"A paid girl is a happy girl, sweet heart." —Kytra DarkroseSubject:Kytra Darkrose Dossier:Kytra Darkrose was born in the lower slums of Coruscant. She was raised by her mother who had recently escaped captivity as she was once a slave. Kytra and her mother were successfully able to lay low and evade being found.
Kytra was able to live a relatively normal life and she attended a small school where she was taught basic skills and maths. As Kytra hit double figures she encounter a business man named Sicero and befriended him after he defended her against a group of gang members who had been trying to kidnap her.
Sicero explained that he would employ her and her mother if they left Coruscant and met him on Nar Shadda. He then went off world and Kytra did not believe she would see him again. Kytra then asked her mother if they could go to Nar Shadda and work for Sicero but they could not afford to travel there. Kytra was disappointed and turned to dealing drugs on the streets in an attempt to gain the money. This was achieved with the help from her childhood friend who had been working the drug business for a while. After showing her the ropes, Kytra fell out of school and told her mother that she had been employed at the local cantina. She worked on the streets until she was the age of sixteen.
After finally gathering the funds to take herself and her mother to Nar Shadda, the pair set out via public transport and for once things seemed to be going well for them. However, after the two week journey, Kytra's mother fell ill with a rare skin disease and did not survive the trip. Kytra then became an orphan after things turned sour and was force to scavenge on the streets of Nar Shadda for several years. It was at this time, Kytra encountered someone who would turn out to be one of her closest friends and best allies. Alyra Sunshear who was a Mandalorian bounty hunter who was looking for new recruits.
Alyra convinced Kytra to become a bounty hunter after seeing the young Twi'lek escape the clutches of a drug lord in a vicious shoot out. Kytra and Alyra worked together and as time went on their relationship excelled as well as Kytra's skills as an assassin. Kytra and Alyra were able to make a good name for themselves as they began to travel the galaxy and work for some of the biggest names in the criminal underworld with Kytra's deadly seductive touch and Alyra's merciless and fierce wrath.
Kytra then came across Sicero once again. She had not forgot his face since she was a child and she was also surprised to see how successful he had become. Kytra now understood what he really did and what business he did. He was a crime Lord and had thousands of systems working for his company which was known as the Sicero Syndicate. He instantly took a liking to the young Rutian Twi'lek and was easily seduced by her gorgeous looks. He was actually rather handsome himself and it was not long before he asked her to be his wife. Though she knew deep down that it was only a political move to make his image look even better but Kytra was flattered none the less. She knew how wealthy he was and she decided to say yes.
Sicero and Kytra were married on the luxurious beaches of Spira before guests of honour which included some of the leaders of the Hutt Cartel and other people who Sicero had influenced. Kytra continued working with her Mandalorian comrade as a side job after realizing how boring living the wealthy life of a businessman's spouse can be. She lived happily for the next five years until she was tempted by engspice and eventually became an addict.
Kytra completely fell off the rails and severed all connections with her friends and family. She kept to her apartment and Sicero could not locate her. Over time, she lost her voluptuous figure and became skinny. Kytra's once fair skin became pale and dry as her addiction continued to ruin her life. Kytra then emerged from her apartment after six months of living in confinement and eventually decided to kill her addiction. However her time as an addict changed her and she feared that if she returned to Sicero, the spice would claim her again and so she arranged a meeting with him.
She told him that she wanted to leave and that she was thankful for him being kind to her. Sicero seemed fine with her just getting up and leaving. Kytra then left for her apartment to get the spice and sell it in on the black market. But before she could reach it she was intercepted by Sicero's personal body guards. Kytra knew what was coming and so she decided to bomb first by killing one of them and badly wounding the other. Despite being a spice fiend she had not lost her ways with a blaster.
Kytra was then interrupted by a man named Whip Parsons who had been infatuated over her since the day he had met her. However, Kytra became only annoyed by his constant nuisance and threatened to shoot him too. Kytra then packed her things, sold the spice and made for Sicero's personal estate on a private moon he owned. Kytra was able to bypass it's guard by making them believe she was still allied with him. However, Whip had followed her and landed on the moon forcefully. After a hit and run battle between Sicero's men and Whip's crew, Sicero fled the scene using his emergency fighter. However Kytra knew this was coming and had climbed into the co-pilots seat behind him. She then held a dagger to his throat and made him land in a near by desert.
Kytra held Sicero at gun point and asked him why he tried to have her killed. Kytra was then distracted by Whip and his crew who were in pursuit. Sicero took his chance to disarm her and the pair engaged in hand to hand combat. Kytra struggled with him in the sand and was distracted again by Whip who called her name from a near by sand dune. Sicero then picked up the knife from the ground and attempted to stab her. At the last second, Kytra tried to parry the attack and fell backwards before the knife was lodged in her shoulder. Kytra groaned in pain and reached for her blaster and took aim at him and fired a single shot in an attempt to kill him. However, Whip lost his temper and foolishly ran forward to tackle Sicero and in doing so took the bolt to the back. Luckily he had been wearing his armour plating and he was unharmed. Whip then began beating Sicero in a blind rage and pummeled him to death. Kytra then stumbled towards the fighter and climbed into it, taking control and lifted off. She then decided to take her frustration out on Whip and his allies by firing the plasma cannon and rockets at them. Miraculously they survived somehow and Kytra fled.
Kytra then contacted Alyra and told her that if Whip ever tried to bother her again she would shoot him. A few weeks passed and things started to calm down. Unsurprisingly Whip approached her again as though nothing had happened. This enraged Kytra and she told him that they did not have a future and they never would. She also went as far to say she despised him. Whip took this on the chin and asked himself why he bothered with her. Kytra then went about as normal and eventually broke free of the grip of the engspice which had been haunting her for a long time. She then returned to the Sicero Syndicate head quarters and claimed most of the shares and wealth as she was still technically his wife only this time she was a widow. The syndicate had no choice but to hand her the credits and after taking control, she closed down the syndicate which had once been one of the most influential criminal organisations in the galaxy.
Kytra then offered half of the wealth to Alyra who wanted to make a new bounty hunters guild. With these funds, she was able to set up the organisation without trouble. Kytra now continues her work as a bounty hunter while she recovers from her drug addiction.
