Because he knows he'll be playing in the NHL in no time. PS: He sounds like Witt. |

I love the "bang some bodies" comment. I can't remember, but I think it was from last nights game when it was said. He def has an edge and you never know with players like him. A change of scenery sometimes does the trick. Whatever..... |

If you look at the scouting reports, he is criticized for not hitting enough. Time will tell, and he will get a chance to play here. |

That's good writing right there.... Anyone remember the Chevy Chase Show? Chevy's late night attempt -- first show he almost bit his tongue off trying to figure out how to play the theme song on keyboards. Or was he (channeling inner Jon Lovitz) ACTING! (Not even the crickets are going to come out....) |

http://twitter.com/NYIslanders/status/32094486351843328 The turnover machine, Ty Wishart has been called up. Garth has his fingers crossed that the kid shows something because I'm sure he's irked that I and many others have been calling him out on the Rolo trade. Most likely pissed that the hockey media has questioned him (I have nothing to do with that unless he's read this board). |

Where did you read that Wishart is a turnover machine? Did he study under Parenteau? |

sound tiger fans from another place who watch him regularly. also, botta touched on his play at the Bridge a few days ago.
http://www.islanderspointblank.com/2011/01...o-msg/#comments Ty is supposed to be a defenseman who could develop into a good 2 way player with offensive upside. Unfortunately alot of the Garth Snow deals always seem to lead to others around the league laughing at us while some of our fans remain convinced that we'll get the last laugh. Still waiting for the humor.

Pathetic. We got the last laugh when we turned Roloson into Nabokov, I guess. They're still laughing. |
