I still have yet to hear from the Rangers fans I texted on Saturday. I did however get to see the two biggest Rangers magpies today at work. ALLLLLLLL YEAAAAARRRR LOOOONGGGG I had to hear it from these two. One telling me "the Rangers allowed 4 shots on goal last night, that isn't acceptable." The other one was just bent on convincing me that this was the Rangers year. As it was, both were on the same floor at the gym, both within 10 feet of eachother, so I went into the back and found a broom, brought it out, put it on the bench and walked away and told them to get to work. One laughed and the other said "did those Islanders make the playoffs?" and "this series reminded me of the 94' first round series against the Islanders." Now come on, any Rangers fan wouldn't trade their first round pick for ours on a account of how they faired in the first round this year? BS to any Rangers fan that says no, the Isles might have not made the playoffs, but the Rangers didn't even show up. And the 94' reference, well, as always, since we live in the past for 4 cups, living in the past for a playoff round will surfice as a response.

----But----

1994 was better than the Islanders dynasty.......ahhh Rangers fans.

I broke my own rule yesterday and turned on that crap they call NHL Live because I wanted to hear about anything I missed while I was in PA over the weekend.

I had to endure 20 minutes of how "wonderfully classy the Ranger fans were to salute their team" at the end of Saturday's game.

I thought I was going to puke. Now... knowing that I had actually heard from other Ranger fans about how they felt, I found this to be self serving journalism and basically just a crock from two jerks on the radio.

I will not break my rule again.

If I can't listen to Home Ice in my office, then I'm sticking witht he Canadian Radio. At least they're HONEST!!!!
