackle to smack Rattata into the ground. As it appeared to be weakened like hell, it started to get too weak to stand, fainting and passing out. "I might come to get you another day, Rattata." He said, as he walked away, heading for a pokécenter to heal Bagon and the others.
