DEVILS Vs. ATLANTA LETS GO DEVILS

Sometimes I grow so tired, but I know I've got one thing I got to do... ![]() What puckhead says is Islander law Come in with the milk "A leader, once convinced a particular course of action is the right one, must have the determination to stick with it and be undaunted when the going gets rough." SAVE BY HRUDEY!
|
ya know, this is kinda of bittersweet for me. on one hand i live in atlanta and have been here since the thrashers came into existence and would love to see them make the play-offs, but on the other hand there's no way i want them standing in the way of the isles making the play-offs. i hope the thashers lose tonight, but then keep on winning and have a team like the devils or canadiens be on the outside looking in... |

I hope Gionta and Gomez tear 'em apart, a few injuries couldn't hurt for the T(h)rashers!

Luko has a goal for the Devils! Cute! By the way, do you know which dman has the most games as an Islander this season? It's the same guy on D who has the most goals for the Isles defenders ... And leads the Dmen in worst +/- with -9 ... Campoli!

BTW, Jersey is up 4-1. They are going to win, so this is good for us. |

That's not a "dis," Slappy. Campoli is our longest tenured defenseman! With the most goals! I think that's quite a compliment ... The -9 is because it is his FIRST season! He's younger than Zhitnik's jockstrap, but he's playing just as well. |

Campoli is amazing. I can't believe how he's playing considering his draft position and age! And isn't it surprising that he has the most games and goals as an Islander d man this season?!? If you told me that at the beginning of the season, I never would've believed you ...

Gotta the Camps. I was scared that he might get traded before the deadline, along with all the other guys. Youre right, his play is outstanding, and although he makes a few blunders here and there he ultimately can only improve from here. Hes on the up and up, and that only makes me happier.

heh at the start of the season it was "who the hell is this campoli guy?" now it's "WOW I LOVE CAMPOLI" |
| "We're not in a bind at all," Burke said. "I'd say of the 29 teams, we don't talk to Edmonton, so of the 28 other teams, there's plenty of interest in making this predicament go away. I could hang up the phone and solve this." | |

Repeat a lie frequently enough....
|
Has anyone here seen Atlanta's roster? I'm surprised they were in a position where they had to come back. I had this team as one of the better clubs in the East before the season began. To me, they have woefully underperformed thus far. |

Authority without wisdom is like a heavy axe without an edge: fitter to bruise than polish. Anger makes dull men witty, but it keeps them poor. In the beginning, the Universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. | |
