Right On Time.
tsharaf - I was going to make that exact post.

Also I think Jackman has played EXTREMLY hard but after the first game where he was such a stand-out he has been solid but nothing spectacular. Of course we would want #15 down, but other than him or Tim there wasn't many options.

Pumped for Sillinger and KO back.

Gonna be very interesting to see how Sillinger does in Gordon's system.

I like the point about faceoffs late. He's one of the best and puck control seems to be an issue for this team. How may times have we coughed up a lead when the puck seems to stay in our zone forever? It all starts with the faceoff and Silly will help in that area.

He also provides leadership, which can't hurt, especially with the young 'uns.

And my final point- I don't see Gordo giving him 27 minutes of ice right out of the box. He'll most likely ease him back, so his impact on the system should be minimal. Good point about Hunts thriving in the system, he's not the fastest guy on the ice by any means. I think it has more to do with where you are, and Hunts has proven that. Silly is a vet with smarts and I'm sure he'll be okay.

At the very least, we're gonna see what he has left in the tank.

Welcome back, Silly...

We'll see. I'm keeping my fingers crossed these changes dont screw with the progress this team is making.

I sold it all, retired and moved to Fabulous Las Vegas!

Adding Mike Sillinger to the lineup will impede this team's progress?

Sure it could. He hasnt been in the lineup for 10 months.

I think once he gets some of the rust off, which hopefully he did a little in Bridgeport, Mikey will be his usual scoring, faceoff winning self.
