Repeat a lie frequently enough....

2 goals in 20 games by the whole lot. Good riddance. Don't know what to make of those rumors in the paper (Newsday?) saying Parrish want to come back here next year (UFA). I, for one, would not be interested in his return. |

Authority without wisdom is like a heavy axe without an edge: fitter to bruise than polish. Anger makes dull men witty, but it keeps them poor. In the beginning, the Universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move. | |

Everyone gets on a hot streak, especially when you have new surroundings. The only one I would consider taking back is Parrish, the others good riddance. |

| "We're not in a bind at all," Burke said. "I'd say of the 29 teams, we don't talk to Edmonton, so of the 28 other teams, there's plenty of interest in making this predicament go away. I could hang up the phone and solve this." | |
