The problem with Parrish in his own end was never about trying to block shots. It was his feet. His defensive play was always reactionary and lazy. I always got on Kvasha and previously Czerkawski for their gliding and reahcing with their sticks in their own zone. Mark has great hockey sense but never uses it enough on his side of the redline. Watching him on Centre Ice he hasn't changed but that entire L.A. team is in shambles since the trade.

They were 6th in the conference when the trade happened, now they are 9th(actually 10th, tied 9th in points with 2 less games to play) and out of a playoff position. Coincedence? I think not. :lol: |

Wuzamadder Sy? Admit it. Parrish is an anchor around the Kings neck. His 5 points in 13 games is just what they needed, if they wanted to miss the playoffs.
