OOC: open for anyone from Kodachigakure You could tell that the sun stood high with little clouds to hide it, even from the depths of the Fang Country which rarely saw the sunlight. The ground was illuminated by a fairly dim light, giving everything in the area a orangey color. Plants and wildlife had learned to live without the light from the giant globe of fire in the sky, but if you were in the right place in the right time was there a chance that you would get to experience something that only happened days like this. The reason Shiro was where she was was because of just that, which was an open space in the middle of the forest with several plants scattered over the entire area. These plants only bloomed during these days and the white haired girl had decided to take a day off to gather some of them for her experiments, if she couldn't make anything out of it would it still make her lab look prettier. It was a win-win situation! She sat on a low branch near the glade and waited patiently, with her legs crossed and her head resting in her hand. She hoped that the flowers would bloom soon enough. |

Squinting, Sylvia peeked around the side of a fallen tree into the clearing, she was almost sure she saw... no, perhaps she was mistaken. What would she be doing out here anyways, didn't she had some poor and defenseless creature to dissect? Their team was not exactly considered close knit, so she couldn't have been following her. And yet, as she shielded her eyes from the suns rays she could make out Shiro's figure sitting on a branch. Her eyes would instantly narrow. What business did she have being here? And as a matter of fact, how did she know about here to begin with? If she was planning on doing anything to these flowers, why.... why she was going to do something about it, that's what! Nodding in steely determination, she made up her mind and headed into the clearing. Finding a nice spot in full open view, she slid down onto her knees and waited with her staff lain across her lap. If it was Shiro, which she was pretty sure it was, she would make herself known shortly. Now... what was Sylvia doing here? To watch the flowers of course. The Shinobi life was a fairly stressful one, and given recent turn of events, she needed a little relaxation in her life. And she could really think of nothing more relaxing then then getting back to her roots and becoming one with the forest around her. 'Deep breath, breath in, breath out. Hear the birds calling, feel the grass beneath me. Breath in, breath out.' And so she waited. |

Shiro had changed her posture to a more relaxed one, now leaning against the tree trunk with her hands behind her head, as she noticed a change in the atmosphere. She sat completely still for a few seconds too see if she could get a hold of whatever it was that felt different from earlier, in other words was she asking her gut for answers. Not something she often did, but there was a chance that she was about to get jumped so she felt it was faster to ask her instincts than go through the facts. Her reptile eyes started to wander slowly towards the glade and they saw a figure sitting there, wide open. Or so it seemed anyway... It took a moment or two before she realized that it was nothing to fear, cause the thing that had entered the field was no other than her former teammate Sylvia. The white haired girl sighed, hinting a tad of disappointment, as she spun around so that her feet now fell towards the ground below her branch. "Being one with the green again are we, Sylvia?" she spoke with a mocking tone in her voice. Sylvia was of an old family of druids that apparently protected the wilds around Kodachigakure, as if it couldn't protect itself, and Shiro had found some amusement in making fun of her for that. It mostly involved harmless words and some empty threats about polluting the woods. The chuunin crossed her legs beneath her and pulled out a small tube of poison by reflexes, which started to move between her fingers as if it was a coin or something. A habit Shiro had developed when running into walls in her research. "What are you doing here anyway?" |

"Being one with the green again are we, Sylvia?" One of the green haired girls eyes flicked open to set on the approaching girl with a disinterested stare. "I am always one with 'the green' as so you call it, you should try it some time It's very relaxing, it might even mellow you out some. Kami knows you would need it." A tiny smirk shadowed and barely noticeable graced her lips. Who said that druids couldn't come up with some snazzy come backs hmm? Then again, Sylvia wasn't your run of the mill druid either. She had been graced with being surrounded by inconsiderate, snappy, rude and hormonal teammates from day one. Who's to say that at least some of it hadn't brushed off on her along the way. "I could ask you the very same. But if you must know, I'm here to watch the flowers bloom. Or as you would probably say, watch the grass grow. Whichever version pleases you the most I suppose." Her tone was dull, almost bored even. As if Sylvia expected her teammate to continue their little back and forth bantering and nothing more. Oh she wouldn't be surprised if Shiro resorted to violence soon, but in the meantime she would remain as stoic and cold to the world as her body would allow. Patience was a virtue, and as she was frequently one with the green, she had plenty of patience to go around. It was a pity that she and her teammates never truly saw eye to eye. They were just to different, born and raised in worlds that differed to greatly from one another. As a result it was in turn very difficult for one to relate to the other. Sylvia for instance, was still learning what it was to be a Shinobi and loathing every step of progress she made along the way. She hated her life, she hated their lives, and as a small extension, technically hated them. Not them personally you understand, just what they chose to do with their lives was all. Which technically meant that she hated them, if you wanted to get to the nitty gritty details. She hated them all, every last single one of them. The word Shinobi was a very evil word indeed. But did that mean she hated herself? .... yes, yes it did. |

Kaze was having problems concentrating on his Sage training at his apartment in the middle of Grove. There was just too much noise and not enough peace to properly meditate on what he needed to do. This caused him to seek out a calm and serene place in the middle of the forest to continue his training. While walking through the forest, he would remember what Vivien said to him about Sage mode and its drawbacks. It had been awhile for Kaze, but he just could not find the right spot to meditate. However, he would soon hear a voice that sounded eerie familiar. Using his somewhat animistic eyesight, he would look around to see if he could spot someone. He was successful, but he could not make out who he or she was because he was too far away. The closer he got to the person the more he could make out of him or her. Once he was on the outside of the clearing, he would notice that the person was in almost all green and was looking at someone leaning against a tree. It was at that exact moment that Kaze realized that he was looking at his Genin teammates, Shiro and Sylvia. Knowing that things between them have escalated in the past, he decided to inject himself into the conversation or at least what he hoped was the little amount they have had so far. With that decided, Kaze entered the clearing and said, "Hey, Shiro and Sylvia. How are you ladies today?" If Shiro and Sylvia chose to look at Kaze, they would notice his eyes looked like he was smiling since they could not see his lower part of his face due to his mask. If they were able to look closer though, then they would see a lone sweat drop appear. This was not due to the warmth but due to him being nervous with what may happen between his two teammates. |

Shiro couldn't help but chuckle lightly with a shrug on top at her teammate's reply that she should try doing what she did once in a while. It just wasn't in her nature to sit down in an open space like this one and simply...well...do nothing, meditating or whatever you want to call it. The girl could tell easily tell that the other one was trying to make a come back with a snappy comment, but it didn't budge her and she grinned at Sylvia. The white haired woman and the green haired woman had pretty much always been like this ever since they got teamed up with each other. "I'm sure that he, or whatever, would like that..." she replied with a hint of disbelief in her voice. It almost felt like she had overstepped some boundaries when she heard what Sylvia had to say about her question, not that she actually cared but perhaps she should think a bit more about her former teammate's situation before questioning it. Her response, however, was more or less what she had expected from her. Apparently watching flowers bloom was a big deal in the world of druids. Even if Shiro was more or less there for the same reason. "I guess my reasons are the same as yours, if a bit more...I dunno...useful" she didn't really think before talking, since this kind of response would most likely wake the sleeping bear before her. Then out of nowhere another player entered and Shiro got distracted from her main target of conversation. She knew the player too well as it appeared that the only thing missing was the them being younger and the jounin that had taught the trio of chuunins. Kaze had arrived to the glade. "Are we having a reunion today I wasn't aware of?" she joked and scratched the back of her shin with her foot. She knew that that wasn't the case, but she had always felt that she was the one with humor in the group. Though the other might think otherwise. "As for you question, fine I guess...just trying to get some materials for an experiment I have in mind" another thing that might tick of the druid, since harvesting plants probably wasn't a big thing among the tree huggers. |

The young druid rose a slender eyebrow at her late teammates statement. Was that disbelief she had heard underneath those layers of evident sarcasm? No, surely she had been imagining it. She couldn't possibly be so daft as to think.... no... patience Sylvia, patience. Calm thine self. Her mortal body took a deep breath and exhaled slow in response. Violence, anger, none of that was the key to solving any sort of dispute. She needed to solve things with her words and the power behind them alone. At least, that's what she kept telling herself and would until the girl once again got the better of her and her rare streak of a temper. "U-useful? USEFUL?" Like this streak of a temper right here. "I would have you know that what I am doing is PLENTY useful thank you!" Her eyes were narrowed and still closed, though she folded her arms across her chest and remained where she sat. If one would look closely however they would see that what Shiro had said had striked quite the nerve, a tiny vein throbbing on Sylvia's green streaked forehead. She would not explain herself to this... this.... scientific heathen! She had just as right to be here as she did if not more, no she had more indeed. By the time that poor Kaze had found Sylvia she was already ruffled to the point of no return, to his question he would be utterly ignored. A simple 'Hmph!!!!' a turn of the head and an undignified snort being his only response. What was that? An experiment she said? The narrator wondered if Shiro could feel Slyvia's eyes boring into her even from behind the girls tightly closed lids. |

Once Kaze heard and saw both of his Genin teammates reaction, he instantly knew what had happened. It had happened many times before while they were Genin. Shiro and Sylvia butted heads again. It seemed that he just interrupted them at the right moment as well just like how sensei did while they were a team. He remembered when he finally became Chuunin that his Jounin sensei gave him a piece of advice. That advice was that two polar opposites will sometimes fight against each other but will form a bond stronger than most when they fight together. Kaze has always hoped that the saying will always ring true to his Genin teammates and himself. Now, that is enough down memory lane. Currently, Kaze was hoping that he could you his presence to help defuse the situation before the ticking time bomb of the current vibe he was getting explodes. He would first answer Shiro's joke of a reunion by saying, "I was traveling through the forest to find a nice and calm place to train. Then, I saw my teammate talking to one another. So, I thought why not a little reunion today instead." The last one was an attempt to tell a joke but sounded really awkward. Within seconds, Kaze realized that his last sentence may have sounded funky, so he decided to just try and start his training that he was going to do today. To not be rude to his Genin teammates, Kaze decided to say, "If you ladies don't mind, then I actually like to train something I just learned. If it doesn't bother you, I will promise not to make too much noise." As long as neither Shiro or Sylvia stops Kaze, then he would knell down onto the forest floor and get into a meditating position. At this point, Kaze would start to attempt to feel nature around him and try to gather some of the chakra that nature had in excess into his body. If he was not stopped from performing this, then he would lose himself in the feeling and would not know what was going on around him for the moment. |

Shiro should have seen her teammate's mood swing come, considering that it was she who had provoked her in the first place, but she this time she didn't. Her eye twitched in surprise as the bear before her roared back and her muscles tensed. Things like this rarely phased her, but ever since she got this demon sealed within her had she been a bit jumpy. Which was pretty weird in itself. Anyhow, Shiro knew she had stepped on her friend's toes as she noticed the slight throbbing vein on her forehead. "Whatever you say, Greenie..." the white haired woman shrugged. Something hissed inside her head as she felt a slight tingling sensation trying to drill itself into her head and she had a rather strong feeling that it was Sylvia who was trying to kill her through her closed eyelids. It mused Shiro that her words had thrown the other girl off, it meant she still had the power to mess around with people's emotions. "So the only thing missing is Sensei then, you should get a hawk to go get him and we're set..." she paused for a few seconds. "...we could even make him pay for lunch!" a brilliant idea, free food is the shit. There was no reason for Shiro to stop her teammate from doing whatever he wanted to do and Sylvia obviously didn't feel like talking to her, so she simply sat down like the others and waited for, as Sylvia was so kind to point out, the grass to grow. Some time later The nap bubble popped and Shiro woke up. She covered a yawn with her hand and then proceeded to rub her eye tiredly. She had obviously fallen asleep while waiting for the flower to bloom so that she could get to work and she had no idea how much time had passed. "Mmrhmm did I miss something?" |

Sylvia sighed, still irritated at her old teammate, but none the less she nodded her approval. "Do as you wish, just.... try not to destroy anything... alright?" Calming her nerves, and turning away from Shiro, Sylvia once again tried to steady herself back into that pleasant rythem of oneness with the world. She didn't know why, but for some reason or another Shiro could rile her up where everything else failed. Her carefully crafted wall of discipline crumbled at a mere snicker or a trill of words. No one else had this control over her and it was that level of control that irritated her most. A vicious cycle akin to the snake that ate its own tail. Yet, breathing deeply she let out her anger and once again broadened her mind to the world around her. Relaxing, letting all thoughts flow and nothing linger. She was empty, she was free, she was one. One. One with everything, one with the world around her, with the plants, with the trees, with every leaving creature. She was one, she was at peace. She was drifting slowly away and into the great oblivion that was everything and everything around her. And it was only then when she had fully achieved this state in the heart of the forest and surrounded by the only ones she even marginal trusted that something caught her notice, something... unusual. Where her body was at peace, there seemed to be a great knot of frustration deep inside her that despite her tries and her struggles she could not release. Subconsciously, she dove deeper, trying to release this knot, though she knew not why or where it came from. It wasn't there the last time... though it had been quite a while since she had done this last. Since before the incident to be exact. Deep in the recesses of her soul she ventured, deep and dark and gloomy. Sylvia was marginally frightened, was this her soul? Really her soul? One's soul is colored according to who you are and what you hope to be. She couldn't possibly have a soul this... this tainted. It was impossible, improbable. She was a noble druid of the woods! And yet... the darkness beckoned to her. And she had no choice but to follow it deeper, deep into the recesses of her soul, body and mind. If she did not do this in an effort discover the source, she would not be able to face her brethren again. Not without first knowing why. Deeper she went and deeper even still, until the darkness all but shrouded her sight and her senses dulled. She was about to give up hope when in the distance a faint glow that beckoned to her, called to her, though she knew not why. It was like she was being pulled, and she could not stop herself from heading steadily towards it. The closer Sylvia traveled towards the glow, the more uncertainty she began to fill. Clouds of mist billowed alongside her, an unknown aura steadily increasing with every step. The ground beneath her seemed like a vast lake, a dark abyss of swirling nothingness. This aura, it was filled with hate, oh so much hate. So much so that Sylvia began to visually tremble and her body on the outside began to do the same. Though no matter if her teammates tried to wake her, they would find they could not for she was too deep. For there, amongst the mists lay a single island that lay host to a tree of massive proportions. A gnarled and twisted tree that bore fruit with strange symbols upon them, the leaves of this tree were brown. The trees roots cascaded into the water on either side, leaving no inch of the island bare. It was here that the girl found herself, staring up at the tree with fascination and fear. "Disgusting." The voice cut her like a knife, rippling through the air with intensity. "Such a pitiful child, weak minded and shivering out of her skin with fear." Sylvia couldn't breath, she was drowning, drowning in her fear as she stared upon that eye that one massive eye that glared at her from a crack in the tree, hatred the likes of which she had never seen swirling within it's depths. She felt as if that stare would have killed her where she stood if only it could. Gasping, her eyes flew open, and still visibly shaking and even more still she grasped her arms and whimpered. No, something was not right. What was that? Did it even exist? Did she imagine it? That word, a peal of laughter echoed in her mind and she could tell if it came from her own imagination or from the very thing she now feared. Obviously, she would completely ignore Shiro's question. She had other problems to attend to. Edited by Mew, Jul 27 2013, 01:49 PM.

Kaze was still in the middle of meditating. He wanted to make sure that he knew how to properly knew how to feel and gather the surrounding chakra that nature had in abundance. With his mind concentrating on the world around him, he would not be able to pay attention to Shiro and Sylvia properly. However, there was a slight change in the area that Kaze did overlook since he was by his former teammates. Kaze didn't pay attention until a groan from Sylvia came to Kaze's ears. He would stay meditating but his full attention wasn't on gather the nature chakra. It was divided between gathering the surrounding excess nature chakra and listening to what his teammates have to say. Once in this state of mind, Kaze would ask, "Is everything okay?" |

Kaze's words and the vision of the state Sylvia appeared to be in reminded the white haired girl of the reason that she had woken up from her little nap... She was completely surrounded by darkness and not the only the visual type of darkness. She was unable to hear anything, even herself, or smell anything. Even her sense of touch appeared to be completely gone. It all scared Shiro and she was the kind of person that didn't even flinch in the face of death, but this was different from anything she had experienced before. It was as if she didn't even exist, nothing more than a thought in the endless void she currently float around in. She felt as if she had become a little girl again, but the thought of that infuriated her more than scared her. She wasn't about to lose all her research just because of something stupid like that! That was the cue for a change of view as she suddenly gazed upon her hand that seemed to be on it's way to claw her eyes out. Being generally annoyed thwacked she it away and it fell to it's usual place by her side. Limbs should know their place! As the words danced around her brain look she up to see where she was now, but the vision before her was as dull as the darkness before...just not as scary. The girl was standing on what appeared to be swamp water, greenish water, and no matter how hard she looked couldn't she look beyond the heavy mist that seemed to surround her location. That is until she heard the hissing sound she had heard earlier when Sylvia had been setting fire to her head. However it was a bit different from before, now it sounded as if it was amused and not angry. Not that she had any idea how hissing could sound amusing, but the sound made her feel as if that was kind of emotion that was played. Like anyone else would have done looked she around herself too see if she could get a glimpse of the source of the sound. The mist lighten up a bit, but the thing she could see was something that looked like...trees? roots? probably the latter judging by the pattern they formed and the fact that they dove deep down into the water. The sight before her didn't phase her at all, she had grown up in Fang Country where your average tree was at least the size of this thing and it was just a tree. The hissing got more louder and as she gazed upon the enormous roots did it look like something was moving on the other side of them. "Hmmm it looks delicious~" it felt as if the cold voice was going to shatter her very soul. "it shivers, how fun!" the chuckle made Shiro questioning what it could be and why she was there in the first place. She just wanted to get out of there, preferably with her mind still intact. It was then she had heard a echoing laugh from beyond the mist and she had woken up from her slumber. Shiro had a few theories, but it was nothing she could work on while in this glade with these people and especially now since Sylvia looked like she was going to shrivel up and cry any second now. The Tanaka girl might be an ass most of the time, but she had a soft side. Think of a hard mattress. "Dude, does she look okay to you?" she pointed at her female friend's face while questioning Kaze. Being the child of doctors and a wannabe med-nin did she know more than most when it came health, which might be a relief at the moment. But know Sylvia would she probably frown upon medicine made through scientific manners. "Thirsty?" she asked and handed the girl a canister of water. Edited by Robberix, Jul 29 2013, 03:41 PM.

Ok? .... She shook her head ever so slightly. No... she didn't think she was... was she? Had that been an illusion? It had seemed to real. A low growl echoed nearly beyond the range of her hearing, or so it seemed. With widening eyes she shook her head briskly and tried to put on a smile. "I'm.... fine. Sorry to worry you. I just thought... um, never mind. It's not really that important anyways. Just an echo of a nightmare perhaps." At least, that's what she would like to believe it was. But with every denial that popped in her mind and with every reasonable explanation she could find, the growling only grew louder still. Turning she gave Shiro a thankful glance, accepting the flask and hoping to all things holy that the girl wasn't trying to poison her. Forgotten was her anger that had nearly cast her over the edge of her restraint in favor of this new puzzle thrust in her hands. As must as she was trying to convince her that it was all in her head, one tiny detail kept flickering to the forefront of her mind. That eye, that horrid hate filled eye. It had fixated upon her and held her still like a vice where she stood a trembling. She could have sworn she had seen that eye somewhere before... was that a snort? That's it... she was loosing her mind. Shiro had somehow experimented on her while she was asleep and this, all of this was just the byproduct of one of her silly concoctions. That was it, she was sure of it now. "So naive... and you call yourself a Druid? You shame your ancestors with every breath." Sylvia sucked in a shaky breath and went for yet another draft of water. "Your not real, be silent." She muttered to herself softly, honestly not surprised that the disembodied voice chose to answer. "Unbelievable... I was imprisoned inside an imbecile." Really, this was some complex hallucination that was for sure. "Shut up, just shut up." She whispered into her water, her eyes just staring into the flask, completely forgetting her teammates were even there for a moment. Which, probably made her look like she was crazy. And as far as she was concerned, perhaps she was. |

Kaze was still attempting to gather the excess nature chakra. However, with what Shiro asked making it seem that Sylvia did not look well, Kaze knew he should stop training and pay attention to his two teammates. Before he stopped, he would open one eye from his meditation position. The eye itself looked like it was pitch black to hide where his iris and pupil were. The eye itself was also outlined on his skin in a yellowish hue. He would look at both Shiro and Sylvia. He did notice the concerned look on Shiro's eyes and that Sylvia was slightly shaken due to the fact that she was not acting like she normally did. It was plainly obvious when Sylvia just took some water from Shiro's canister of water and did not question if it was laced in poison. Kaze decided to go ahead and get up. If either of them look at him, they could notice that just one eye but both eyes had the pitch black look. They also could notice that his hands were similar to a bird's talons with their yellowish hue and fingernail's were black. Kaze would gather attempt to gather all the nature chakra that he had absorbed and exhale it all out of his body. He did not need it so he should not keep it. Once this was done, Kaze would return to normal. He would walk over to Sylvia and hear a few unintelligible mumbles from her. Kaze would lean down to where he was eye level with Sylvia and say, "Maybe it will help if you share what you experienced for that may help you over come this echoing nightmare. So, why don't you start by telling us what this nightmare that has echoed was about?" Kaze did not really expect in answer due to his knowledge of Sylvia, but he wanted her to open up so they could grow closer as a family and not just be teammates. He yearned to have similar relationships with Shiro and Sylvia as he did with his fellow clan members. He just hoped that today was a day that would lead them down that path. |

Shiro was probably as surprised as anyone else when her former teammate accepted her water bottle without as much as batting an eyelid, hell she even smiled at the white haired shinobi and that was even more rare than diamonds. She stared at the other girl for a few moments as she drank some of the water, waiting for the usual snappy comment about poison. The next thing she knew was a weird looking eye coming from Kaze. At first she thought she must be imagining things, but as the vision before her didn't go away until he did something was she certain that it was some weird jutsu he had gotten his hand on. Something that made him kinda resemble a falcon she assumed, what it did however was beyond her. Then Sylvia started to mumble for herself while staring at the bottle of water she now was about to break. Yep, she had broken! Shiro was sure it was going to happen at some point at apparently this was a good time to lose your mind. The chuunin sighed when her male companion tried to be all understanding with the broken druid. But before the green haired girl was able to respond pushed Shiro Kaze aside and grabbed the girl's collar before headbutting her with enough force to make her own forehead throb in pain. "Snap out of it, Sylvia!" she shouted in her face, fighting an urge to bitch slap the green out of her hair. As she did this was the hissing sound back, but she was too angry to even bother wondering what it was. Edited by Robberix, Sep 1 2013, 03:16 PM.

Turning her now dulled green eyes to the falcon, she considered him briefly before looking away. No, she didn't want to talk about it. If she was in fact crazy, she would rather that no one knew. And if she wasn't? Well... she would handle it herself as always. She didn't need their help or anyone's for that matter. Her eyes cast to the side, she had not a chance in the world to see the incoming forehead speeding towards her until it was all but too late. Heads colliding, the world seemed to slow for all but a few seconds. The world around her blurred and a dreadful roar sounded in her ears. A roar that sent a shiver from her throbbing head down to the tips of her toes. Snapping her eyes open and fixating them onto Shiro, they would flash bright orange for all but a moment. Would anyone be quick enough to catch it? "WHY." It wasn't a question, more like a demand. As Sylvia clutched her aching head she cast such a glare at the chemist, one the likes that could make a flower wilt. If.... flowers that is had eyes and could see her glaring. "I'm fine you know.... I just need to figure out a few things. I've been.... confused." "Confused isn't the word for what you are, girl." "Very, very confused." She swallowed and shifted her eyes from side to side, waiting for the pain to slip away. "But.... tell me..." She hesitated, imagining her teammates reaction to such a question. She swore if Shiro started laughing at her... "Have you... either of you.... ever heard voices? In your head.... you know, one that wasn't yours?" She shifted slightly, obviously uncomfortable with even bringing it up. |

Kaze would look at Sylvia as she was closing up like she normally did. But, when she asked if they ever heard voices in their head. He knew something was wrong with Sylvia. He did not know what, but he wanted to find out. He would tell the two ladies present, "I have not heard any voices in my head that wasn't my own. Do you feel like telling us when you started hearing the voice?" Kaze was at a lost in this situation, but he knew that if they couldn't figure out what is wrong with Sylvia then he would always bring someone here to help them figure it out. |

Shiro rose an eyebrow while rubbing her aching forehead when the eyes of her teammate shifted color for a split second, not that it was too weird. For starters her own eyes was no where normal and Kaze had obviously shown that he could turn his into a freaky state as well, so why should it be weird that Sylvia was capable of the same feat? She was one of those wacky druids after all, even if her temper was nothing like the others' the white haired woman had met...but to be fair hasn't she headbutted them either. Anyhow, she couldn't help but grin when the other woman shouted in her face. "Pain therapy success" she replied and continued to rub her forehead until Sylvia asked about whether they heard voices inside their heads. A thought struck the chemist as she pondered the question, the hissing she had heard from time to time certainly resembled words or rather she could understand it, speaking to snakes was an ability she possessed. Shiro sat silent for a short while, letting Kaze speak for once, before she let out a humming sound and gave her former teammates a wondering look. "Not sure if I would call it a voice really, it's more like as if a snake was trying to talk to me..." she paused for a few seconds, giving it some more though. "...why?" |

"I see... no.... I don't think I do." She was right, she was absolutely bonkers and her teammates and would be friends were being to polite to call her out on it. In fact, she was pretty sure that Shiro had just made the snake thing up to make her feel better. Talking voices? Snake hissing in your ear? Unbelievable. "Perhaps not as much as you think..." And with that the voice receded and her thoughts were her own once more. The shear relief that shone through her eyes at that moment would probably give cause for much alarm. She was fine now... or so she hoped she was. Oh no, they were staring at her, expecting. Expecting what? Why explanations of course. And her mind was quick to conceive a new topic designed to swerve them off the beaten path and away from a train wreck. "So.... have you decided what you are going to dress up as for Halloween this year? The village is already being decorated with pumpkins." Candy, costumes and pumpkins, everyone loved Halloween. It was smooth sailing. Edited by Mew, Oct 1 2013, 06:18 PM.

Kaze never knew why they would decorate with pumpkins around Halloween. He actually would rather eat the whole pumpkins. Roosted Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Seeds, etc. Just the mentioning of pumpkins made him hungry. At this, his stomach started to rumble. Kaze would look a little embarrassed. After a moment, he would think about what costume he would wear. Normally, he would stay home and not go out on Halloween dressed as something. There was one costume that he had wore as a child, so maybe he could update that if he decided to join in Halloween festivities this year. He would answer the question posed by Sylvia by saying, "I don't know if I will dress up this year. If I do, then it maybe a falcon." |
