That would have been my decision as well but don't confuse that with Dipietro bashing. It's just that I'm not one for messing with a winning lineup unless you HAVE to. |

Dont expect us to have a lot of shots on the rags tonight with Dubie in nets. Thats the only problem I have with Dubie playing instead of DP. There will be lots of conservative play by the Islanders. I hope they cash in on their breaks tonight. |

The goaltending, for the most part, has been solid this season. The problem is anytime we go a stretch without scoring, any mistake made by DP or Dubie for that matter, is magnified. Please take this without any anger: Rarely does this team allow our goalies to make mistakes. Defensively, this team is a mess, a big mess. So bashing the goalies is unfair, no matter who it is. |

| After a narrow victory in 1994, Boston Bruins defenseman Al Iafrate was asked why, in the closing moments of the game, he had fired the puck around the boards rather than into the empty net. His reply? "Empty-net goals are for faggots" | |

Nolan said on ITV Day off Raw 3/5/08 that there is a chance Sim will play before the end of the year but also mentioned all those other factors like conditioning and medical clearance. |

LOL, no, but that's good! I am up in 301. I played college rugby with Billy Guerin's little brother and he hooked me up with 4 tickets and a Lt. on the job I used to work with works in the Nassau Co. DA's office and got me another 4. |

The queen sucked on Tues and kudos to our undermanned team with a backup goalie who won a great game. Had just enough beer in me to really enjoy that one at the end. Gotta cut down on the SHG's. LET'S HOPE FOR THE SAME EFFORT/RESULT TONIGHT. |
