I didn't like his skating and tentativeness...but this is why he should stay on two-way deals for the next 3-4 years and either develop and progress in the AHL and take advantage of future callups (hell knows he'll keep gettin' them at this injury pace) over the next few seasons.

SAB

is that billy smith? and why he wearing a sens alumni shirt?

Smitty worked for the Sens briefly.

oh. thank you.

Your = A form of the possessive case of "You" - i.e., "Your post makes no sense".
You're = Contraction of "You are" - i.e., "You're doing it wrong."

Why don't you leave the guy alone? He asked an innocent question, got a straight answer, case closed.

Reggie Dunlop: I am personally placing a hundred-dollar bounty on the head of Sean Avery. He's the head-giver and chief punk on that Rags team.
Jim Carr: A bounty?
Reggie Dunlop: Yeah, a hundred bucks of my own money for the first of my guys who really nails that creep. Double if he makes him bleed!

WAY TO GO, HALEY!!!

I don't think DiBenedetto has had enough games to really know what you have. If he's here next year would be a real interesting 4th line with Z, Haley & DiBen-

now we may know why Konopka doesn't have a deal yet. you replace Z with Haley, Sim with DiBen and then Martin on LW.

Putting Martin on 4th line would be a bad move unless we add talent to third to move him there. We should have lines of...

PA-JT-Moulson
KO-Bailey-Grabs
Comeau-Frans-Martin
SBen-Konopka-Haley

That is how the Isles should role the rest of this season. As for next season, moving Martin back to 4th and losing Konopka...not in the best interest of the team imho

I think moving Martin back to the 4th line next season makes sense. That's where he belongs until he proves otherwise. He has shown some flashes this season but beyond checking and sticking up for his teammates, I haven't seen enough potential to move him to the 3rd line.

What I would like to see is a 2nd-line center pickup this offseason.

Tavares - Laich(for example) - Nielsen - Zenon down the middle gives this team alot more depth.

Moulson - Tavares - PAP
Grabner - Laich - Okposo
Bailey - Nielsen - Comeau
Martin - Konopka- Hunter

That lineup of forwards looks much better to me. We need a true 2nd line center to take some pressure off of Tavares. And what if (heaven forbid) JT gets hurt? we're screwed.

swap PAP and Bailey. Putting him on Frans wing...we might as well trade Bailey.

I know, putting a playmaker with another. . . those lines arent set in stone obviously, but I was making a point about depth down the middle.
