not quite playing up to that 1 mil/year I guess. Still, this seems oddly timed.

I don't see the point if he can't be assigned to Bport? What happens if (and when) no one claims him?

I noticed him once last night.
When he was checked off the puck being the first guy back in our zone which led to a goal.

The emergence of Jackman's work ethic along with Comeau's makes it a tough call.
Hope he gets picked up because, yes it would be awkward seeing him at the Bridge if this was a sendoff because no one wanted him via trade.

ouch.

te buzz is this is a result of his inability to adapt to Gordon's 10-16 system (j/k lol).

...so who's next on the chopping block? Comrie? Bamby?

Now what is my family going to do for entertainment during the game? We would take bets on how often he had to pick himself up off the ice. Usually the over/under is 10.

I agree completely with this move, Garth. And so does most of NYIC

Add Jon Sim to the list of guys who are not Gordon Style Friendly.
(Comrie, Sim....)

The play was symbolic of the season. We're not tough enough yet and not talented enough to make teams pay for it. I'm glad he's doing this now. The season is done. It was done last summer. Let's be realistic about the year. We need more tough guys up here to protect the young talent, IMO.

I wasn't a Sim fan, but I don't really understand the move. He was expected to score 12-15 goals, nothing more, right? I hope not..

He was signed as a TNTP (TED NOLAN TYPE PLAYER)

He wasn't a SGTP OR A GSTP (SCOTT GORDON/GARTH SNOW TYPE PLAYER)

Thing is, why give him 3 years in the first place? A GSFU? (GARTH SNOW FUKK UP)
John Tavares was 2 years old the last time NYI won a playoff series
