Mission Ranks Missions are given rank based on the difficulty of the mission as well as the ranks of the RPC's that will be involved. Keep in mind that a mission of your rank is ideal done with a group of at least three ninja, though it is possible to solo, but only just. If your soloing a mission of any rank, please be advised that the odds will be against your favor. Soloing is a test for yourself to see if you are above the normal run of the mill folk. Succeed and much glory to you, fail and well.. I think you know what happens next. At any rate, if you do solo a mission please keep in mind that missions will not be based on how many ninjas participate. If you are going in solo, expect the full force of the mission, the very same that you would face as a group. D Rank Missions Requests suitable for a group of at least three Academy Students or one Genin. These missions are typically tasks or hard labor, chores, odd jobs and other irritating requests that no one wants to deal with. Finding a lost cat, guarding a chicken coop, babysitting and other such things. Mission Opponents usually consist of at least three Academy Student level enemies. C Rank Missions Requests suitable for a group of at least three Genin or one Chuunin. These missions are typically tasks assigned to low grade ninja that require at least some level of skill as some level of danger is expected. Escort missions and body guarding make up the bulk of these, though tasks such as information gathering are not uncommon. Mission Opponents usually consist of at least three Genin level enemies. B Rank Missions Requests suitable for a group of at least three Chuunin or one Jounin. These missions are ranked based on the high possibility that you will be fighting other ninja. Because of this, these missions typically consist of missions that deal in fighting. Assassination of low ranking ninja, retrieving important documents, espionage, or protecting an important person are good examples. Mission Opponents usually consist of at least three Chuunin level enemies. A Rank Missions Requests suitable for a group of at least three Jounin or one Elite Jounin. These missions are given rank based on the heavy possibility of death or severe injury. As these types of missions are very dangerous, they are only given to those with at least Jounin level of skill. Examples of this rank include, guarding of VIP's, the assassination of high ranking criminals, and important village or world matters such as suppressing ninja forces. Mission Opponents usually consist of at least three Jounin level enemies. S Rank Missions Only those of Elite Jounin or equivalent are suitable for this rank. Typically the best success rate for this mission is a group of Elite Jounin where going in solo usually means your death. Even in a group you may still meet your downfall as this mission by far surpasses all ranks in terms of difficulty and chance of death. Fail here and die, so in almost all cases success is your only option. Mission Opponents usually consist of at least three Elite Jounin level enemies. |
