trouble lights; Engine starts and runs for 30 secs then dies

After several years in storage I have decided to use my 91 trooper again 4 cy/manual Drained the gas and serviced everything I could think of. Ran ok for about 15 min then trouble lights came on and engine died. Starts and runs for about 30 sec then dies. Trouble lights are low fuel (full tank), Battery(fully charged), Brakes and O2. I guess I am going to have to buy a OBD reader to figure out what to do next. I remember the O2 light being on several years ago.

Lots of $'s to tow it to town to have a mechanic look at it----that is if I can find a mechanic who knows anything about troopers.
After sitting for a day, I tried again.. Started right up and ran for about 15 min. Trouble lights went out after about 1 min. Stopped and tried to re-start and got the same result as before. Starts and runs for about 15 sec--then dies. Sounds like no fuel. Trouble lights on again Batt, Fuel and Brake.

A little more research on shows that the vehicle was built April 1990 in Taiwan. Licensed as a 91 but actually a 90. Next i think I will take out the center console to expose the ECM. Will try to read the codes to determine where to go next.

When all lights illuminate like that it indicates that the alternator is not charging. Also, the alternator has to be spinning in order for the fuel pump to run, so my immediate thoughts would be to check the belt on the alternator and the plug on the back. Could just be alternator has corroded contacts from sitting for so long.
