Sometimes I grow so tired, but I know I've got one thing I got to do... ![]() What puckhead says is Islander law Come in with the milk "A leader, once convinced a particular course of action is the right one, must have the determination to stick with it and be undaunted when the going gets rough." Well, the Isles never lose to Toronto at home, so it would be great to win one for Kyle's debut. And if we lose, then we're brought closer to Stamkos. This actually might be the last legitimate chance for an Isles win this season, since the last 8 games are two apiece against the four divisional foes, who are all battling for playoff points and positioning. |

I honestly don't know what to expect tomorrow. Toronto has significant injuries and their playoff hopes are fading fast unless they can rattle off a winning streak. We've been playing perimeter hockey with band-aid players from the AHL. Let's see, Rick is way over-due for a win but Toronto is over due for a win here at the Coliseum. I hope Okposo gets limited minutes so as to not expose him to a losing atmosphere. Would we also want to see Tucker "welcome" him to the NHL? I don't know, part of me wishes Simon was still here for Okposo's first NHL shifts. He'd make a good left winger on that line.

Was just at the practice, here are my thoughts.... KO- holy sh!t is that kid fast! Sim- looks really good and you can tell he wants to play so bad....Hes got so much hustle. The power play looks like crap still! Theres also so many new faces (soundtigers) I have no idea whos who. I could only tell who Reiger and Tamby were, this looks like a whole knew Islander squad - Billy signed my Guerin jersey. Im happy again. - Silly was there on crutches and was limping like crazy, he looks like he's in a lot of pain - Dee looked cute decked out in her St. Pattys day ensemble. |

Heard way to much speculation that he is hurt, or that there's a riff with Nolan etc.

They let you go to practices? Do you need a season ticket? Sim is the one who hurt his knee right? And who is Dee? Sorry for all the questions. I'm new at this message board stuff.

The practices at Iceworks are always open to the public. Jon Sim looked great. Did a good impression of Apollo Ono in the final skate. And I"M DEE! Yeah... You're a newbie!
