Will tickets be available at the gate or do I actually have to pay the BS ticketmaster service charges?

Any when are they releasing the roster? 10:30 am?

bummer Magnus.

So far, no flow in 2nd period. lots of sloppy play. DP, looks to not be tryng to do too much which to me is a great thing.

powerplay white squad.

wiznewski just unleashed a bomb of a shot that Rolo stopped also tried to set up Tavares.

Rolo just stopped a point blank shot by P.A Parenteau off sloppy coverage.

Overall, not impressed with overall skill level, puck control and puck possession/creativity from either side. Seems more players are looking to see what their teammates will do before initiating a play. Not into this, not at all. I won't start bashing the coaches again, too early in pre season.

I'm done watching this stuff.

Thanks for the coverage Steve. I guess I'll keep myself updated through all the twittering.

What happened?

Moulson took a minor penalty for I believe cross checking, and Streit left the ice in a lot of pain. It all happened close to the boards so my view was obscured. Streit likely hit the boards awkwardly or something like that. They're doing test to finds out more. Probable shoulder or upper arm injury.

Form what I've been hearing, it was more Streit than Moulson. He kind of burned himself.

Just a few of good things that should be noted because they stood out from the sloppy stuff.

DP looked very relaxed in net form what little of the game I watched.
Matt Martin plays with the same energy every shift. Love it.
Wiznewski is not afraid to try and get creative to make something happen.
Most of all...3 strait shifts I saw Nino Niederreiter take off for a pass when his teammate
had the puck. This is what I always call, "initiating the play" vs watching and waiting for something to happen and then reacting. There's times when he looks like a veteran.
The kid has it in him to dare I say, make the team if he shows consistency?

I know I always preach patience with youth but the more I thought of this, the more
I wonder if this kid, with his skating and passion could just earn it vs just being a marketing tool by management.
