So the title got your attention? Shame on you Dog. I have a 1989 2.8L 5 Speed Manual Trans Trooper with rear disc brakes. I would like to swap the rear end to my daughters 1990 2.8L Automatic Trans Trooper that has drum brakes. Cancel my last. I checked again and it already has disc brakes. But I would like to know if there is there any difference in the final drive gear? (between the 5 speed and the auto) Thanks, Lars Edited by 2roopers, Feb 4 2014, 05:37 PM.

I had a vision of doing the swap and having my daughters Trooper screamin at 5 grand to do freeway speeds. Thanks Johnny, Lars |
