Hunter played a great game and it was about time he got on the score sheet. I hope this triggers something and he gets on fire. Bates' play was courageous. In obvious pain and continued to produce good scoring chances. Granted his 2 goals werent really his fault. The first one he was in a good area for it to go off him, and the second was an EN, but they all count. My problem was why was stirling leaning on a player who was so obviously hurt, but kept putting him out there, even with a 2 goal lead. I dont understand our coach. I wish I didnt understand our 'EX-coach".I wont begin to talk about Niinimaa. Enough is enough. He makes a perfectly enjoyable game to watch agony. As for the rest of the team it was a terrific effort and one I expected after Philly. Where was Kvasha? He got Godard like minutes. I guess he's in Stirling's doghouse becuase of the final goal in the Philly game. Cant wait for tomorrow night. |

The Boston announcers couldn't say enough good about the Hunter Bates Blake line, and DID give kudos to Asham for his play Sat. Love him to death, still a little inconsistent, but getting better by the day! They also made the comments about vowel boy being shopped. That took me a little by surprise! |
