Chris Botta: Ray, how come you are so critical of the Islanders?

Ray Ferraro: Because they the last time they won a playoff series, I passed the puck to David Volek!

Aside from the radio feed, this app is a huge disappointment.

I nearly fell out of my seat in excitement when I read they were releasing an official Isles app, then nearly fell asleep in said seat when I launched it.

It's just a web browser. The "video" tab just pulls in iTV (not even optimized for mobile browsing,) "Tickets" is ticketmaster.com mobile, and "More" is the same mobile version of nyi.com they've had for a while (which kinda blows.)

It's free so you're not losing much, and who knows, maybe they'll update it. But disappointing first stab.
