I think it's time we replace our Two Period System with a new improved Three Period System. Atlanta had us right where they wanted at the end of the second. |

You wanna talk about a night that SUCKED? Well, it kinda did and didn't, at the same time. My ten year old's squirt team was invited to play at Madison Square Garden yesterday before the Rags game. Great experience for him and the family and in truth, the Rags were gracious hosts for the kids. They had a blast and it is an experience they will never forget. Trevor, my son, aka "T Money" was in net and had a shutout in regulation and a tie in the shoot out (we ran outta time). In order to play we had to sell 300 tickets or something, so we also stayed for the Rags Tampa game. I had to sit there, watch the Rags win, listen to all of those obnoxious Rags fans and ALSO watch the "out of town scoreboard" go from up 3-1, to 3-2 then 3-3 and finally a 4-3 final. Oh yeah, and every twenty minutes or so I was graced with "Potvin sucks". Which made me sick, but I also overheard several fans asking others "Who is Potvin?" A chant that half the fans don't understand seems a bit futile, but whatever. Good night early, for my son's team and the overall experience. But it really sucked to watch that happen to us AGAIN while in enemy territory. |

sell 300 tickets? I thought every Rangers game at msg was a sellout. Guess the homemortgage crisis caused a few corporates to not re-up???

I miss these and want more of them ![]()
