Dubie looking great tonight and team playing well. Where was this effort last night. Anyone else think Jackman could have a role next year on the 4th line. I like what he brings to the team. He could be a useful player. |

WHERE THE f#@k WAS THIS TEAM THE LAST TWO AND A HALF MONTHS
|
| "We're not in a bind at all," Burke said. "I'd say of the 29 teams, we don't talk to Edmonton, so of the 28 other teams, there's plenty of interest in making this predicament go away. I could hang up the phone and solve this." | |

dubie for MVP this game.... This kid is solid tonite |
| After a narrow victory in 1994, Boston Bruins defenseman Al Iafrate was asked why, in the closing moments of the game, he had fired the puck around the boards rather than into the empty net. His reply? "Empty-net goals are for faggots" | |

Eff Stamkos (no, not really, I want him on our team badly.) Good game (as a body of work) - some poor parts, but we did it when it didn't matter... Nevertheless, there is hope. (Next year.) |

I dont think we need Stamkos. When the season starts up again next season I think we'll be ok. Dont forget, we'll have Sutton, Witt, Campoli Gervais, Sim and Silli back. 4 major guys on defence and 2 really good forwards. I think if we send down the guys that came up as an emergency I think we'll have a pretty decent team for 08-09. JoVAs stays, Satan stays for 1/2 the money, Tank stays, Berrard we love ya but its time to go....my 2 cents. Great game tonite. We played eh I think and we squeaked by. If I hear Crosbys name again Im gonna throw something. Honestly I think Malkin is better than Crosby...and thats without Lemeiux's teachings. |

no offense, but that is definitely YOUR two cents. If we keep all those forwards you mentioned, where do we put Okposo and Comeau? Bring them all back, then you might as well trade Tambellini now while he still has value. You are right about them PUSHING Crosby on us. If I were Malkin, I'd be pissed. This team took off without Sid and Malkin is the reason why. He's a legit mvp candidate and he's ignored over a guy who hasn't suited up in weeks. |
I miss these and want more of them ![]()
