this is f#@king bullshit.......i hate the rangers. and avery that c*nt...i hope he watches his family die and then he dies a horrible painful death
After a narrow victory in 1994, Boston Bruins defenseman Al Iafrate was asked why, in the closing moments of the game, he had fired the puck around the boards rather than into the empty net. His reply? "Empty-net goals are for faggots"

Great job by Berard on the step up to keep the puck deep. Just stood there and watch the play develop. I think he thought because we were a man up it was a PP. He really makes me want to :puke: .

They absolutely sucked tonight

You would think we must be 20 pts out of a playoff spot by the way they played tonight

They should all be in the DOGHOUSE

No HEART TONIGHT!!

Based on the emotions of the isles coming into the locker room this season is over. None of them looked the least bit upset.

the thing that is so incredibly frustrating about watching this team is not their effort. Its that the simple things seem so difficult to them...

controlling a bouncing puck
clearing the zone
making a clean pass
shooting around a player to get a puck on net
fishing the puck out along the boards

the simple fundamentals arent there and it comes down to the utter lack of true talent on this team.

effort in this league is great, and the old thought of outplaying your weakness to success is good motivation, but in the end it comes down to the fact that you need both talent AND effort to win. We have average effort and far below average talent.

is it too much to ask for a COMPETENT team?

OUR DEFENSE IS THE PITS

Who was responsible for shanahan for that first goal?

Left Avery wide open?!!!

BRYAN BERARD SUCKS!!

Their I've come to my senses.

THE KIDS WERE THERE.. where the heck was everyone else?

MIKE COMRIE ANOTHER TURNOVER.

Bad passes...turnovers...one good period...

Bad game.

I'm done.

We sure could of used Chris Simon tonight instead of Tambs

Tambs looks like a dog chasing a bus out there

No toughness out there either
